However, once installation started, things changed significantly. The crew arrived late every day -- typically 30 minutes to an hour and a half -- without any prior notice. Communication with the contractor during the project was difficult to maintain. The project was quoted as taking 1-3 days but ended up taking 6 days. While some of the delay was due to necessary leveling work, the first day consisted only of carpet removal with less than 4 hours of actual work. The flooring itself looks great. However, the finished work left several issues: gaps along the baseboards, paint damage on the walls, and pink staining in multiple areas. One gap measured nearly 1/4 inch and was only addressed after I raised it myself-- it was not proactively caught or fixed by the crew. Additional smaller gaps remain unresolved. The walls and baseboards were noticeably more damaged after installation than before. The initial impression was positive, which made the overall experience all the more disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I contracted with them to lightly sand our hardwood floors and restain so that the light scratches did not show as much. I was told it would look 80% better when it was done, and it looks terrible. Plus, they only did a couple of areas, not the entire area, and charged $7K. First, the entire job was not done, this is unprofessional, and the few boards they touched on my floors look worse, not better. Go elsewhere.
