Incredible experience!! I did the 90 minute deep tissue and it was well worth the time and money. I booked online the day before and it was a very simple process. The massage was truly the best I've had - the exact pressure points causing me pain were focused on and I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Only thing I'd do differently is book 2 hours next time! Highly recommend read more

What's not to like? Easy scheduling, convenient hours, reasonable price, clean space, great massage! I got a therapeutic massage and Britton did a great job of targeting my tight spots. I felt safe and comfortable. I'm also very thankful for a 30 minute massage option, since hour-long massages just don't fit for me right now. I'm going back next week! read more

In need of surgery and contacted these folks to see if it was a legitimate massage place that did deep tissue rather than the normal rub and tug places that claim to be massage therapist. The response to my questions was prompt and direct. Returned several times and will continue to do so - completely eliminated the need for verified surgery needs. These folks know what they are doing and do it well. Have not been to any massage place in Austin the past 30 years that was worth returning except this place. read more

I don't give 5 stars easily, especially when it comes to massage. There is always something nor quite right. .noise, inconsistent pressure, long wait, etc. But after my first massage, cannot find one thing that was negative. In an office complex...not pretty from outside, but what you'll find on the inside is AWESOME! These 2 know their stuff. My husband and I had simultaneous massages with both Britton & Robert. BOTH of us were blown away! Husband (not usually a huge fan of such services) is going back again in the same WEEK! ;) read more

I got a massage from Britton - compliments Groupon. I'm a massage addict and I have to say that he has amazing hands! He's really calm and did a great job. The location was a bit off, but inside was great! I actually like the fact that the location is tucked away now. Kind of feels like you're going to a secret spa. I almost wanted to give him one star just so y'all wouldn't go and block up his schedule! lol, juuuuust kidding. He gets 5 because the massage was THAT good. Nothing weird about him, he does a good job. I only say that because I've had some weird massage experiences. One lady kept pushing on bones that hurt, another pulled my hair when she went to press her forearm on my back... I also had another masseuse dig their nails into my skin, leaving a scratch mark. Another one would leave randomly and talk to their coworkers and come back. Another one had super thin walls and loud atmosphere. I've had some weird ishh happen to me. Anyway - this place is great. Highly recommend!! read more

Highly recommended. Robert is extremely talented, makes you feel comfortable, and really cares about catering to your needs. read more

I've been here now a couple of times for a facial and a massage and Robert is fantastic! Both times I had a GREAT experience. You can easily book your appointment online and if you need to make changes, they will easily accommodate your needs. Don't let the location weird you out! Both times I came here, Robert was very professional. He's extremely knowledgeable in his craft, and he worked on areas where my body and muscles were tense. I highly recommend the therapeutic massage... it's unlike no other! He gave me great advice on how to help relieve pain on a day-to-day. I don't get massages often, but Robert made me feel very comfortable from the beginning. He's super nice and very easy to talk to. The massage room is quiet, serene, and relaxing. It's easy to feel like you've escaped from reality for an hour or so. After my massage, I felt incredible! I didn't realize how much pain my body was really in until he helped relieve my aches! I definitely recommend this place to all of my friends and family. It's worth every penny! read more

Britton is one of the best massage therapists I have ever encountered! I'm a massage junkie, you might say--it's my favorite indulgence. Britton has the intuition essential for a great massage therapist: his hands go right to the spots of greatest tension on your body, and then they sink in and melt it away. He does a wonderful job following my requests (for example, to focus on my upper left back) while also listening to my body to best focus on the places that need the most attention. And if you want pressure, he will give you PRESSURE! I like deep tissue, and he does not hold back. My husband and I have both had such amazing massages from Britton. Plus, Britton's massages are such a great value. The price is so reasonable, and the massage always lasts the entire time you booked (one hour is truly one hour, not 50 minutes as happens at so many other spas where the transition time is built into the price). It's also a very comfortable, clean space outfitted with top notch equipment, like the heated massage table (don't be fooled by the outside). Finally, I always have a great time chatting with Britton during my massage. I could not recommend Britton more enthusiastically. I have had almost monthly massages since the fall of 2016, and I have no plans to stop patronizing this great business. read more

