My experience was great at Fullerton Hearing Center. Honestly, Kelly at front desk was the kindest and nicest person ever! She answered my calls with care and followed through with any concerns or questions. She was always pleasant & welcoming. Unfortunately, I decided not to keep the hearing aid. However, I must say that I was appreciative of the fact that the return was within the grace period and no problem getting a refund. I will miss Kelly, though. read more

Audiologist and staff are very nice, however, beware of the cost of the top-of-the-line hearing aids and the ability of the user. My elderly mother w tremor and cognitive decline was sold $8000 hearing aids and was never able to use them properly. read more

I took my mom here because she was having trouble with her hearing aides that she did not get from this center. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They are knowledgeable, efficient, and have great customer service. We've been here about 3 times and it's been great. read more

My experience at FHC was beyond exceptional.. From the moment I entered the facility and was greeted warmly by Kelly to the care u received by Monica. She knows her job..I was one of the few with an exceptionally small ear canal.. we were through many sizes, had to get a mold of my ear canal to finally find one that fit.. each time I went back in for a review on how my hearing aid was.. I received the best care!! Finally we found one that not only fits. It's Bluetooth capability and rechargeable ( both of which something I highly desired) and not battery operated.. I am a very happy customer and would highly recommend this business!!! Monica and Kelly are the best!!! Quality Care-10 Office Experience-10 read more

I sent my parents here and they loved the service and care they received. The appointment process was simple and the office is professional. Once they arrived, Monica and her team were patient with parents and took the time to explain what they were doing and the results in detail. Overall, it was a great experience and I highly recommend this clinic!! read more

I am very happy that I read the Yelp reviews prior to selecting Fullerton Hearing. Fullerton Hearing Center has lived up to my expectations that were based on those reviews . My initial exam was very thorough and all results were explained to me in an understandable fashion. Terri, the receptionist demonstrated empathy and excellence in all of her interactions with me. She is wonderful! Monica, the audiologist was fantastic in problem solving an issue that I had with my right ear. She really knows how to help the novice hearing aid user adapt to the technology and problem solve. A previous reviewer mentioned that Terri knows "ins and outs of insurance..." this is very true. Never having had a hearing aide before I was somewhat concerned over what my insurance covered. She knows her stuff. She is a great resource. Thank you both. read more

Highly recommending FHC! Comprehensive and efficient from hearing aid selection and fitting through a series of personalized performance adjustments to ensure maximum hearing aid benefits. Owner/operator Monica is a knowledgeable technician in matching the technology to the client needs. She is an excellent communicator and highly effective in incorporating client feedback into performance improvements. Office manager Kelly is very organized and pleasant to deal with. Overall, an excellent experience. read more

First off, the staff knows me by my legal name "James". First time at this clinic and my experience with Fullerton Hearing Center has been outstanding! When you come in for your appointment, you first encounter Teri (Office Manager) who takes care of all the logistics and handling of the insurance claims. She is very professional and friendly and works hard to take care of your needs. Monica, the owner, is very pleasant and caring and is also a fantastic Audiologist! I have suffered hearing loss most of my adult life and it can be very frustrating. She nailed my hearing profile. My new hearing aids are the first set I've had that actually work for me. Past hearing aids increase the volume but I still had issues with word recognition. I had resigned myself to having to live with this disability. Now speech is very clear and I no longer need closed captions when watching TV with a comfortable volume for others that are in the room. These aids allow me to stream audio from my iPhone via bluetooth. I am astounded by how fantastic it is. Phone calls are crystal clear and music sounds amazing. I am hearing nuances in songs that I didn't know existed after many years of listening to them. Monica did a great job setting it all up and dialing it in! Bottom line is that I now can hear far better than I ever thought was possible! read more

Great service by Teri and Monica! So caring and so knowledgeable!!!! Thank you for your kindness

I am so grateful that I found Fullerton Hearing Center. Friendly & welcoming was my first impression but most important was the hearing assessment & recommendations by Monica, the owner & audiologist. Monica not only made a recommendation re: appropriate hearing aids but explained the reasons for the recommendation. I have had hearing aids for 15 years & explanations were a new experience. The aftercare is extraordinary, from several visits to evaluate satisfaction after receiving the hearing aids to regular hearing tests & adjustments if necessary. Monica also arranged for me to receive a phone that is specific for my brand of hearing aids. All in all an excellent experience. read more

