Toyota Dealership for full automotive needs from repairs, purchasing, supplies. Saje is one of the first wellness shops I stopped by with friendly staff and excellent customer service. I purchased Pain Release, a joint and arthritis cream, one for myself and another to give as a gift. My favorite daily cream that amazingly relieves pain. I also bought as a gift - Pocket Farmacy Physical Edition which offers five roll ons for stress reliever, tension, colds & coughs, upset stomach, and pain. Both products meet TSA requirements. Uniqlo in Canada doesn't accept US accounts if attempting to purchase items and scan barcodes via phone. I spotted a top on sale, tried it on, bought it immediately because the color and size were no longer available in the US. Ice Palace for hockey and skating. When we walked by, there were a group of youth having ice hockey lessons. There's amusement rides galore. Trouble ride caught my attention because it reminded me of playing board game in my younger years. Lively in colors and movement versatility, goes upside down, forward, backward and sideways, with upper and lower harness. Inner energy in me wanted to hop on; however, I would've suffered mean headaches or motion sickness afterwards so I stopped myself and just admired those that are able to enjoy thrill seeking rides. There were youngsters, adults and elderly surfing and catching man made waves realistically indoors for longer lengths of time. Developers of Wai Kai and Wet and Wild Water Park on O'ahu that set up short length wave rides...take notes. Mini golf looked very intriguing and fun! Shooting Range is available, upper level and tucked far away foot traffic. T&T Supermarket, a full scale Asian market. There's also K-Beauty and J-Beauty products. Casino is also available on the premises for those weighing their options on bets. It's not the largest mall in the world when comparing square footage to SM Mall of Asia in Metro Manila, Dubai Mall, and Iran Mall. My thoughts were that's it!

Had high hopes for more 'outlet' stores but left disappointed as there was nothing spectacular about the mall. Many of the stores are at other locations and some were offering an additional discount or sales on certain items but nothing that appealed to me. I like that Cloud Nine Pajamas opened up a store here and Pearson's that sells the cider and drinks I've been seeing at markets for years. They also sell butter tarts and other tarts. The food court was very busy and not that many food options. The mall isn't very big and once all the stores open it, maybe there will be one that interests me enough to go back.

I grew up in Leduc and I remember as a kid the only places to go clothes shopping was the SAAN…read morestore (RIP) or Fields (RIP). My how times have changed. While technically not in Leduc, this mall is out by the airport and is a 5 minute drive away (from Leduc, about 15 minutes from South Edmonton). The new mall is considered an airport mall. I think they want people on flight layovers to wander through the mall, or maybe stop in before your flight. There is a shuttle to/from the mall and the airport. There is also a bus from Edmonton (not sure where from maybe Century Park) to the mall. And a bus from Leduc to the mall. This is a nice option for those who want to visit the mall, but don't have a car (like me right now). The parking lot is quite big and there are six (or maybe seven) entrances. The mall is big and spacious. The halls and aisles are huge, which means you never really feel crowded. This mall is very clean, and I hope they can continue this throughout its use. The food court has a decent selection of options including a Starbucks, A&W, Mia Pasta, Chachie's (sandwiches), Thai Express, Shanghai 360, KFC, Barcelos, Bento Sushu, Edo Japan, Bar Burrito, New York Fries, and a Juice Bar. The only thing missing from international food court affair would probably be a Greek place, and a kebab shop, but it's a good start. There are several stores in this mall, but not all of them are open yet. However a good majority are. My favourites are - David's Tea, because I love tea. They often have sales and several times I've stopped in they've done scratch cards and I've gotten free tea. Can't argue with that. - Lindt. This is a chocolate shop. Lindt chocolate is amazing. They often give out samples and they have a few flavours that you won't find in the grocery store. This place is amazing. Enough said. - Old Navy. This is an outlet location. Sometimes Old Navy is hit and miss for me, but I usually get decent deals on jeans and I like picking up t-shirts to wear to the gym or to bed. - Pearson's Berry Farm. This store sells syrups, jams, and pies (and butter tarts). Honestly what surprised me is the fact I found Blackcurrant syrup here. I was living in Ireland for two years and Blackcurrant is a big flavour there, but I never thought I'd find it here. Now I know where I can buy a syrup to make blackcurrant juice. So happy about this. - Chatters. Has hair salon products that you can't buy at the drug store. They also have an actual hair salon if you need a haircut. - Share. This is a really cool open concept store that features different locally made products (from soaps to scarves to art) from local designers. What's really interesting about this store is the artists/craftspeople they feature change. So if you see something you love here be sure to pick it up, because it might not be there on your next visit. Inside this area is another coffee shop, a bubble waffle place, and a juice/healthy eating takeaway. - B Sweet is a candy shop. They got some standard candies, a nice selection of jelly beans, but what I love is that they have some foreign (UK/Irish) chocolate bars like Galaxy, Picnic, and Toffee Crisp. The foreign items are super expensive, but if I'm having a craving for a Toffee Crisp I know where to go. I just wish they sold Boost Bars (it's like a Wunderbar, but with a chocolate fudge instead of peanut butter and it's amazing). - The Body Shop. Always like shopping at the Body Shop (they got a good variety of delicious smelling lotions, soaps, etc). They're a company that doesn't test on animals so I always like to support them when I can. Of course there's lots of mores and a few more restaurants (fast food type) here. There are lots of shoe stores, but I try not to go into those because I would spend way too much money. I think the downside is there are a few stores not open (like Marshall's, Kate Spade, and some others). I believe they'll be open by the fall. I also don't know if they outlet deals at the stores are so great that you'd want to come into here from Edmonton. They're certainly not the insane outlet deals that you can find in the US. However I still think it's worth it to come out here and check out this new mall, especially for the few new unique stores it has.

