On a separate context, their walk-in accessibility is highly appreciative and speedy despite the previously mentioned concerns. Whomever runs this organization, PLEASE understand you are an important part of this community. But your RESPONSIBILITY for in-house execution of the Staff's function should always be a top training and delivery mainstay. The front desk is always great too. Zaina was super helpful today. I used to come here and didn't enjoy waiting, so the fact that they now are appointment only makes it SO easy! I make sure I'm there right when they open, I check in, and I have the necessary paperwork ready. They always take the customers with appointments first and still manage to accommodate those without appointments. Marisol V was the phlebotomist who assisted me last. She was quick, efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. I couldn't be more pleased. Not sure about all the negative reviews but I've learned that you can't please everyone all the time and sometimes people have unreasonable expectations. I recently moved from another state where the wait was oftentimes one and a half hours for customers without appointments so I am more than happy to patiently wait...15 minutes or half hour, lol.
