cannot say enough good things about Lori Esposito at Accurate Hearing Aid Center on Beach Boulevard in Huntington Beach. She is caring, compassionate and very talented. I started wearing hearing aids about three years ago. I was told by my original audiologist that I have a very narrow left ear canal with a sharp, tight turn. He fitted me with the smallest dome he had, but when he inserted in my ear, it was just too painful to wear. He put an extra wire on the hearing aid which enabled me to wear it while it rested just outside the ear canal. It wasn't great but was better than nothing. I always worried it would fall out of my ear and I'd lose it. I was told a custom ear mold would solve my problem. Late one Friday afternoon, my audiologist put the mold material in my ear. I don't know if it was left in too long, or because of the shape of my ear canal, but the material hardened in my ear and he couldn't pull it out. Since my ENT's office was closed, I went to the ER, and they were also unable to pull it out. It was so painful when they tried! On Monday, I went to my ENT's office where his PA attempted to remove it. It hurt so much that I was near tears. About a week later, my ENT surgically removed the rock-like material that was about the size of a marble. For two years, I wore the hearing aid resting in my ear held with the wire. I was afraid to try another custom mold. I decided to change audiologists and I met Lori. I asked if she could make a mold that would hold the hearing aid in place but not inside my ear canal. After hearing my story, she seemed a little reluctant to take me on. But she said she really wanted to help me and she thought she could do it. She did it! The custom mold fits perfectly and painlessly. It does not fall out. I can hear so much better. I couldn't be happier. Lori is the best! I highly recommend her! read more

Lori was very helpful with my mother Hearing. Very patient with my mom who's 87 years old. everything fit her right and was good for the last few years. We noticed a little bit of loss in Hearing. We went back to Lori and she helped us clean and reprogrammed updated version. I have also referred several people to her, and every one of them is happy. She is a very kind and good person to work with and just want to say 'Thank you Lori'. read more

Great customer service. Lori the Audiologist did a free hearing exam. Plus, there was no pressure in buying the hearing aids right away. She wanted the best for my hearing loss. She has no landline and you can call or text her. I compared prices with Costco, Eyemed insurance. She was still the better deal with my blue shield insurance. Before I bought my hearing aids she set up my phone with the app features. Some places don't do things like that. Any questions I had, she answered or call someone to get the answer. read more

If their response to my panicked email is indicative of their overall performance, Accurate Hearing Aids is indeed five stars*****! I got a prompt answer, on a Saturday evening, from the business owner! My crisis resolved itself in the meantime (don't ask), but it was great to see their quick response and eagerness to help. Thanks, Lori! read more

Sad to say I had to go in about a year ago because of a hearing problem. However, Lori has made my hearing aid experience much more positive. She explained things very well and it helped me get the best hearing aid for me. I am a stickler for listening to music and she has allowed me to enjoy my music even more because I can hear it better. She takes the time necessary even in the subsequent visits. This last visit, she even suggested that we do a complete new hearing exam. She indicated that there were some minor adjustments she could do which to me did not seem minor as the difference in how I can hear now improved substantially. read more

But more importantly so is she. THANKYOU SO much Lori! Take your parents to accurate hearing! read more

Lori took care of my hearing problem and I will be getting my Signia Pure 13 BT hearing aids soon. After my hearing exam, Lori answered questions for an additional thirty minutes. She never made me feel rushed and we mutually agreed on the specific hearing aid that I needed. I never felt as though I was meeting with a sales rep. It was like meeting with your family doctor in the 1950's, as she asked questions and actually listened to my questions. She is thorough and professional. After my exam, I went on-line and did my own research about this product and I'm very happy that everything that Lori told me about the hearing aids was true. I'll not only be getting the right hearing aid for my needs, but I got honest, straight forward input as well. This experience has been so much different from what has become the norm, in so many of our business/service/professional interactions. Thank you very, very much. read more

Very clean office. Girl up front greeted us with a smile, very cheerful. The audiologist was so informative. She spent a lot of time with us, my husband had done a lot of research and had a lot of questions. Lori answered all of them. We never once felt pressured by her. I've had my new hearing aids for about 3 months now and have had no problems. I can hear again! This experience so far has been great! I highly recommend this office in Orange read more

This is a follow up review. I got my hearing aids and Lori got me a better model, at the same price. I bought the Siemen's Cellion. Wow!! Excellent product out of the box.
