Of course he had other problems like tantrums and screaming and throwing and lack of timing and not sharing all these problems being terrible two.. but seriously, he just turned 3 and let me tell you, Ms Maddy changed my son to a brighter kid and he is just a whole new happy boy! All the therapists here are very welcoming and nice. All very bright personality. I think that also made my son bright too. Made him so much comfortable to gain back his confidence. Can't describe in words how much we needed this. My child is very sensitive and also outgoing and loves people. Wants to feel loved and want to be known. She made my child feel so loved. We are gonna miss her so much!!! Ms Maddy told me he was ready to graduate but honestly, I wasn't really ready to completely cut off our session. So we slowly did. And it was our final day and he graduated. Her loving care and teaching was definitely needed for my child. I'll forever be thankful and definitely highly recommend this place for everyone! Might be back with our second who knows :) This office is very clean and nice. New montessori style of toys and gym style rooms. Please please don't hesitate to reach out and ask questions! This place is 30min away from my house and I still loved coming here. Worth every minute with Ms. Maddy. Thank you! We love you!

Good evening, I want…read moreto share my heartfelt appreciation for Ms. Natalie and her team of SLPA's. She is an incredible Speech teacher, Coach, and Proctor. Her deep understanding of each child's unique needs is truly remarkable. She carefully chooses the appropriate standardized assessments for each student and takes the time to explain her results thoroughly. I am especially grateful for Ms. Kelly, who was absolutely wonderful with my older son. She took the time to get to know him personally and build a genuine rapport. Thank you so much, Ms. Kelly. When Ms. Kelly was replaced by Ms. Heather for my older son! She too is amazing. Ms Heather pours her time and effort to support our kids! If they see progress in their goals, they quickly update us so we can continue working on the areas that need mastery. I also want to thank Ms. Taryn, whose kind demeanor and patience have made a meaningful difference in my younger son's journey. Thank you, Ms. Natalie, for always staying on top of things and for leading such a wonderful team. Whenever I have concerns or questions, Ms. Natalie always takes the time to listen and respond, just as Ms. Heather and Ms. Rachel do. Thanks to early intervention, my older son graduated a couple of months ago, having met his goals and shown remarkable improvement in his language skills. I truly thank Ms. Natalie, Ms. Kelly, and Ms. Heather from the bottom of my heart. For my younger son, I am overwhelmed with gratitude for the progress he's made, thanks to Ms. Rachel and Ms. Heather. Their dedication has made a significant difference in his socialization and speech development. I know this is just the beginning, but I am so thankful for their kindness, expertise, and the helpful suggestions they've given to support my son. I also want to express my appreciation for the social groups led by Ms. Heather, which have been invaluable for both of my children. These groups help them understand what's appropriate when interacting with peers and have facilitated so much learning. Thank you once again, Ms. Natalie, Ms. Heather, and Ms. Rachel, for being such a compassionate and talented team.Other parents reading this, remember that progress often requires time. This review is specifically regarding the office staff and administrative processes at Learning…read moreTree, and is not a reflection of the clinical or direct services provided. I am leaving this review in hopes that the business owner and staff will use it as an opportunity to improve services for our community. Over the past three months, I made repeated attempts to connect with Learning Tree for an intake appointment. I left multiple voicemails and submitted the online intake form, and received no response at any point. After months of silence, I decided to stop by in person while running errands nearby. When I arrived, the front office was unstaffed. I could hear staff upstairs -- footsteps and conversation -- and called out several times hoping someone would come down to assist me. After waiting several minutes with no response, I called the office phone number. It rang through to voicemail, and still no one came downstairs to answer. When two receptionists eventually came to the front, I explained my three months of unanswered outreach. I was told that my intake form had likely been misrouted to the wrong location and that they had no record of my voicemails. I also noticed that the missed call I had placed while waiting in the lobby was visible on their phone -- yet neither receptionist made any attempt to return that call. I chose not to mention that it was me who had called, as I wanted to observe whether callbacks were part of their standard practice. It appears they are not. While I was being helped, the other receptionist took a phone call. Based on what I overheard, the caller on that line had also been waiting for a callback since November after submitting an interest form. The receptionist acknowledged this and said she would follow up -- though I was unable to confirm whether she did so before I left. I want to be clear: I am not writing this review out of frustration alone. I genuinely hope this feedback reaches the right people and leads to meaningful changes. Families and individuals seeking services from Learning Tree deserve timely communication and a welcoming, staffed front office. I encourage the owner to review intake routing, voicemail monitoring, callback procedures, and front desk coverage so that community members are not left waiting months for a response -- or standing unattended in the lobby.

Each therapist has a room and the children can either spend time in said room or use the two gyms that are full of toys and play equipment (Lots of swings, slides, playhouse, climbing wall, crash pad, etc.). Both gyms are very clean and well maintained. They also have a nice kid friendly kitchen! Since we have been here for some time, we have had an opportunity to work with many speech and occupational therapists as well as the admin. Everyone here is very kind and knowledgeable in their field, generously offering tips and advice when I ask 100 questions. My son's schedule is packed, so when I need to reschedule, administration is very friendly and helps find a way to make our make-up appointments work for us. We have been with our current and absolutely amazing Occupational Therapist, Brenda, since day 1. She is a miracle worker when it comes to my son's food aversions- getting him to taste things he would normally throw at the wall. He is always super excited on Friday when I grab him from school since he knows hes going to see his "ms. Brenda". She is truly a key figure on my son's care team. We started speech services about a year ago at OCSS and my son's therapist, Claire, is extremely knowledgeable in Gestalt language processing. We just learned that my son is a Gestalt learner before we switched to OCSS and we are so thankful he was paired with someone with the expertise and knowledge that Claire has. She meets him right where he is that day and lets him lead which is so important for our son since he is a little unpredictable. He adores his time with her, and asks for her by name even on days we're not going to OCSS. If you're shopping around for therapy services for your child, I highly recommend OCSS and their staff.

They are overall very creative in developing therapeutic plans to meet our shared goals and open to parent and family input. They truly care for the children that they work with. Over the past 2 years, our son worked with various therapists from PT, OT, speech therapy, and behavioral therapy with both regional center funding and through medical insurance. Our son initially started with significant developmental delays, but now he has more than caught up in almost every area. Our son worked the most with Ms Ruth (ST), Ms. Kelly (ST), Ms. Ariana (OT), Ms. Brenda (OT), Ms. Dana (PT), and Ms. Tori (behavioral therapy). We have had a great experience with therapists our son worked with regularly as well as those not listed that covered on vacations. They are the best. Ms. Ruth and Ms. Kelly helped so much in expanding his communication skills. He started severely delayed in all aspects of communication, and he now can speak up to 7-8 word sentences clearly and understand others. With our son's complicated medical situation, we require a significant amount of assistance and input from OT. We especially appreciate our time with Ms. Ariana and Ms. Brenda, who helped so much in teaching our son to be independent in the day to day self care activities. We really appreciated the many helpful emails from Ms. Ariana with ideas, links to videos, therapy items, educational information, and worksheets to use at home, so we can continue therapy at home in between sessions. The billing situation can be confusing if your child utilizes a lot of therapy session in a week. That in part might be due to insurance processing claims not necessarily in a chronological order. It would be helpful to keep track of visits and insurance explanation of benefits. Even with the billing situation, we would still choose to work with the therapists at this office. They are very skilled and devoted to the children and what they do,
