Love love love it all! From the service, to the food, to the endless options. The place was so fun to be in, there was music, neat decor. It was clean and orderly, I love the fact the server took their time to go over the menu, recommending foods, and being on top of everything. I got the k-bbq bowl and it was sooo good! I loved the idea of the sauce bar, and the options for the hotpot bowl. I can't wait to come back :)

Me and my bf love this place! every time I come to AZ to visit we have to come here at least once. for the first time ever this weekend they were busy on friday night, maybe it was the time we stopped by but we had to wait 20 minutes for a table. Our favorite is the rose malaxiangguo, rich and creamy, however it's easy to get tired of the tick flavor quickly. I tried the malatang for the first time and the flavor was great too, would recommend if you want something less heavy. the pork guobaorou is a must!! very interesting "breading" has a chewy texture and the sauce is orange-y sweet and sour! As much as I would love to gate keep this place more, i would highly recommend giving it a try.

I'm so obsessed now! This is a weigh by pound thing where you fill up a bowl with your raw ingredients and they cook it up for you in the back. There's a beef broth, a rose broth, and also some stir fry options. The rose was good but a little heavy so I went with the beef broth the second time around which I definitely enjoyed more (it's also a few dollars cheaper by lb). We waited less than 10 minutes when they were busy and the owner gave us a free appetizer which was so nice! Girls working were super nice and attentive! Will be frequenting this place

I was a fan of Sorimmara when they first opened in Chandler at 99Ranch Food court. Very pleased to have an actual location nearby me! This spot is pretty small with limited seating so be mindful if you have a large party or you can get lucky if some booths are empty to combine. The selection offered many different meats and veggies. This location differs from chandler since they have a sauce bar and personal heating stove for the hotpot. Definitely glad to see a place nearby me!

I arrived around 6pm for dinner with my husband. At the time, there were only two tables occupied. Just minutes later, a few more parties came. Some people had to be turned away because a table was reserved for 7pm and at the time, it would only allow customers 30 min to eat, so people had to leave. That's a bummer. I think there's not enough seating inside. Regardless, service was great. The bowls are giant and they do that so when you pick your toppings, you feel like you don't grab enough and when it's time to weigh it, you're like darn, I got greedy. I got the rose malatang, added mozzarella cheese and mild spice. It was creamy and delicious. Although, with the cheese and sauce, it was hard to find what I was eating. It's a fun concept and I'd come back to maybe try another dish but probably wouldn't come too often. It get

I really wanted to love this spot! I wasn't a fan of the broth in the dish I ordered--it just didn't vibe with my taste buds. BUT I did try my friend's dish and that broth was way better, so I think it depends on what you get. The restaurant was clean, and service was decent, but I wish I had gotten a recommendation for a different soup. I might give it another shot and try something else next time! Hit or miss on flavor My dish: 2/5 | Friend's: 4/5 Clean space + solid service

Service is excellent and the foods are amazing! You can choose the ingredients for your soup, and cook in on the tabletop stove. The best dish was ddukbokki! So glad to have this restaurant nearby!

This place had diy malatang with a huge variety of meat, veggie, and carb options. The ingredients were very fresh looking and clean, and some highlights include baby octopus, scallop, and cheese filled tteobokki. Unfortunately they only have malatang or rose malatang as soup base options, but they could make the malatang with no spice if requested. I got a level 4 spicy soup - it was spicy but not too excessively oily, which meant that the soup was still somewhat drinkable. The pork guabaorou was also on sale for $10 for a small portion, and it was surprisingly crispy yet light at the same time. It came with a side of sweet sauce, but you could also dip it in the malatang since it soaks up the spiciness pretty well.

Been here twice already. The food is good if you're looking for a mala tang that hits the spot. Their rosé ttokbokki is also an highlight but please do yourself a favor and get a bowl of rice.

Our first time at Sorimmara this weekend and did not know what to expect but overall the experience was pleasant. I love hot pot and this is a different take on what I have previously tried before. You basically fill your bowl with the food items you want like noodles, fish cake, veggie, seafood and meats then pick if you want stir fry or hot pot. My husband and I both did the Malatang soup which is spicy soup with has sichuan pepper in it so it does have that numbing taste to it. It's very good. I would come back but I would share the bowl next and maybe order mild lol. Very nice to wash it down with some banana milk after. The servers were so pleasant and helped us since it was our first time. They have other apps there and fried rice. The restaurant seems like it just opened and it's clean and organized.

