She also offered me a cheaper price of 75.00 if I were to purchase direct with her, so it made sense. I then checked the Groupon and it had expired at the end of July (she never once asked any details about date). I completely understand that it was my fault that I didn't check the date. So I reached out to Groupon to see if there were any other options, and they suggested reaching out to the Spa direct for a credit since that's their policy for expired vouchers. I then texted the salon and was met with a rude response. (See texts below). She offered me an hour service at 75.00 without the Groupon credit and with the credit it'd be an additional 109.00, which didn't make sense financially. So I asked her to explain. She then called me, with an extremely rude tone, and started speaking to me like I was a nuisance for asking for a price breakdown. She told me Groupons were an add on and not the actual price which I didn't understand. Why would I know the behind the scenes policies that are in place? She said "do you get it", I said I don't I'm sorry. She then replied, "I'm not accepting an expired Groupon so have a good day ". And hung up in my face. She was so unnecessarily rude for me asking an honest question. Do better LuLu. Customer service is a huge plus for a successful business and you completely missed the mark. You should treat customers with more kindness and respect. This issue has been escalated with Groupon, thankfully. This experience was awful. And look at the response below, "I knew you were a problem because you said an hour"?! Excuse me, it was a mistake, which I owned and apologized about. You're a rude person, it's very evident.
