The employee at the front desk was dismissive and skipped over her to help another person in line without first addressing her questions. When she politely mentioned how she had been treated as she was leaving, he ignored her again. It turned out she was at the wrong location and was supposed to be at Sonora Quest. Even so, everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. A simple explanation and a kind attitude would have made all the difference. I hope Labcorp reminds its staff that compassion and professionalism are just as important as efficiency, especially when patients may already be feeling anxious or stressed.

After an in-depth conversation to request the staff member to slowly go back through the received orders, accompanied by her unprofessional sarcasm, it was found. On a separate context, their walk-in accessibility is highly appreciative and speedy despite the previously mentioned concerns. Whomever runs this organization, PLEASE understand you are an important part of this community. But your RESPONSIBILITY for in-house execution of the Staff's function should always be a top training and delivery mainstay. It's not, and the amount of times witnessing unsatisfactory customers come and go with issues in complaints could very easily be rectified if the Phlebotomists on site could go through a better hands-on, receptive and developmental training requirements; I could see the disparagement reversing.

When I arrived the staff was confused at the get go. The authorization was for Quest labs. The clinic is Sonora Quest. It's the same company! They had no idea how to process the authorization from Johns Hopkins since it said Quest. The staff member at the clinic called someone I've no idea who and said it's ok. They took my blood and urine. A week later I called to get my results. They have no record of me or my lab work. Johns Hopkins called as well and no record of me! What did you do with my lab work Sonora Quest? When I called the staff member is very passive aggressive. She feigns being nice but is rude in reality when it's her job to find out WTF happened to my lab work! I then called their headquarters and they have no record. They say oh we will call you back after doing "researching" and they never called back. They useless and I wasted my time. I'll do my lab work through the VA and submit it to Hopkins that way. When people did come in, their name would be called within two minutes and left just a few minutes after. For a while, "I" was the only person waiting. I ask 4 different nurses(?) if there was an issue. They kept telling me to have a seat, yada yada. They didn't see me until 10:28 AM. Understand, That was VERY Unusual. Normally I get seen somewhat quickly. Someone at Sonora Quest dropped the ball. I should NOT have had to wait that long for a 10AM appointment. Grr. Perhaps I should not have made an appointment? With-that-said..... They are mostly always friendly and excellent at their job. Today's visit get 3 stars. Normally they get 5 stars from me. The person that finally drew my blood today was "awesome"!!!! She was Very Kind and Professional. She was unaware of my extended wait time, but sincerely apologized for my inconvenience.
