I had a clogged ear for around 5 months and I didn't want to go see a doctor but my right ear started feeling very uncomfortable, then I went to Dr. Dimitry and he had all the proper equipment. Clean office, super nice staff - thanks to them for calling me when someone cancelled to give me a sooner appointment. After Dr. Dimitry drained my ear I felt like a new person. Mean and SUPER unprofessional receptionist staff. -We came to this place by referral from the ER my partner had an issue with his throat. Because the doctor didn't want to go into the ED the physician from the ED called his office and verified 5 times that they would make an exception to see him even though they didn't take his insurance. We went in the morning and we were told that we needed an appointment after discussing it with the receptionist in the front she said they had a spot avail for 2 but that they didn't take his insurance after explaining the situation she said nothing after about the insurance again. We came back for our appointment and saw the doctor very nice man. After the appointment the receptionist said it'd be 50 dollars. The reception then went to the back and told an older woman with glasses the situation and she said well we don't take his insurance I then said okay I'll call the ED because they specifically said they would see him. I guess this didn't sit well with the older woman in the back so she tells the receptionist that tell them to "leave and never come back". EXCUSE ME ALL BECAUSE SOMEONE IN YOUR OFFICE DIDNT DO THEIR JOB. YOU COULDN'T WAIT FOR ME TO SPEAK WITH THE REFERRING DOCTOR SO THEY COULD ALSO CLARIFY. It's not like they're taking it out of her paycheck, The poor receptionist couldn't even repeat what she said she looked so embarrassed and lady from the back says again "leave and never come back". We're beyond pissed off this is super unprofessional. We never even once said we wouldn't pay we just said we would call the hospital to clarify the situation and they immediately resorted to banning him from ever returning. It's not like we went out of our way to pick this doctor it was an emergency situation and the ED said he was our only option. If they hate their job they need to find something else. read more

Dr. Goufman is a caring, no nonsense doctor. He is thorough and listens to your input. I've had sinus problems for years, and rather than jumping to surgery he is going through the less invasive/severe interventions first. I like that he shows you your CT/x-rays and explains how everything is working and what could be improved. The office is not over crowded and the wait times are short. Dr. Goufman is the best! I had the feeling of a lump in my throat and Dr Goufman took a look and concluded it was acid reflux. He referred me to a gastroenterologist and added his name to my endoscopy order. He kept in touch with the GI doctor just to make sure that his diagnosis was correct and when I went back for a follow up he made sure I understood the test results and how to take all the medication. Worst doctor's office! My boyfriend had a car accident on January 29th and he went into the hospital for a broken nose. They recommended him to this office so we called since Monday and the lady who answered the phone was so rude I'm sorry but if you hate your job so much then just leave because no one needs that type of attitude especially when they're in need of help or in pain. We called that day and she simply cut us off half way and was like no there is no appointments without even listening, we then called every day until SHE decided to finally care and she asked us to go in on Monday the 7th a whole week later. Like I'm sorry but if we were dying they would simply just throw us out on the street for a week ? We called that morning, yesterday, and the same b***** lady answered the phone excuse the language but that's all she is she's a lady who hates her job. We called that day and she's like no come back tmr so we came back on the Tuesday and when we walked in she's like why are you here, what do you need. She was picking her nails when we walked in so I'm sorry if we bothered your picking dirt out of your nails time but we clearly needed assistance. She was so bothered we walked in and was like sit over there I'll call you when the doctor is here. We proceeded to wait 2 hours and the doctor comes who also let me tell you if you go into healthcare and hate people please get another job because your patients do not need to hear what you want and an attitude when they need help clearly they're recommended to you because you're "the best" but yah maybe the best at pushing your patients aside and not caring because that's the only thing I saw she was good at. He didn't even care to listen to what we said before he's like no I can't do that bye and shoved the papers into our faces. I went to see Dr. Goufman about a throat issue I'd been having that was escalating over almost a month. After going to urgent care while I was on the road, I came back and went to him to get this issue looked at. His staff was very nice to get an appointment scheduled quickly, and I went in. If you're like me, you go into a doctor's office expecting a waiting room of people, going in late to your appointment, and then having a rushed appointment with the doctor. NOPE. Empty waiting room, which baffled me, staff took me in a few minutes before my appointment, and the doctor was more than happy to sit and talk about the issue, listen to all of what was going on, and give me the best option for treatment. In the end, after a year of going through this time after time, trying to treat it without surgery, we both gave up and it became necessary. He was not quick to wanting to go for the surgical answer, but he was also not going to drag it out. I went in for surgery, and it went perfectly. He prepared me for what the surgery would be like, what recovery would be like, and because of this I was able to prepare and be ready. You're in good hands with Dr. Goufman. He is knowledgeable, experienced, and keeps committed to your care. His staff is professional, organized, and gets it all taken care of. My mom went to see Dr. Goufman because she had experienced some hearing loss in one of her ears. This was devastating. My brother told her about Dr. Goufman and she made an appointment...thank goodness! My mom immediately had confidence in his expertise. He was patient, listened to her concerns without being condescending. He explained both best and worst case scenarios. He did not make any rash decisions and started with small steps in caring for my mom. Long story short! It was not nerve damage! She had fluid in her ear! After trying a few different things, my mom ended up having the fluid drained and tubes put in. Her hearing is back to normal! Dr. Goufman took the time to listen to my mom. He did not give up even after he hit a few obstacles. I went with my mom to one of her appointments. My mom drove from Eastvale to see him and it was worth it!