My 90 minute massage was AMAZING!!! I have a new baby & my neck & back have been killing me & this massage was the perfect remedy. Britton was able to focus in on the painful spots in a "hurts so good" kind of way & was super responsive. He wore a mask so I felt safe & I even saw him clean the door handle after I left. I can't wait for my next massage!!!! read more

These guys recently change their name to Adagio Spa (from Amity Green Room). They have a brand new business but these guys are not brand new to the field. I discovered Britton at a chain massage place and I was so glad to hear that he and another therapist were starting their own business. No conracts, no obligations, just an incredible massage at a great price...LOVE IT! I am a designer and have been for 15 years. The work I do at the computer has left my neck, back, shoulders, and arms a complete mess. I couldn't sleep at night at times without medication it got so bad. When I discovered Britton that all stopped. His knowledge of the muscles and how they work and effect each other is like no other therapist I've ever had. He's not just a masseuse, he's a technician. This is what deep tissue massage is supposed to be. I would highly recommend anyone with muscle and back pain to give Adagio Spa a try. I'm sure they will be around for a long time. ***Update*** About 6 months ago, I started to develop planters fasciaitis and mentioned it to Britton. I recently mentioned it to Britton and he began to work on the arches of my feet. The technique is not for the faint at heart, but within 3-4 sessions, the pain is GONE! read more

My bf and I had a couples massage and it was amazing! Britton was firm yet gentle and really worked out the knots in my back. My bf says Robert found all his problem areas and expertly relieved the tension. Will definitely be returning! read more

What a delightful find this massage and facial care shop is. And so close to the Doubletree, the Crowne Plaza, Econolodge and the Drury Inn! Just scoot down Saint Johns to Guadalupe. You don't have to get on the highway at all. If you're stuck in the hotel with nothing to do this is the place to go and get pampered. If you've been in meetings all day and need a break, this is the place to go. They're open till nine by appointment! I just got the One hour facial, it included an arm and neck massage that relaxed me to my toes. The chair is so comfortable, the music is so soothing the ambience is wonderful and Robert works miracles with his hands. He includes gentle exfoliation, zit zapping and even eyebrow trimming if you feel like it. You deserve the deluxe, set up an appointment as you can. Their shop is minutes away . Don't be turned off by the office like look of their shop. I'm sure he'll be booked up soon read more

See all

It is absolutely impossible to get off their mailing list so keep that in mind before you give them any contact info.

Love these guys! Both my husband and I have been in a few times over the past couple of years and have been worked on by both Britin and Robert. They are both fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I have been going to Britton for years now and he is awesome! He is not a "check the boxes off" kind of guy but rather listens to what's bothering you and works those areas. I carry a lot of stress in my neck and shoulders and he seems to somehow always find exactly where the problem is. The atmosphere is very relaxing and he has many aromatherapy scents to choose from. If you are looking for a great masseur look no further, this is it! read more

Britton is awesome! It was my second time ever getting a massage. I was hesitant because I had a weird experience before, but he is so welcoming and personable! He offers conversation when you want it, and comfortable silence when you want that. Being a waitress, I carry a lot of stress in my neck/shoulders and genetically I have bad hips. He knows exactly what to do to relieve tension physically AND mentally/emotionally. He's a great listener and an amazing masseuse. The stretching and stress relief he has given me has changed my life. After one Groupon appointment I have now booked indefinite weekly appointments with him. I'm so happy I found a cool and comfortable place!! read more

I also first tried this business back when they were Amity Green Room and were at their previous location. I had never had a massage before my boyfriend bought me a gift certificate, but it's safe to say that I am hooked and can really feel the difference after 90 minutes with Britton or Robert. I've had sessions with both Britton and Robert and have to say that they have different styles, but both resulted in wonderful improvements. Britton really focuses on the main problems areas (neck/upper back/arms... yay for a desk job!) and plantar fascitis (I too have this problem). The pressure was intense and targeted, but definitely in a "hurts so good" kind of way that really makes a difference. Robert was more of an all-over/functional type message (more movement, perhaps?), but they're both really accommodating and make sure what they're doing works for you. I got my boyfriend a gift certificate of his own for Christmas and can't wait for him to finally book his appointment, because I know he'll love it too. If you're new to massage or just want to try someone new, check them out! read more

