Dennis was so amazing!! Our friend is vegetarian and he walked her through everything on the menu that was good for her to eat as well as giving us recommendations!!! The pesto ravioli was delicious per his recommendation. He created a welcoming environment and I felt so comfortable asking him for whatever we needed! read more

Came here for brunch and the food was quite average for the price - the steak was overcooked. The service was incredibly slow and the bucatini came out cold. read more

The food was excellent! Highly recommend the brussel sprouts and whipped rictotta. Our server, Claire, was wonderful!!

Their source chopped salad was one of the best salads I've ever had! Everything is cut small, so you get a really balanced bite and nothing overpowers, even as someone who's not a huge red onion fan. The chicken parm sandwich needed a little bit more sauce and was a little dry, but it was still really tasty, and their cocktail menu was fun too. The atmosphere was also very nice, and the staff was quite friendly - will definitely come back! read more

Claire was a great waitress and the food was excellent. Service was prompt and food came out at a good pace.

Caleb was the best! Super kind and helpful. All the food is great and they have such a fun cocktail list.

I came here for brunch, and I loved it! I showed up at opening on a Sunday, and I had no problem getting a table. French toast: This wasn't too sweet, and almost tasted like it had a banana base Hangover pizza: This has sausage, pepperoni, and eggs. The eggs were done a bit over. Brussel sprouts: These were wonderfully crispy, with a sweet glaze. I'd get all of these again. For two, this felt like we ordered too much, but this meant that we had leftovers to take home. read more

I came to Source with a friend after seeing Me&You Mondays on social media, which is their 3-course dinner for $26. We split the arancini and the ricotta dip. The ricotta dip was a standout, with lots of toppings and a great texture. The arancini were a little mushy and not too flavorful. For a main I got the eggplant stack. The eggplant was excellent, but it was overpowered by the ham and the aioli. For dessert, we split a tiramisu with their milk and cookies; tiramisu was great, but the cookies were burnt on the bottom. Overall, it was OK but beware: we got the meal deal and 2 drinks each, and with the automatic 20% tip and 4% "kitchen appreciation" fee it was $66 each. I wouldn't run back, but overall a fine meal. read more

Claire was the best. She was amazing. Honestly deserved a raise. She was very kind and accommodating to our large group which was slightly all over the place during ordering. She aced everything. read more

First off, amazing atmosphere. We felt so welcomed by all the staff. Pizza was actually bigger than I expected which is always a plus and the crust was *chef's * . I know the Brussel sprouts are a specialty here, but it didn't really rock my world. Top pieces were nicely charred and had a good crunch but after the first 2 butes it started to get VERY sweet. We didn't eat any of the bottom half of the bowl, it was like drinking syrup. read more

Joao was absolutely incredible! He was very attentive and funny. Lovely service and food, gave us free shots as well.

Morgan (the server) was SO amazing. She was so incredibly attentive and kind. Apart from the service, the food AND drinks were divine. No notes. This restaurant made it on our "Must Return" list the next time we are in Boston. If this restaurant is in your queue, move it up to number one and just go. Its amazing! read more

Went here for dinner with some friends and thought it was decent but nothing exceptional. We ordered drinks - I had a martini and it was well made but I didn't like the gin (they didn't have any of my go-to gins) and I thought it almost tasted minty which was off putting. We ordered the wings to start ($15 for 3??) which had a good flavor but honestly didn't have that much meat on them. We also got the Brussels sprouts ($14) which were fine but they were just too sweet - they would have benefited from a more complex flavor. I ordered the taco pizza and the flavor was great but the pizza itself was soooo floppy/soggy and the crust did not hold up the toppings at all. The outer crust was basically the best part of the pizza since it was the only part that wasn't insanely soggy. My friend's tuscan kale pizza looked better. Pizzas are bigger than I expected - I would advise splitting one between two people & maybe getting a few apps. read more

Saw it on instagram reels a lot so I just had to go try it. Making reservations was fairly easy online especially for a Saturday brunch. There was no wait time when we got to the restaurant. Service was great as well. The place is chill with modern industrial style interiors. Good vibes overall. Food was a little bit disappointing tho. The soufflé pancakes were dense which I was not expecting. Bucatini is a bit bland as well. I should've tried their famous pizzas but didn't get a chance to. read more

Solid Italian place located right next to Harvard. It was pretty easy to get a reservation and seating was smooth. I came here mainly because I saw carbonara on the menu but sadly they didn't have pasta during lunch. Ordered 2 pizzas and the corn. Corn was pretty solid, a bit too zesty seasoning for my liking but nothing I couldn't scrape off with my fork. The pizza was pretty solid too, the bottom crust was a little thin but it was still yummy! Broccoli added good flavor too. Overall I thought this restaurant was pretty solid. Good for a quick meal. read more

YUMM! I've been here before for brunch but this was my first time for dinner. I'm a huge fan of their fall spritz - definitely recommend. The fall sangria also looked amazing. I got the Tuscan kale pizza with goat cheese kale and mushrooms making it the perfect vegetarian pizza delight! Definitely recommend getting your own pizza here, it's too good to share read more

