Thrilled!! Sir Grout sent Ulysses to transform my 25 year old tile kitchen floor, which is quite large. The tile is light colored and the old grout was indescribably greasy and stained from years of use. Ulysses worked from 8 to 4, all day long. The floor was machine cleaned, the grout was scraped and cleaned and then was stained in the color I chose..a light grey, cement color. Literally, every inch of that grout was re-done... by hand. The cleaned and stained/colored grout and cleaned tile was then finished with a sealant over the whole floor. A miracle!! I wish I had done this years ago. The "Sir Grout" ad in a local home flyer caught my eye. I was reluctant to call because of a lack of online presence (yelp). I finally called the local number and which was answered by an out of state call center. They made my appontment for an estimate and Mark showed up at the prescribed time. When I decided to have my floors done, I again called a local number which was answered by a remote call center. This arrangement seemed very odd to me, but it all works perfectly...never a miscommunication. They cleaned my kitchen, entry and laundry tile floors. The floors look amazing and unbeleivably clean. The one negative of the process is that there was water damage to some of the cabinets, presumably from the cleaning liquid and process. read more

I have always cleaned my own showers, but this one was not only bigger , I was older and it was harder to keep clean ,then I realized that the grout had not been sealed, hence the mold appearing. I originally thought if I had my bathroom tile regrouted I could hold off for another year before I remodel the bathroom.