It was pretty quiet when we came by. The actual space is fairly modern with TVs and decor that feels very Asian (even the water jugs!). I actually came here a while ago and wasn't a big fan, making me think I just didn't like tofu. However, this time around, I LOVED what I got. I ordered the Vegetarian Mixed Vegetable Tofu Soup (and asked to make it spicy). It was so good -- really deep flavors alongside a great level of heat. The tofu was delicious and perfectly soft. The rice it came with was also really good -- I'm not sure exactly what it was. The service was fine, but a bit slow given we were one of two tables in the restaurant.

I feel like I got burnt out on it a while back but eating with a vegan had me pleasantly surprised when they brought me here to try their house-made tofu dishes. I really enjoyed their difference in bon chan and was delighted by their $.50 hot drink station at the front. It was cute and very whimsical to get a korean milk coffee out of a quickie machine that presents its own cup when you insert quarters like you're traveling abroad. I liked it a lot. When you're sitting in their little booths, it's also very private and you can also view their process of making tofu in the back on the televisions on the side while you eat it, which is very informative as well. The staff was very clean and prompt at taking orders and never missed anything either, so I definitely appreciated the wait staff and attitude as always.

We got the complimentary banchan (side dishes), which was nice. Our favorite side dishes were the braised potatoes and the spinach. That said, my partner and I got the XL Beef Combo 1 and ended up having to take home a third of it. Meat quality is great, and portions are good. They have the best cucumber kimchi I've ever had, and fantastic kimchi soup that's not too spicy. The beef belly and bulgogi were our favorite meats. Many of their options like the green salad, bulgogi, marinated ribs, and vegetables were not nearly as sweet as I often find them in other KBBQ joints, which was a great change. The service is great. I didn't feel waited on, I felt like I was just generally seen. There's a doorbell if you need something quickly. Otherwise all staff were super friendly and anticipated our needs with grill changes which was nice. The atmosphere is great. It's small and casual but very comfortable and upscale at the same time. It feels very relaxed while maintaining a high standard. The music is great (for us), all kinds of EDM at a good volume. And no TVs, which is actually nice - it let us focus on the vibes, the food, and each other. Many other parties were laughing and having a good time. We spent about 130 between the two of us, having ordered an XL combo and an extra side (chicken buldak - I couldn't eat the noodles but the chicken was bomb). It was a great way to spend a Friday night. We plan to make this a regular spot in our rotation - we still have a lot of sides and meats to try. Well done, please keep it up. Would recommend.

Any waiter that hears the bell comes to your table to assist. The response never took longer than 20 seconds most of the time. To start the appetizer tray at the beginning is an awesome touch that I'm not used to in other places I have tried. It kind of took the guess work out of ordering in my opinion so I only had to focus on what meat or dish I wanted since my sides were already selected and refillable for free through the course of the meal. We ordered the seafood sundubu, beef bulgogi, and sweat and spicy korean fried chicken wings. The portion size was very generous on the wings and on the crispier side which my wife prefers. The seafood sundubu was delicious and was pleasantly surprised to see a decent amount of tofu and seafood types in the dish. Each Korean restaurant seems to offer a bit of variety in their dishes, and sometimes a specialty dish that the others Korean restaurants do not. We started off with seafood pancake and it had shrimp, octopus and large green onion. I would have appreciated a bit more seafood, but it was cooked crispy on the outside and nice and thick. The dipping sauce was very good. We ordered beef bulgogi ssam-bap (serves 2) which traditionally can be eaten with a lettuce wrap, garlic and ssamjang (non-spicy red paste). It arrived with a diverse tray of greens, perilla leaves and carrots, samjang and garlic. The greens were enough to feed kennel of at least four rabbits. The beef was a fair amount however it was overcooked. It also arrived with a soup and ban chan of 8 items. These provide a variety of the traditional side dishes, or ban chan of Korean food. We also ordered a cold namyeong soup with a side of kalbi. The soup had daikon radish and is traditionally eaten in the summer. The kalbi had the tender soft meat that is its highlight. Overall, we had a great experience and while Korean food is traditionally a meal that runs about $20 a person, it has an aesthetic presentation, it is flavorful, especially with umami, and it is fairly healthy. I would definitely return again and it is a great place to enjoy the meal with other others.
