Came to check out the mall the first weekend and long lines when we left but we arrived in the morning so it was ok. Had high hopes for more 'outlet' stores but left disappointed as there was nothing spectacular about the mall. Many of the stores are at other locations and some were offering an additional discount or sales on certain items but nothing that appealed to me. I like that Cloud Nine Pajamas opened up a store here and Pearson's that sells the cider and drinks I've been seeing at markets for years. They also sell butter tarts and other tarts. The food court was very busy and not that many food options. The mall isn't very big and once all the stores open it, maybe there will be one that interests me enough to go back. read more

I grew up in Leduc and I remember as a kid the only places to go clothes shopping was the SAAN store (RIP) or Fields (RIP). My how times have changed. While technically not in Leduc, this mall is out by the airport and is a 5 minute drive away (from Leduc, about 15 minutes from South Edmonton). The new mall is considered an airport mall. I think they want people on flight layovers to wander through the mall, or maybe stop in before your flight. There is a shuttle to/from the mall and the airport. There is also a bus from Edmonton (not sure where from maybe Century Park) to the mall. And a bus from Leduc to the mall. This is a nice option for those who want to visit the mall, but don't have a car (like me right now). The parking lot is quite big and there are six (or maybe seven) entrances. The mall is big and spacious. The halls and aisles are huge, which means you never really feel crowded. This mall is very clean, and I hope they can continue this throughout its use. The food court has a decent selection of options including a Starbucks, A&W, Mia Pasta, Chachie's (sandwiches), Thai Express, Shanghai 360, KFC, Barcelos, Bento Sushu, Edo Japan, Bar Burrito, New York Fries, and a Juice Bar. The only thing missing from international food court affair would probably be a Greek place, and a kebab shop, but it's a good start. There are several stores in this mall, but not all of them are open yet. However a good majority are. My favourites are - David's Tea, because I love tea. They often have sales and several times I've stopped in they've done scratch cards and I've gotten free tea. Can't argue with that. - Lindt. This is a chocolate shop. Lindt chocolate is amazing. They often give out samples and they have a few flavours that you won't find in the grocery store. This place is amazing. Enough said. - Old Navy. This is an outlet location. Sometimes Old Navy is hit and miss for me, but I usually get decent deals on jeans and I like picking up t-shirts to wear to the gym or to bed. - Pearson's Berry Farm. This store sells syrups, jams, and pies (and butter tarts). Honestly what surprised me is the fact I found Blackcurrant syrup here. I was living in Ireland for two years and Blackcurrant is a big flavour there, but I never thought I'd find it here. Now I know where I can buy a syrup to make blackcurrant juice. So happy about this. - Chatters. Has hair salon products that you can't buy at the drug store. They also have an actual hair salon if you need a haircut. - Share. This is a really cool open concept store that features different locally made products (from soaps to scarves to art) from local designers. What's really interesting about this store is the artists/craftspeople they feature change. So if you see something you love here be sure to pick it up, because it might not be there on your next visit. Inside this area is another coffee shop, a bubble waffle place, and a juice/healthy eating takeaway. - B Sweet is a candy shop. They got some standard candies, a nice selection of jelly beans, but what I love is that they have some foreign (UK/Irish) chocolate bars like Galaxy, Picnic, and Toffee Crisp. The foreign items are super expensive, but if I'm having a craving for a Toffee Crisp I know where to go. I just wish they sold Boost Bars (it's like a Wunderbar, but with a chocolate fudge instead of peanut butter and it's amazing). - The Body Shop. Always like shopping at the Body Shop (they got a good variety of delicious smelling lotions, soaps, etc). They're a company that doesn't test on animals so I always like to support them when I can. Of course there's lots of mores and a few more restaurants (fast food type) here. There are lots of shoe stores, but I try not to go into those because I would spend way too much money. I think the downside is there are a few stores not open (like Marshall's, Kate Spade, and some others). I believe they'll be open by the fall. I also don't know if they outlet deals at the stores are so great that you'd want to come into here from Edmonton. They're certainly not the insane outlet deals that you can find in the US. However I still think it's worth it to come out here and check out this new mall, especially for the few new unique stores it has. read more

It's a nice mall. I found some stores that I haven't seen them in other malls or outlet malls. It maybe to early to comment but so far it's pretty clean and seems to be organized. One of the other things I liked about them all was services to the airport. Basically it seems people who are between flight at YEG, can come to the mall, walk around, have food and do some shopping. Which is very good for Edmonton! It seems like there are some more developments going on and the roads and access would be better in near future. Overall I found the prices, atmosphere and the experience very good and I will probably go there for shopping more often. read more

This mall only has maybe 60% of the stores open at this point, but it is a pretty decent mall when it comes to shopping experience. The ceilings are high, the shop prices are generally good, and the construction is new. The restrooms are large and the women's restroom includes a great changing table (complete with mattress pad which is generally more than what I expect when I visit most public restrooms, even in family friendly venues). The outlet mall is of decent size but isn't too huge or hard to navigate. The food court includes some variety which is nice, and there is ample seating in the wide hallways of the mall. Additionally, the entrances are well labeled with letters to make it that much easier to get back to your vehicle. Also, as this is so close to the airport, you can actually take advantage of a lot of great services for people flying out of the airport as well. There is a shuttle from the airport, ample parking, and while some of the stores are not yet open and others seem understaffed, the pricing and the variety makes this mall worth visiting. read more