I've been here twice now and great service each time. Britton is a true professional and is the best masseuse I've been to. I would highly recommend and I will definitely repeat. read more

I started going to Robert and Britton when their place was called Amity Green Room. Both guys are excellent masseuses. They listen to my concerns and provide customized therapeutic massages. Their new spa is clean, quiet and spacious. The price is very reasonable. Can't ask for more. read more

This place was great. A little hard to find, but once you walk it you're in a zen place that smells great! There's a comfy couch while you wait and they have Dermologica skin care line available. Britton freakin rocked my world. I grind my teeth at night? Over use my right should playing sports and sleep on my left side, plus I hold all my tension in my shoulders--- that being said, Britton used a variate of techniques to get my shoulders to relax and to workout my neck! He started on my feet but but warm towel and long stone under my neck relax it. Long story short. My feet feel 100x better (I also have plantar fasciitis) and I could actually turn my head with out pain. His pressure was great. He was conversational when appropriate but was very knowledgeable about Muscles! I'll be going back! Plus first timers get $20 off their first service! read more

Very good! Robert was so awesome! Even stayed on the phone when I was having problems finding it. It was excellent pressure and made me feel as relaxed as possible. read more

I've been to Britton three times now and have been very impressed with his ability to find my tight spots and work out the kinks. All three massages have been therapeutic, so deep tissue work and not very relaxing. But I have felt progressively better with each visit! I have a lot of neck and shoulder issues, so he needs the full 60-mins. to work on my upper body. He is very thorough! This last time I splurged for 90 mins. and he was able to work on lower body as well. I will definitely continue with monthly visits, and hopefully one day soon it will be pure relaxation and rejuvenation! read more

I have been going to Robert for theraputic massages for a while now, and he is absolutely the BEST!!! He really works on what you need at the time, with excellent results. BUT - today I had my first hot-stone massage. TO DIE FOR!!! The most relaxing massage EVER! Whatever he does is pure magic in my book, but this was absolutely AWESOME. I told him he was going to need a spatula to get me off of the table.... And they're gearing up for their facial and waxing services! How exciting! Come in for a facial, then get a massage! What could be better??? read more

I'm hooked. I love getting massages here. Robert is awesome. A little "back" story (har har har): My lower back has been extremely sensitive to pressure since I threw it out several years ago, but I still like lots of pressure on the rest of my back. I've explained this to many massage therapists over the years, but they either wimp out on the whole massage or accidentally hit a painful spot. Robert's the first one to get it just right, which I greatly appreciate. Just an overall good, laid-back experience at a place run by friendly folks. I dig it. read more

This was the best massage I've ever had. Britton is a very talented massage therapist and he really paid attention to my body's needs. I was so relaxed the entire time and I cannot wait to go back. HIGHLY recommend!!! read more

Britton - this man has healing hands! He is one of the best therapist I've been to. He is very professional and knowledgable. I've seen a lot of improvement with my lower back and PF problems. I'm a regular now and highly recommend them! read more

My wife and I love this place. Of all the spas, massage types and treatments I've had in my travels and here in Austin, Britton is by far the best. He has an amazing knowledge and ability to effectively find and work out not just the obvious aches but all the hidden associated aches and knots. He has help me with plantar fasciitis, shoulder injuries, cricks in my neck and my usual back tension. read more

Experience was less than enjoyable. This spa definitely has a lot to work on. The atmosphere feels more like a dentist office, not a spa. You only get the spa feeling through the surround sound music being played. The masseur, unfortunately I only know him as that (that's not even a worthy title) he never even introduced himself. The massage wasn't even the 60 min I payed for. The foot massage/scrub was pretty much foot scrub rubbed on, wiped off. Do NOT waste your money on this place. I have had plenty of massages in the Austin area and the staff (yes staff, this spa only had ONE person massaging and checking out...creepy) are always friendly and welcoming. The one star is only there cause it wouldn't allow me to put zero! read more

