I contacted Ceramic Tile Center in a panic to find a substitute tile for our bathroom remodel…read more (Our chosen tile from another source had been damaged in a truck accident, and would delay the project significantly to re-order.) After a little talk on the phone, I was given an appt the next morning with Annika. When I arrived, she was already prepared with photos of my previous tile, and had ideas on what could be a good replacement. We worked together to finalize a suitable selection, made the order, and had the new tiles ready for pick-up in three days. The tiles we chose were very reasonably priced, everyone was very friendly and professional. I am very satistifed with their service, and the outcome in our new beautiful bathroom. Thank You!

I was very impressed by Jose(?) when he first showed up to look at the project and submit a bid - he was so clean-cut, and perfectly groomed. Definitely a professional appearance. On the day of installation, the 2 guys that were to install the tile arrived (on time), and Jose showed up with them. I really appreciated the personal touch and time he took with the guys to go over the details of the project. The installers were very polite and very competent at what they do. I know that some people might say "It's just subway", but with the dark grout, there's really no room for error - any offset tile will catch your eye right away. They cleaned up after themselves and left everything looking as good, if not better (because we have new tile after all) when they left. Many thanks! I would highly recommend!

I thought about doing the kitchen floor myself (you know... gluing rectangles, no problem), but I am so happy I did not. Our house is a wonky franken-house and the original part built in 1934. He takes extra care in prepping / levelling the floor for the tile and takes no shortcuts. I know this is a literal foundation to a successful deployment. They started and finished the job within the time frame specified and stayed within cost. Adam laid out tiles on the floor to confirm I liked the spacing. He helped with advice on grout aesthetics and tile selection. Porcelain vs ceramic, where to look at and buy tile, etc. They finished in weeks what would have taken me months of night/weekends, not including the blood, tears, and (I assume) divorce. :) I am most impressed with the tile transitions and cuts around walls. Very precise. I told them I was OCD about the bathroom penny tile spacing, but they deployed it perfect. They take the doors off and will cut them shorter if necessary after the tile is in place. They do not typically remove or re-hookup appliances, vanities, toilets, etc. They are several months out, so don't expect to be scheduled in a couple weeks, but you might get lucky if someone cancels. He made sure I procured the tile before he scheduled the date, because shipping these days can be an issue for tile companies (supply-chain). He has tiled everything I need at this house. I can now advertise his services without impacting my own scheduling needs, so enjoy. :)

From the first conversation through material ordering, scheduling and install, Adam and his team kept me informed about the process and the next steps. Tile is not something that you want to DIY, even if you have other building trade skills. It takes a professional to do it right. Adam is careful and will not schedule the tile install until the site is 100% ready. I appreciate that. Adam will also take the time to stop by prior to install and check on the site and discuss details with you. From the first day of install, I could tell that Adam had worked out the math and had a plan for the layout. Our tile was relatively simple, subway tile, but Adam had worked out the layout both horizontal and vertical, taking into account the corners, plumbing and how the tile ends at the reveals. It's little details like this that make me happy at the end product. I'm happy to discuss Tile Unlimited further! Send me a message if you are interested!
