I had some itching in my ear and went in for a cleaning. Keith looked in my ears and told me he'd love to work with me but I didn't need it. Honest small businesses like this deserve to be recognized. I would not hesitate to visit them again. Thank you! read more

I wish I could double the stars. Keith is wonderful. Compared to the grocery store that sells hotdog and Hearing aids hearing aids there's no comparison. I'm sorry my appointment went longer than planned. read more

My husband and I are very satisfied with our experience at Crystal Clear Hearing. Keith is very knowledgeable and takes ample time to explain and demonstrate the use of the hearing aids. He and his wife are courteous and very responsive, and we had no communication problems. The hearing aids are working well and providing the small amount of correction I needed in everyday conversations and crowded environments. We are able to highly recommend these providers. read more

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was so mishandled that I feel obligated to warn others. If I could leave a zero star review I would. My father purchased hearing aids under a trial period that ended on December 28. Multiple attempts were made before the trial period ended to return the hearing aids, yet the office refused to accept them and hid behind technicalities, poor communication, and silence. On December 9, during an in-office appointment, my father clearly stated that he wanted to return the hearing aids because he was unhappy. Rather than explaining the return deadline or process, Keith told him there were still "adjustments" to try. He did not clearly state that the hearing aids had to be physically returned before the end of the trial period. On December 26, an email was sent requesting to return the hearing aids. Another email followed on December 27 from my father initiating the return. The office was closed on December 28 for the holidays, yet no guidance was provided about how returns would be handled during that closure. Keith did not respond until December 30, stating the trial period had ended and the hearing aids could not be returned. To make matters worse, follow-up emails and phone calls went unanswered. When we followed up again in January, the response cited HIPAA--despite the fact that I personally attended the first appointment, completed the paperwork, and was listed as a point of contact. At a second appointment, we even asked if additional authorization paperwork was needed to assist with communication and were explicitly told that was not needed and note would be added to my father's chart. Keith has discretion to extend the trial period. Knowing my father was unhappy, knowing the next appointment wasn't until March, and knowing the office would be closed at the very end of the trial period, he chose not to extend it--or even clearly explain the deadline. Instead, it feels like time was allowed to quietly run out. This was not a misunderstanding. It was a failure of transparency, communication, and basic ethics. The experience left us feeling dismissed, ignored, and taken advantage of--especially troubling when dealing with an elderly patient making a significant financial and medical decision. Extremely disappointing and not a practice I would recommend to families who expect honesty and clear guidance. read more

I'm beyond grateful and thankful that Mr. & Mrs. Castro are the new owners!! Unfortunately in the past my dad did not have a great experience with his hearing aids before and was hesitant to go back. However after receiving an email that this company was bought out by the Castro's I mentioned it to my dad to give it another shot and I am glad that I did. I'm beyond grateful for the kindness, patience, and compassion that they have towards my dad especially since English is not his strong suit. For that I am forever grateful and will recommend anyone in need of hearing aids their way. 1000/10 recommend! read more

Keith took so much time with us . He really understood the many facets of my husbands profound hearing loss. He set us up with the best hearing aid he's ever had. I never thought this would be possible. We've gone to various hearing aid providers over the years and never had this kind of care and attention. I have tears of joy knowing this help was given to us. I highly recommend Keith and Crystal Clear Hearing. He really knows and understands. We are overjoyed read more

I hold Keith in the highest regard. He is kind and patient with my elderly father. He explains everything in terms my father can understand. He has been supportive to me as I am learning about hearing aids and their care. My father was being cheated in my opinion by another company so he was very skeptical of hearing aids in general. The hearing aids Keith determined were the correct type for my father's hearing loss have been terrific. He can now be part of the conversation and he admits these are the best hearing aids he has owned. read more

I found Crystal Clear Hearing Aids after getting a hearing test at a large corporate hearing aid company, wanting to do some price comparisons before I pulled the trigger on such a large investment. I am glad I reached out. David and Sheri were extremely helpful from the first interaction, and very accommodating to all my questions. I had only tried one brand of hearing aid prior to seeing them, and realized there are stark differences between the brands. The ReSound ONE is a great hearing aid choice, and I am glad I went with them over the Starkey I had been considering. While I am still getting used to wearing aids, and had several adjustments to make in the first couple months, I am thrilled with the service and support at CCAH. read more

I am posting this May 11, 2021 text to David verbatim: "Thank you for your help, Dave. I was lucky to find you for my hearing needs. You have always helped with a smile. Never given me the feeling that I was imposing. Both pieces are working fine. I shall be extra careful about the batteries henceforth." I purchased my hearing aids from David and Sheri Longeuay a little over three years ago. They have provided excellent service and always taken me early when a problem needed his attention. Besides their mastery of the technical details, what is unparalleled is their attitude. That wonderful smile never disappears from their faces, no matter the severity of the problem. I have primarily worked with David. A very nice person to work with! read more

Wow. Wow. Wow new tome but vwry adept to all situations. Try them! You are going ro thank me.

