    For shaving legs
    Nancy b.

Kevin Soper is the best. I had my 3 bathrooms gutted and redone. Kevin tiled two full showers and a tub shower in my home as well as all three tiled floors. He put footrests for shaving legs in the showers as well as shampoo niches and soap dishes in all 3 bathrooms. Kevin was on time, polite, funny, and professional. He was well prepared for rain with an overhang to cut tile and mix grout. It rained several days, so this made the job stay on time with the overhead covering. Kevin also met my husband and me at the tile store to make sure we bought all that was needed to complete the three bathrooms after he first measured them. Kevin sealed the grout in all bathrooms to protect it from bacteria and mildew. If we have more tile to install as we work on our home, we will call Kevin Soper!

Tiling around window and cabinet molding
    Heather C.

Kevin, owner, is great with tile! He recently installed a tile backsplash in our kitchen and it looks amazing! Very professional, timely, clean, and reasonable prices. I was concerned about the molding around our cabinets and he nailed it. I would highly recommend Kevin and will be my go to for any future tiling.

During my tub/shower to shower only redo he covered all the bases: Texted everyday letting me know when he and his great assistant, Jose, would arrive. Thoroughly explained his plan for the day and for any issues that came up. Cleaned up everyday so I could get around in my small house. And many more! In addition, Ron's experience and craftsmanship were apparent throughout the project as he did things the right way. I feel confident that my new shower will give me many, many years of service. In a nutshell, Ron Butulia truly wanted me to be happy with the final product and I am!

Unlike my previous tiler, Ron dove right into the heart of the problem. He meticulously ripped out the old mess and started fresh, ensuring everything was waterproofed perfectly. Ron's approach is like a breath of fresh air. He knows his craft inside out and sticks to the old-school methods that are tried and true; it's clear he doesn't believe in shortcuts. As a result, I know that my new landing doesn't just look good, but is solid and built to last. Working with Ron was a pleasure. He was true to his word and always kept me in the loop. Even though the job was a pain in the butt, he never complained. It was obvious that his only concern was doing top-notch work. In short, if you want a tiler who's reliable, skilled, and honest (who doesn't?) Ron's your guy. Highly recommend!

The experience was excellent from start to finish. Mariana provided thoughtful design guidance and managed the project seamlessly. The team is clearly knowledgeable and skilled, and communication was consistent throughout. They explained options clearly whenever decisions were needed, and pricing was fair and exactly as discussed--no surprises. Also, the project was finished on time, to the day. Most importantly, the quality of the work was outstanding. Both bathrooms and the fireplace turned out beautifully, with strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and kept the work areas clean and organized. It's not always easy to find a contractor you can trust, but the Enlighten team delivered on every level. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality work at a fair price.

I thought about doing the kitchen floor myself (you know... gluing rectangles, no problem), but I am so happy I did not. Our house is a wonky franken-house and the original part built in 1934. He takes extra care in prepping / levelling the floor for the tile and takes no shortcuts. I know this is a literal foundation to a successful deployment. They started and finished the job within the time frame specified and stayed within cost. Adam laid out tiles on the floor to confirm I liked the spacing. He helped with advice on grout aesthetics and tile selection. Porcelain vs ceramic, where to look at and buy tile, etc. They finished in weeks what would have taken me months of night/weekends, not including the blood, tears, and (I assume) divorce. :) I am most impressed with the tile transitions and cuts around walls. Very precise. I told them I was OCD about the bathroom penny tile spacing, but they deployed it perfect. They take the doors off and will cut them shorter if necessary after the tile is in place. They do not typically remove or re-hookup appliances, vanities, toilets, etc. They are several months out, so don't expect to be scheduled in a couple weeks, but you might get lucky if someone cancels. He made sure I procured the tile before he scheduled the date, because shipping these days can be an issue for tile companies (supply-chain). He has tiled everything I need at this house. I can now advertise his services without impacting my own scheduling needs, so enjoy. :)

From the first conversation through material ordering, scheduling and install, Adam and his team kept me informed about the process and the next steps. Tile is not something that you want to DIY, even if you have other building trade skills. It takes a professional to do it right. Adam is careful and will not schedule the tile install until the site is 100% ready. I appreciate that. Adam will also take the time to stop by prior to install and check on the site and discuss details with you. From the first day of install, I could tell that Adam had worked out the math and had a plan for the layout. Our tile was relatively simple, subway tile, but Adam had worked out the layout both horizontal and vertical, taking into account the corners, plumbing and how the tile ends at the reveals. It's little details like this that make me happy at the end product. I'm happy to discuss Tile Unlimited further! Send me a message if you are interested!

Josh got back to me as soon as I left him the first voicemail. He had me send a few photos of my kitchen and the measurements, we talked through it, he quickly sent me an estimate and they started within a couple of days. The price was very fair. They are true perfectionists (like me) and discussed every little detail of the project with me before starting. They worked hard for 4 and half straight days (and over the holidays). Juan did most of the work. He's a master craftsman, a true artisan. They got the job done quickly and exactly as we discussed. The finished product is gorgeous!
