I am writing as a…read morewitness to share how the front desk experience with receptionist Teresa, has been consistently unprofessional and inappropriate. On multiple occasions, Teresa ignored us at check-in and check-out because she was talking on her personal phone or sometimes because she is chatting with others. She always makes us wait without acknowledgment, and when we did approach the desk, she was visibly irritated and made rude facial expressions. Worse, Teresa is always spoking loudly about other clients and their children, mocking and making disrespectful comments where everyone could hear. She was even talking incredibly loud about her own personal matters, including how she's having a baby, getting tax money, and was being mad because her baby's father gives money to his other child's mother -- all conversations we can hear in the waiting room. The last incident was especially upsetting: she openly gossiped about my niece, and her parents by name to another staff member while we were sitting right there. This made us feel disrespected and humiliated in a place where families should feel supported and safe. I want to make it clear that this type of unprofessional conduct will cost you clients and money. Families will refuse to come to a place where they feel mocked, disrespected, and gossiped about. As Kaiser members, we have already filed formal complaints about this establishment, and we sincerely hope you take immediate action before more families choose to leave for good.

I'd also like to mention his speech therapists, Ms. Dana and Ms. Jena, and Mr. Joseph (OT therapist) to who have been such an important part of his progress. They've taken the time to get to know my son, incorporate his interests into each session, and keep him engaged and motivated to learn. They also do a great job keeping us involved by sharing his progress after each session and giving us ideas for what we can continue working on at home. I wanted someone who truly understands how schools function day to day, how reports are written and carried out, and how OT needs actually play out in the classroom, not just in a clinic. I expressed to Quan that my mother had a deadline to submit a form for IHSS. Quan paid attention to the conversation and helped find a solution to a tightly booked calendar they have. Not just that, he was open to suggestions and stayed focused on finding resolutions. I haven't visited their office yet, but I felt heard, I see resolutions, efficiency, and courteousness. Those are my focuses in finding a PCP for my mother.

Avoid this place at ALL costs. I am saving you from months of hassle and unimaginable stress from…read morethis office. As a medical professional myself, the problem here begins with a myriad of issues but I'll touch on a few - incorrect scheduling, consistent double-booking, extremely long wait times (1.5 hrs at minimum), and overall inaccuracy and inefficiency of staff. My fiance was in a terrible accident and we were referred by insurance to this facility. For starters, entrance is TERRIBLE for an orthopedic office. My fiance was in a wheelchair and it was a horrendous experience everytime trying to get him into the office itself and in between the narrow spaces of each door. BTW, no one helps to get the door or even seems concerned lol so I had to bring my own door stopper for each visit. We have visited this office about 3 times and EACH time there is over an HOUR TO TWO HOUR WAIT for patients to be seen. Keep in mind, when we first visited my fiance COULD NOT WALK and was extremely uncomfortable to be waiting for 2 hours!!! Additionally, we would get calls confirming an appointment, show up for front office to say that there isn't one! We would wait about 2 hours to be seen, once in the room would wait ANOTHER hour to see the dr and btw it's just the PA that sees you for all follow ups. Overall, this place has terrible scheduling issues that borderlines negligent patient care but hey - just double book the doctor and hope some patients no-show for the sake of collecting insurance money right? Terrible facility for these reasons. Save yourself and your loved one the trouble please.

He is awesome with the best bed side manners... no joke one of the most sweetest and concerning doctors I have ever dealt with. To be honest his staff wasn't the nicest, really cared about collecting copays and doesn't really care about you as a patient. My co pay was $50 every time and it adds up quick going 4-5 times a month for a few months and once he was so sweet and just bundled one of my visits with my pre op. It's like the nurse staffs were booking extra appointments for no reason. They spoke really rude on the phone too and it made me upset I had to tell the Dr. my knee is so much better and I can't thank Dr Mellano enough!!