I've purchased hearing aids from Dave and Sheri and it has been a wonderful experience. Dave first allowed me to sample two different brands of aids back-to-back to help me with my decision. After settling on a particular brand, Dave has been very patient with helping me fine tune them to my liking. He listens to all of my concerns and answers my numerous questions. I'm still trying to get used to them fully and have more appointments with Dave but we are headed in the proper direction. Sheri always has a friendly smile and provided a previous suggestion which helped me initially get used to my aids. I've spoken to other providers but they didn't seem to offer the freedom and patient care as Dave and Sheri. The price was good for me. With a free exam being offered, why not try them first? read more

Smooth operator for sure:/ Dave convinced me my insurance would not work for price or product needed. He told me I would get a better price using him alone. This was a complete fabrication on his part. He failed to report back to the insurance handler so there is now no record of him having contacted them. He claims I am past the 45 day return policy. The insurance said I could have used them had Dave properly done his job. read more

I was referred to CCHA through my insurance provider, Epic. A different hearing specialist kept recommending the top of the line Widex hearing aids. I wasn't comfortable with the price and all the technology. Epic recommended the Vista T and Dave at CCHA was able to fit me with two top of the line Vista hearing aids for less than half the price of the Widex. Dave's easy going manner and history in the sound business made it easy to work with him. He was able to answer all my questions as ha had a history of successful fittings with this brand. My evaluation period was 45 days on this brand so I was able to get used to them. Dave used that time to get them to fit even better than the initial fitting. My experience as a first time user is very satisfying. I don't even say "What?" Every time my wife try's to talk to me anymore! read more

Wow. Dave was really nice, friendly, and professional. It had been decades, since I've had a hearing test. Good to know that my hearing is still good! For experienced users or First time users of Hearing aids, this is definitely the place to go. I tried Costco and one other hearing aid facility first, To compare equipment and cost. They are conveniently located off La Palma and Rose/Tustin. Be sure to visit them Donna G read more

What drew me to Crystal Clear was the free hearing test offer. Once I had met David, I was really impressed with his professional approach mixed with a genuine sense that he was going to help me find the optimal hearing aid instrument. We worked together, and after my hearing test he showed me and explained where my hearing deficits were and, what he felt would be the best instrument for me. I left the Blue Jay store with trail hearing aids and my life has been transformed. Sadly for me, I'm not yet in a position to go forward with the purchase, but will definitely return to Crystal Clear when I do. Thank you read more

I went into Crystal Clear Hearing Aids for a free hearing exam. I hadn't had a hearing test in years and wanted to make sure that my hearing was still ok. Sheri is super nice and knowledgeable and made the whole process easy and stress free. Thankfully my hearing is near perfect, but I did find out that I have major wax buildup in my ears (which is probably why I end up getting ear infections when we go to the lake) and Sheri showed me how to easily get rid of the wax. The report is very detailed letting you know what frequencies and letter sounds you can and cannot hear. I highly recommend a visit to Crystal Clear Hearing Aids for anyone who thinks that they may have hearing loss. read more

My wife thought I had some hearing loss. When you don't know any different, it's hard to measure, but I went to see Crystal Clear for a free hearing test. Sure enough, I had loss in the high range and purchased my first hearing aids. David and Sheri were welcoming and very helpful. Dave explained that some sounds would seem way too loud initially, and he was right. Wrinkling paper was LOUD!! He explained that with time my brain and new hearing ability would synch up...and he was right. It took a while, but now all the sounds seem natural. My biggest surprise was on my first night with hearing aids and going on our deck in Lake Arrowhead and hearing CRICKETS for the first time. Just amazing! So glad my wife guided me to Dave and Sheri. Their follow up service is excellent and I highly recommend them to anyone who might need hearing aids. They do improve the way you hear your world! THANK YOU! Terry read more

My mother recently had a very delightful experience with Dave Longeuay at Crystal Clear Hearing Aids. He was most kind, gentle and professional to her throughout the testing and then in fitting her with her new aids. We expected there to be some issues of either discomfort initially or ringing, etc. however we are thoroughly and pleasantly pleased they were programmed perfectly as well as fit her canal very comfortably. There was no pressure to buy even after explaining the reduced costs to her with her insurance. Due to her pleasant experience, my husband will also be going to Crystal Clear Hearing for testing soon. Thank you Dave for helping my mom enjoy a new world of noises. Rhonda Domeno read more

I was referred to Crystal Hearing Aids by a rep of a hearing aid manufacturer. He said he would refer his own Mother to them. I could not have been more pleased. Sheri, one of the owners, worked with me with all their sophisticated software to get exactly the right fitting, and then refined it as I got back to her with what I was experiencing. Then she solved whatever issue I was experiencing. It really helped that she wears a hearing aid also and knew first hand everything I described. Nice people. Very competent. Solved every issue. I could not be happier. I would not hesitate to refer my Mother or anyone else, to them also. Jeanette B. read more
