    I'm super happy with my hearing aids, great product! The staff at Sonus in Orange are very friendly and helpful!!! Highly recommended!!!

    The office is clean and the personnel is very professional. The receptionist was very helpful. The doctor was also very cordial.

Juggling all their medical needs can be frustrating and to have the absolute misfortune of talking to Maria can make things so much worse. She started the conversation by stating my mother had been seen at a different location, which I explained was untrue. She continued letting me know that my mom's insurance required she be seen by an audiologist and that they didn't have one, the other location did. I asked her if she was familiar with the other location and if they spoke Spanish, which she said no. After mote painful miscommunication, she explained that her location does not accept mom's insurance. When I told her that she could have begun with that, she rudely said she did and basically it was my problem for not understanding her. Crazy part is that I had no choice but to call the other location she basically shoved me to only to find out they do not have an audiologist! Thankfully, the lady that answered that phone was professional and kind. She did her research, called a location that did have an audiologist and even asked them to call me to make an appointment. Thanks to PATTY at the Kengiston Park location, I can now continue to care for my elderly mother and provide the attention so deserves. Please get Maria proper training for your Santa Ana location.

I went back and the door was still locked. I had othef errands to do. I got a call from Maria telling me I had an appointment. I said " I was there, where were you?" She informed me that they keep the door locked for safety reasons. They need to let patients know that and keep an eye out for them. They list my business.

Scheduling the appointment was easy, and every single staff member we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. The front office staff made us feel comfortable right away, and the audiologist herself was absolutely amazing! She was patient, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She took the time to explain everything clearly to my 12 year old daughter. It's rare to find a medical office where the care feels this consistent across the board, but this place truly delivers. I'm so grateful we found them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an audiologist who truly cares.

I understand it's frustrating, but it was frustrating for me to experience that as well. I understand if the appointment was accidentally deleted or not made correctly. But lying about it is not cool. I am sure this is a great doctor. But this is my experience.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTOR!!!! I was referred to this doctor…read moreon Monday when I went to St Joes ER. I have a large mass in the left side of my sinus cavity and a vascular polyp on my right and am having such difficulty breathing. I originally sought care in Corona, but after my CT scan and seeing the surgeon they said they were not equipped to handle the surgery and were going to send me to LA which is too far for mw to drive. I was given Dr Goufman's number from St Joseph's ER and called and made an appointment discussing this with Jessica(she was wonderful) and was set up with an appointment for Wednesday with the doctor. I filled out all the paperwork beforehand and got to my appointment early. I was brought back in the room. When the doctor came in I explained everything that had been happening.... Several trips to the ER for severe recurrent nose bleeds, that the doctors in Corona couldn't treat me further and I handed him the CT scan report. He looked at it and said that I needed to go back to the original doctor that had already been treating me. I explained again it was too far out and I needed a new doctor/facility closer. He rudely threw my paper back at me and said "I wont treat you.... You have already seen another doctor" as I was asking him "what about a second opinion???? He literally ignored me and walked out the door!!!!! I am a retired RN that has worked with so many doctors over my lifetime and I have NEVER been dismissed and treated SO horribly!!!! Jessica was present and I could tell she also felt really bad for how he treated me. I am so sorry that you have to work for such an insufferable man. You deserve better as do all his patients. I cant believe anyone would go back to him ‍ Nobody should have to experience this kind of treatment.... especially someone that has been suffering with such a condition, trying to receive some care and compassion!!!! Neither are available from this doctor!!!!!

    As a young first time mom I feel that this clinic doesn't have their clients best interest at…read moreheart. I was seeing Dr. Ajmal who I felt didn't hear me out. I had my 4 month daughter who had scratched her skin off in numerous spots and when I took her in I was told by the doctor it was normal and I didn't need to see a derm. which I had requested. It took about 2 visits in the same week not including the months appointments where I would bring it up as well, to get the referral and when I finally got seen was told my baby had severe eczema on 80% of her body, that's not a mistake that's straight neglect. Even moving clinics I find myself having to call and get my daughters vaccines faxed to a new location as the clinic did not keep her vaccine card up to date. I'm not sure if it was because I was a young mom or on government insurance but I do feel like we were not taken care of for that reason I would not recommend this clinic. I was struggling for months with the health of my daughter and with all the medications prescribed and nothing getting better there was still nothing being done with sleepless nights making sure my baby didn't keep scratching her wounds that were already covered with blood. It was so detrimental we kept socks on my baby until she was about 8 months even learning to stand with socks on her hands. She was behind in her motor skills due to her hands always being covered and was still told it was normal. ADVOCATE for your babies !!!

I've had a constant staph infection in that ear since the surgery and had to actually ask him to perform a culture test at my last appointment in order to get an appropriate antibiotic to clear it up. He reluctantly took a specimen and was clearly annoyed that I had to tell him to do it. Each and every appointment is extremely rushed and he doesn't like to answer questions about my condition or the course of care. This pissed me off to the point today that I actually walked out of the office and asked my primary ENT Doctor for another referral. Furthermore, his office manager is one of the biggest bitch's I've ever come across in the health care profession. For example, today while I was in the waiting room at their Orange office location I overheard her complaining to another front office employee about a patient in an extremely unprofessional way. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. 1 Extremely poor patient care and communication. 2 Dr. House should retire as he is either in his late 60's or even in his early 70's. That alone should have been enough for me to seek another ENT surgeon. 3 his front office manager is a complete bitch! Look elsewhere.