I have been going here for several years. I couldn't be happier with the hearing aides and the service. It is a small business and you get friendly and personal service. Terri, the receptionist handles the claims. She know the in and outs of insurance and worker's comp. Monica, the audiologist took over the business from Bill who is retired. She worked with Bill for a number of years. She is a very good professional audiologist and she provides friendly, caring service. I had a little issue with some brand new hearing aides giving too much feed back. I went in and Monica knew just what to adjust to remedy the problem. Which she quickly did. Monica is always patient and answers all my questions... Now the hearing aides are just right. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else read more

My 87-year-old father has received exceptional care from Monica and Teri. Monica is an excellent communicator and has great bedside manner. She took time to address my father and his concerns directly, and effectively address his issues. Teri is top-notch, responding quickly to appointment requests, and is so kind. We're thankful to find such thoughtful people to help us. read more

If I could give Fullerton Hearing Center 6 stars I would! The girls that work here are always very nice and professional. My mom recently started to have some hearing issues and did not really know where to go, so she called me and asked me to do some research "on the computer" for a place for her. Yelp led us to Fullerton Hearing Center but the AWESOME service made us a customer! Getting an appointment was a breeze, and my very picky mother had many questions and Monica was very patient and helped us along the process. I never felt like she was trying to up-sell us, just made recommendations based on what my mother needed. Also when you leave here you get to feel good about yourself that you are supporting a small woman's owned business for all the right reasons! read more

Very pleased with the office and staff that were very accommodating by coming in while they were closed to start a repair on my hearing aids. They are a one stop shop for all hearing issues and products. Easy 5 stars! read more

I'm so happy to have found Fullerton Hearing Center. I was a bit nervous and didn't know what to expect as this was the first time I had addressed my hearing loss - but I knew I had come to the right place when I walked into the waiting room and Teri the office manager, with her friendly greeting made me feel welcome and immediately put me at ease. Monica the owner and audiologist also made me feel at ease as she assessed my hearing loss and thoroughly explained the process we would be going through. Monica is very good at what she does. After her assessment she recommended the appropriate hearings aids. It was great being able to "hear" what I'd been missing for a while. She follows up frequently to help me with any problems or adjustments to make sure the hearing aids are working properly. An added bonus is the hearing center is less than a mile from my house but I would gladly travel a much greater distance for this kind of service. read more

Don't hesitate definitely come here! I'm a DJ and I wanted to make sure I wasn't messing up my ears. The staff here are so welcoming, and the test was a lot more thorough than another place I went to. She even did extra testing for one side of my ear cuz I thought they could be worse than the other side. But I was wrong and overthinking it thankfully LOL. Plus I was able to get musician's earplugs custom made here, they're westone, which is one of the best brands out there! read more

Fullerton Hearing Center works with our insurance carrier. Referred by our doctor's office turned out to be a blessing. The ladies are absolutely wonderful from first time walking in the door to delivery of the hearing aides. The turnaround time to get the hearing aides and follow up appointments. Nearby and excellent services provided. Would highly recommend to anyone needing hearing aides. Excellent audiologist and very professional and personable. The receptionist very friendly. read more

In 3 words...IMPROVED MY LIFE! Everyone thinks their hearing isn't that bad. We can't hear well but we "understand" everything being said. That feeling of not being able to keep up with conversation or not understanding my notes after a meeting, or just feeling that my brain was slowing down. They have this test which easily proved me wrong on that and was astonishing. I only "clearly understand" about 75% of what was going on. I was surprised and released! I was only about 52 when it got so bad I had to ask for help...and they did! I was easily able to adapt to wearing the Widex Evo devises and no one ever notices I have them on. I can discreetly a just them from my phone though I really don't need to very often. These devices have Bluetooth which is great when answering calls dictating text messages or emails or just listening to music discreetly at work. Truly life-changing and improvement in the quality of my life and work. I was so slow or getting old, I was smart enough to know something was wrong! When I started wearing the devises I was very sensitive to sound, duh... couldn't hear now I can, but Monica slowly increased the volume week after week comfortably increasing until I was hearing at what is considered a normal volume. Monica, the audiologist, is very personable, patient, very pleasant and easily made small adjustments to make my hearing aids comfortable and effective. She really understands and was fabulous transitioning me. A true expert and professional. Both she and Teri who runs the office have great sense of humors and sensitive my and my denial. I am so glad I decided to get help for my hearing loss and even more so that I did this with Monica. read more

