A couple of items arrived incorrect through no fault of theirs and each time they covered the cost without us ever having to ask. Their budgeting process and project control website is a great tool and was very helpful. Daily updates with photos of the work was great and now we have an as built record in pictures of the build. They took great care, were on time, on budget, actually a bit below their bid. They are very communicative and we were informed of all schedule and any other issues that arose throughout the job, which took 4.5 months to complete. Coordination of all sub contractors was efficient and timely. All of Jubilee staff were well qualified and did excellent work, were nice, fastidious and kept the site clean. Brad worked with us to pick the finish and did an amazing job. The floor is beautiful and the patched areas match so perfectly there's no way to tell it's been patched. Brad suggested we extend the refinishing to the kitchen area but we were planning to replace the hardwood there with tile. We should have listened to Brad. We loved how the floors turned out so much that we called him back to do the kitchen. The floors were in really rough shape. Some had been covered with glue. Some had sticky backing from parquet tiles. There were very poor repairs made in the past with wood that didn't match the size of the original. There were thousands of nail and staple holes. We were really skeptical they could be brought back. Scott was an amazing guide through the process and possessed great confidence about what could be done. He was able to schedule the work pretty quickly. The team he sent, Al and Luis, did a fantastic job bringing these floors back to life. And the cost was reasonable for what we got.
