Their ability to 'find' Orders sent to them is a black hole that is frustrating. After an in-depth conversation to request the staff member to slowly go back through the received orders, accompanied by her unprofessional sarcasm, it was found. On a separate context, their walk-in accessibility is highly appreciative and speedy despite the previously mentioned concerns. Whomever runs this organization, PLEASE understand you are an important part of this community. But your RESPONSIBILITY for in-house execution of the Staff's function should always be a top training and delivery mainstay. It's not, and the amount of times witnessing unsatisfactory customers come and go with issues in complaints could very easily be rectified if the Phlebotomists on site could go through a better hands-on, receptive and developmental training requirements; I could see the disparagement reversing.

The front desk is always great too. Zaina was super helpful today. I used to come here and didn't enjoy waiting, so the fact that they now are appointment only makes it SO easy! I love how efficient it is now! And the results are SO fast! I got my results this time in less than 24 hours! I've had to get regular labs my entire life, and I am so happy that I've found a place that turns what used to be a slog into an actually enjoyable experience! When I arrived the staff was confused at the get go. The authorization was for Quest labs. The clinic is Sonora Quest. It's the same company! They had no idea how to process the authorization from Johns Hopkins since it said Quest. The staff member at the clinic called someone I've no idea who and said it's ok. They took my blood and urine. A week later I called to get my results. They have no record of me or my lab work. Johns Hopkins called as well and no record of me! What did you do with my lab work Sonora Quest? When I called the staff member is very passive aggressive. She feigns being nice but is rude in reality when it's her job to find out WTF happened to my lab work! I then called their headquarters and they have no record. They say oh we will call you back after doing "researching" and they never called back. They useless and I wasted my time. I'll do my lab work through the VA and submit it to Hopkins that way. She gets my blood on the very first poke every single time, and she's always kind, gentle, professional, and reassuring.