Monica is a pro. My only regret is I waited too long to get my hearing aid. What a game changer! I am so appreciative of the entire process. Also, a big shoutout to Terri in taking my nervous phone calls. I am totally happy with my experience at Fullerton Hearing Center. I couldn't be happier! read more

Sorry It's taken me so long to write this review about Fullerton Hearing Center. I had been putting off getting hearing aids for the last 3 years, mainly due to the sales people, and I call them that and not audiologists due to the fact they are more worried about the sale and not the person. That's when I had the pleasure to meet Monica Fernandez and Terri McDonald. from the time you walk in upto the time you depart you know that you are welcome and that they care about you. Sure they need to make the sale are running a business after all, however they do not make you feel that that's all you are to them. from the first visit working with Terri on insurance and appointments, to Monica on your exam and follow up visits for adjustments they make you feel like one of the family. If you have been putting off getting hearing aids get to Fullerton Hearing Center, your family will Love you for it , and it will change your life. read more

I've been wearing hearing aids for just over half of my life. I've visited and done business with numerous Hearing Aid businesses. Today, I had one of the most pleasant visits to a hearing aid business that I've ever had. I needed a replacement ear hook to one of my latest hearing aids as I had ripped it off while dressing the day before. I require that aid to receive my phone calls. I went online to find a local hearing aid business and found Fullerton Hearing Center. It said it serviced all kinds of hearing aids and it was just five miles away. I was welcomed as I entered and produced my aid and said I had broken off the ear hook and needed a new one as well a new ear plug tube. It was fixed almost immediately and I was surprised at the low cost, as well. I believe you, too, will get the same quick and proficient service I was given for any repair or need for a new hearing aid, for the first time or for replacement with the same proficient service I received. I had put off having my hearing checked for a few years (which was driving my husband crazy!) but finally admitted I absolutely needed to have it done. I was amazed at the technology that is available today, and with Bill's calm explanation of what was going on with my hearing and how a hearing aid would help me mediate all the issues I was having, I walked away with complete confidence that this was the right decision. After picking up my device last week, I have worn it daily and I don't even notice it's there (nor does anyone else!) I appreciate the friendly, professional service, the attention to detail, the patience and explanations from everyone here. I highly recommend Fullerton Hearing Center. read more

Monica is really sweet and helpful. We didn't know what to expect when we came in to adjust my grandpas hearing aid. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it. And she was patient as we translated for my Grandpa since he doesn't speak English. It cost $55 for an adjustment. This is a really good price in my opinion since a new hearing aid would cost over $1000. I will definitely come back here for my families hearing aid needs. read more

I have been a client of Bill's for several years now. I have found him and his staff, Monica and Teri always very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful in their serviced. They have worked with me several times in upgrading my hearing aids and go the extra distance to make sure I have close to normal hearing as possible. I have found them so helpful in making adjustments and working with me in scheduling appointments etc. When I first started with them I was all over the country for work and always found them willing to be flexible to my schedule. Now that I am in Newport Beach, they are still very willing to be flexible in my commute time to reach their offices. Their new offices are very nice and always have nice visits with them. read more

I am so happy that I found Fullerton Hearing Center. My visits to the Fullerton Hearing Center started about 11-years ago. All my appointments have been with Monica. Her knowledge, expertise and skills are the best. She stays on top of the fast moving hearing aid technology. Monica got me my first set of hearing aids -- all the way up to my new ones, which I love. I appreciate how she keeps my hearing needs in mind as the technology keeps improving. Monica is pleasant and patiently explains how to use and care for your hearing aids. She clearly wants the best for all her patients hearing needs. And, I am amazed by all the latest hearing equipment that she uses to fine tune our hearing aids and our hearing experience!!! In addition, it is important to say that I have never seen a more efficiently managed office. Teri, the Office Manager, is very helpful, professional and pleasant work with. I'm so grateful that she takes care of handling my insurance needs and hearing aid supplies. She is very nice and, of course, efficient!!! Barbra H. read more