Whyte Ave is one of the hottest destination spots in the City. It is host to some cool and unusual shops: Great restaurants and nightclubs/bars. Quirky shops. The Farmers Market, A great library in a historical building, Host to many great festivals and events, and so much more. Whyte Ave is also always evolving which makes it vibrant and fun. There are lots of great stores (some of which are pretty unique too!) and restaurants. It's a colourful place with an interesting crowd depending on what else is going on in the area. I've been here for parties, festivals, special events, theatre and more! It is quite popular with the university student crowd. That said, it's imperfect: some of what makes it awesome is also what causes issues: it's a pretty popular place with the late night crowd and can get very busy/crazy on occasion. Additionally, these events/festivals can cause trash and whatnot. It's busy enough that parking can be limited and transit from downtown is sometimes awkward. But it's a great destination to reach on foot. And there is reasonably good transit to this area. I definitely recommend a visit, particularly during the summer months.

Before the mall was renovated in 1992, it was very dark and gloomy, but now it's very bright and more modern-looking. The makeover didn't really benefit this mall that much. In fact, in became pretty lame. When Wal-Mart moved here, this brought in tons of traffic, and I would say it's what kept this mall alive. After Wal-Mart left, many great stores closed down, including the GAP. (I still can't forgive them for taking it away from me!) This mall was stagnant for quite some time, but over the past five years, this mall has been slowly improving once again. Some of the best stores are HMV, Sport Chek, Dollarama, Game City, Le Chateau, Payless. Winners, Army & Navy, Coles, Spasation, Shoppers Drug Mart, Purdy's, Save-on-Foods, and The Great Room Company. The Bay is here too, but it's probably the worst one (minimal selection) in the entire city. Oh, and I almost forgot--there's a Library here as well! The mall's food court is the best, since it has big screen TVs, a water wall, and all the fast-food favourites. There's Taco Time, New York Fries, Edo, Booster Juice, Arby's, Orange Julius, Opa!, A&W, and lots more. McDonald's and Second Cup are also in the mall. The customer service area, located in the centre of the mall, is a great place to come for a rest. There's many flat-screen TVs and large comfy chairs and couches. Londonderry Mall has always had a reputation of bringing in many famous people--usually it's something for the kids or a band for the teenagers. When I was a kid, and before the mall was renovated, I saw Richard Simmons! Woohoo. Lucky me. Five years ago, I would have given this mall a two-star rating for sure. Maybe now I am giving it four instead of three, since it's my neighbourhood mall (I'm probably slightly biased), but it has improved considerably. Londonderry Mall is no Kingsway, but it's still pretty awesome.
