I've had a constant staph infection in that ear since the surgery and had to actually ask him to perform a culture test at my last appointment in order to get an appropriate antibiotic to clear it up. He reluctantly took a specimen and was clearly annoyed that I had to tell him to do it. Each and every appointment is extremely rushed and he doesn't like to answer questions about my condition or the course of care. This pissed me off to the point today that I actually walked out of the office and asked my primary ENT Doctor for another referral. Furthermore, his office manager is one of the biggest bitch's I've ever come across in the health care profession. For example, today while I was in the waiting room at their Orange office location I overheard her complaining to another front office employee about a patient in an extremely unprofessional way. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. 1 Extremely poor patient care and communication. 2 Dr. House should retire as he is either in his late 60's or even in his early 70's. That alone should have been enough for me to seek another ENT surgeon. 3 his front office manager is a complete bitch! Look elsewhere.

She's probably one of the best doctors I've ever had in my life. She's very thorough and will go above and beyond to make sure your care are as needed. Her panel is closed and I've had to wait even one or two years in order to be accepted to her practice. She no longer has her own office and she is retiring in September 2023. She will be missed, but I felt like she should get the recognition she deserves.
