Ordering is fairly easy since they offer combos depending which meats you like more. Everything we ordered was good quality. My favorite meat cuts were the beef tongue, brisket and the intestines. If you're not into eating inside parts of animals, I would recommend getting the brisket or kalbi cuts. The Banchan (sides) were good too. They had fish cake, kimchi, pickled radish and cucumbers available. We also tried the tofu soup, steamed egg and corn cheese which all came out hot and tasted flavorful. This spot is a-la-carte, so you order off the menu and pay by items. My only downside is that they didn't have rice paper here since I don't really eat the white rice since it fills me up too quickly. Other than that, I would come back here again next time I'm visiting family. Service here was awesome too! We were checked on throughout our whole meal and the servers were friendly.

The Radish Neang Myun was refreshing on a hot day. I prefer mine with a more spicy kimchi flavor. I added in some from the banchan with lots of vinegar and some hot mustard. My family liked the lettuce wrap and meats but my mom said the soybean paste stew was salty. Wish they offered kimchi stew instead of soybean paste stew, or give the option to choose one or the other. I tried a piece of the kimchi pancake and felt it needed more kimchi flavor and some scallions to add some color to it. The spicy citrus soy sauce it came with wasn't spicy at all.