It was a great experience. It was bigger than it looked from the outside. Loved the mismatched plates they had at the tables along with the table games they offered. The waiter was quick to great us and gave good recommendations. I got the Pide and besides one of the yolks being broken it was delicious. The table also got the Benedict and a pizza and they were all happy with their orders. The pizza donuts were also warm and sweet but could have done without the melted cream and Nutella underneath them. read more

While exploring Harvard Square, we spontaneously popped in to Source for a bite to eat around noon, and it was delicious! Even though it was packed, we were fortunate to get sat right away in the window seats. They were serving their brunch menu since it was Saturday. Service: 4/5 - a bit slow, but understandable given the weekend brunch rush and all of the food being made to order! Food: 5/5 Overall: 5/5 Food ratings: - Bucatini carbonara (4/5): Loved the super thick udon noodles. Flavor was as expected. Egg was nice. A solid carbonara. - Neo pizza (5/5): This dough was PERFECTION. Light, fluffy, incredibly soft and chewy. Everything about it was incredible. - Eggs in purgatory (4/5): Basically shakshouka, or a version of it. Sausage and peas and mushrooms in a tomato sauce with baked eggs. The garlic naan/bread that came with it was just as perfect as the pizza dough - fluffy and soft and brilliant. The eggs were okay - overcooked, but good. read more

Keeping it very short and will just say the pizza is a 10/10! It's enough for 2 people to feel comfortably full. They do not offer any spicy add ons like jalapeños but our server did bring over some red pepper flakes to add on top. Parking is a little rough unless you park next door in the parking lot that has a fee. read more

Absolutely delish!!! Ambiance: contemporary, modern, and sleek. There's outdoor seating with flower baskets hanging and wooden tables! There's an awning to cover for shade, but it was very hot on a sunny day so I would recommend going inside for cooler air. It was pretty slick! Food and drinks: delish!!!! I had the eggs Benedict as pictured and my friend had more of a pasta carbonara which was also super good! The drinks are strong, but they are modern and tastedull read more

We were able to walk in Friday night, one table free. Very nice server. We ordered the NY style pizza with our chosen toppings and it was fantastic. Loved the crust! As usual we stopped for a meal before going to the theatre. Three of us shared a somewhat strange vegetarian pizza (for the first and probably last time), an unusual salad (stick to the stuff you know), arancini, drinks - wine, a decent beer and a strange beverage. Our server was very pleasant and efficient. The check was reasonable. We will return but will order dishes we know and like. read more

Made a reservation at opening for Saturday brunch and were promptly seated! Quick and casual service. The brussels sprouts were full of flavor and really kept us craving for more. Sweet, salty, and a bit spicy. French toast was delicious, with the peanut butter and banana inside adding a nice surprise. Make sure to get this for brunch because there's only a limited amount! Overall, really love this spot and would love to come back to try their other items, such as their pizza or pasta. read more

Awesome service from Caesar at the bar! Source is a great place any night but especially on a Monday.

Delicious food, amazing drinks , and great service. I definitely will be back . High recommended!!!

I usually love this place but it really dropped the ball tonight. Service was slow and mediocre at best, our server was absent and a little bit rude at times. An overall complaint I have is the inability to order french fries with burgers and sandwiches, as we were told they were only available with the steak frites. This just seems silly and doesn't make a whole lot of sense. Wish I had better things to say but spent a whole lot of money for a subpar experience read more

Ambiance and service- 5 Presentation and freshness of the foods - 5 Flavors and textures - 4 Local beers - 5 Bucatini looked beautiful but was a bit plain. I was hoping to have more umph from the cure chopped meats but it didn't, maybe the chef forgot to put salt in the pasta? Their Pepperoni Neapolitan pizza was probably the best in the Boston area. I liked the caramelized onion and balsamic on top for flavors, but it's also the reason why the pizza was a bit soggy in the center. The pepperoni itself was really tasty! Source definitely stood out as a more superior pizza joint compared to others in the Boston area. A few more improvements on the details and they'll see us come back often. I'm spoiled by the legendary pepperoni neapolitan pizzas from Vetri and Stella in Philly :D Tasty pizza and fun place to dine in, we'll be back to try their other dishes! read more

I came here for brunch a few months ago on a Sunday morning with a few friends. I went ahead and got the bucatini carbonara. The dish was okay. Nothing special. It is very small portioned so you definitely would a need an appetizer or split another entree with someone else. I did try the hangover pizza that my friend got, which was decent. Drinks were good, but again nothing special. It was pretty easy to find a reservation here. The interior decor is nice and this restaurant is located in the nice area of Harvard Square though. read more

The food was very good. I tried the pork milanese with pasta. Delicious! Their tart cherry lime rickey mocktail was also very good. I was glad to see a few different mocktail options on the menu. Our server seemed a bit checked out. It by no means was slammed for service when we were there. We had to ask who our server was after we'd waited 15 mins or so with nobody coming to the table except the person who served us water who was not our server. He went to get our server to come over and take our orders. Gave us dessert menus after the meal but took forever to come back and there was no longer time (we were going to see Gatsby at the ART) so we scrapped that. Maybe another time. read more