Nice clean mall with a lot of stores now open. All American brand name stores eg: naturalizer (shoes) , Nike, American eagle, Guess, fForever 21 , aerie, Tommy Hilfiger, Under Armour and many more. Reasonably priced. About 40 mins drive from Edmonton, 5 mins from EIA. Very clean. Washrooms easily accessible.Lots of parking available around building as well as handicap parking. Flight information available in food hall. Will recommend checking it out at least once. read more

It turned out to by owned by the same developer so why not repeat the same layout that works. I did manage to buy a few items here. Had the day off and decided to venture out to the airport outlet mall. Although I am a little disappointed in the stores that they ended using choosing for the outlet (was hoping for new ones that Edmonton doesn't already have) there were a few that I liked. They have a really cool section called The Curated Shop which has awesome locally made items (jewelry, candles, soaps) as well as a cute coffee shop and Bubble Cream kiosk. Other than that, it has all the same stores you'd find at South Edmonton Common and West Ed. Also, the prices aren't really "outlet" prices like you'd see at Crossiron Mills. The food hall has a decent selection for food options including a few I haven't heard of (mia pasta, Shanghai 360, Barcelos). My main reason for going was to check out the Kate Spade store as I found out that they were having a 70% off sale this week. The selection of purses is fantastic! Just a bit disappointed that there isn't more clothing at this location as that's what I was hoping for. I did come away with a few things though so all in all it was a decent experience. read more

The mini version of Crossiron Mills. Too many stores with footwear. Stores at this time are not completely open but probably later this year. Almost feels like your in another country shopping mall. It does get busy since it just recently opened. If I were to come back here again it will be when the place is the same size as Crossiron Mills because they clearly are lacking stores to venture or window shop. The food court has some new vendors but we will see how long they last. Walking around this whole place one time would take 10-15min and you'll have already seen the whole mall. It's that short. Parking lot is massive but busy and probably more busier on a weekend. The waiting areas are good but not creative with new themes. I'm glad they have some booths placed with ipads in case you wanna surf the internet while waiting for your friend or family finish shopping. Recommended for New mall adventurers. read more

If you've done any outlet shopping in the states, you'll likely be disappointed with the new outlet mall by the airport, mostly because there's not much to be found in the way of actual outlet stores. Old Navy and Naturalizer are "outlet" stores (although similar prices can be found at any Old Navy running a decent sale) and there's a few high end "factory" locations (some of which already have similar stores in South Common). The rest of the mall is filled with many of the same retail clothes and shoe stores you'll find in Edmonton. The only saving grace is the couple of local offerings that have popped up, like Grandeur and The Curated Shop -- literally the only reason I'm giving this mall 3 stars instead of two. Honestly, other than those two stores, the novelty of the outlet mall isn't worth the trip, unless you desperately need to drive 20min to yet another Forever 21 for some reason. read more

Love this brand new mall, it's bright, well payed out and good food options. I was slightly disappointed though at the amount of stores that weren't currently open. I'd say by December 2018 all the units should be filled so I'll go back then. As for now I wouldn't make the journey there. read more

Finally made my way out to the new outlet mall near the airport. I went on a Monday morning which was LOVELY! There were times my mom and I felt like we were some of the only people there! Speaking to some employees they said weekends are still crazy and they will get a push of people if there's a large layover but during the Monday-Wednesday mornings, they're nice and chill! I must say that I went in with low expectations as I hadn't heard the best reviews of the mall. I must say that I was pleasantly surprised! There were some great stores (Mountain Warehouse, West 49, Lole, etc.) and the mall feels so open and breathable. I gave it a four because there still are quite a few stores that need to open and their food court did seem small for a mall that size. In the end, I would recommend checking it out, especially when all the stores open! read more

This is a nice mall. Clean airy with lots of seating around the whole mall. The problem is that there isn't very many stores that cater to the male gender. Mostly clothing and shoes. It does not even have a bookstore. read more

Opening some better stores so that's good. Would like to see more big name stores like VS, Sephora, Bath and Body Works etc. A great bookstore would be fantastic too as Leduc doesn't have one. Closest is south common in Edmonton. Whoever designed the roads around this mall must have been mad. Only one way out makes for a long wait and a lot of traffic. Perfect for wasting time between flights. Even better for the people of leduc who want somewhere closer to have all of your favorite stores. Not to mention that a lot of parents feel safer letting there 12 or 13 year old go to the mall (with you waiting for them in the food court,of course). Over all, really clean and lots of clothing stores to choose from for back to school shopping! Tip: Make sure that you have time to go the mall because there are quite a few shops and if you are looking at clothes, it may take a while. read more

This mall is a downsized version of Cross Iron Mills in Balzac. Although it was very busy and all of the stores in the mall were open when we visited, the decor gives it a desolate feel. The food court is very small given the overall size of the mall. The toy store (Tree House Toys) was a total disappointment, our 7 year old son was looking forward to checking out the " high end toys" the store's ads claim they offer, but the store of full of only cheap Chinese-made Dollar store quality junk. The prices don't reflect that. The other stores in the mall don't really have that much to offer either. There is a Marshalls that looked as if it had been raided, and a Nike Outlet, also a few other stores that make claims on the mall's website that they just don't live up to. ( Street Clothing was full of junk that seemed other stores may have discarded, even the name brands they had offered what looked like one-offs). The only store that looked to be worthwhile was the Under Armour Outlet but it was so overrun with certain types of people that you couldn't get near anything to look at it.