Britton is the best! He has helped me recover from chronic migraine headaches and injuries. He is a caring therapist and he seems to remember everything. Adagio Spa is a comfortable space; the staff are welcoming and helpful. read more

Robert and Britton are professionals who know their business of helping others relax, refocus, recover and wants to assure the best treatment per each person. Their hands become in tune with each area of the massage to get the toxins to release and become balance. I will tell everyone and come back again and again. read more

I recently had a massage here by Britton. It was a wonderful massage and Britton was very empathic in his technique. He noticed that I had tightness in my shoulders and suggested some exercises that I could do at home or at the gym to loosen up. That was helpful. It was a very relaxing massage, and I found myself talking a lot to Britton during the massage--I usually don't talk during my massages, but he was very easy to talk to. I also met Robert, the other therapist who works there, and I found him to be gracious and charming. Highly recommend the Adagio Spa! read more

What a great experience! From the very start, they were very accommodating and understanding when I had to reschedule twice. Went in for a prenatal massage and received top notch service. Loved the relaxing atmosphere, aromatherapy options and especially the massage! Britton was on point with the pressure and technique. Will definitely be back! read more

I've tried numerous massage therapists (in various cities and at different locations), but now, I only come here! I love the brand's vibe and philosophy, as well as the fact that it is constantly evolving and offering new and even better services. And I LOVE Britton's massages! He knows what works yet still surprises me with new techniques and continuous relief. read more

Britton is awesome! I have been going to him for a while now because he is great at deep tissue massage and always tailors the massage to what is bothering me most at the time, which is usually back, shoulders and neck. My prenatal massages were very relaxing as well. He along with Robert are very kind and accomodating. Have tried several other places and even though it's a bit farther than I'd like its worth the drive! read more

I scheduled to have a waxing done, which was a first for me. From the get go, the staff was extremely accommodating in coordinating my procedure at a time that was convince to my schedule. Robert was there and ready to go as soon as I arrived, and made ever accommodation to ensure that I was prepared for my procedure and knew what to expect. Throughout the process he continued to ensure I was comfortable, and went over all the aftercare issues I needed to be aware of to ensure that best results long term. I was very happy with Robert, the results, and the whole process as a whole. I plan to go back and definitely recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. read more

Good scheduling, friendly guy, and clean place however my spine is in aweful pain after the massage. The massage went fine until the 'neck stretching'. Now my neck and my spine between the should blades are a 9 pain level. I am a daily soccer player with no prior back problems. Given massage is a bit of hooky practice, I would stick with masseuse that massages, not stretches. Hoping I recover soon to play soccer again. You have been warned. read more

My girlfriend found these guys on groupon a while ago and gave me a couples massage as part of my birthday. We went in and I was immediately impressed. From the moment we walked in, they were kind and courteous and really wanted to help. They were very personable and very professional. The massage was fantastic. I've had probably 20 massages by 5 different people throughout my life and this was by far the best. He worked on exactly what I needed and my girlfriend(her first massage) said she would definitely come back to these guys. They stayed and talked with us on the way out. He pointed out where my trouble spots were and we talked about possible causes and solutions for these problems. He was incredibly knowledgeable and very understanding. If you're debating on whether to book, just do it. I PROMISE that you won't regret. Incredible service for the price. In fact, I'm going back tonight! Edit: Just got back and I had a three day headache due to tension all over my upper body and in a little over an hour and he had me feeling like a new man. Great to talk to and worked wonders on me. read more

I purchased a Classic Facial with Robert through Groupon. I can't give enough praise for the service itself and for Robert's knowledge as an aesthetist. My skin felt wonderful and I learned a lot about proper skin care for my age group. I also loved that he educates you about the products that he used, but there is no pressure to buy anything. Great place! read more
