I always go to this location for blood work because they're always busy. The kiosk check-in is really easy, so you never wait long no matter how busy. Go in first thing in the morning for a fasting blood test, and they get you through quickly even though everyone shows up first thing in the morning for a fasting blood test. The reason I go to a busy location for blood testing is, I'm scared crazy of needles. I figure anyone who does needle-sticks all day, every day, knows exactly what they're doing. And so far that's been my experience. I didn't even feel the needle going in or out. If you, too, have a fear of needles, this is a really good location to have your blood drawn. read more

I visited Labcorp today for blood work, and while I was waiting, I witnessed an interaction that was disappointing. A woman came in trying to get information about her appointment. The employee at the front desk was dismissive and skipped over her to help another person in line without first addressing her questions. When she politely mentioned how she had been treated as she was leaving, he ignored her again. It turned out she was at the wrong location and was supposed to be at Sonora Quest. Even so, everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect. A simple explanation and a kind attitude would have made all the difference. I hope Labcorp reminds its staff that compassion and professionalism are just as important as efficiency, especially when patients may already be feeling anxious or stressed. read more

You can have an appointment and still wait an hour for them. Space is so small they need to be quicker and have more people on deck in there office. Check in super easy but the wait is ridiculous especially when it only takes them 5 mins to do the procedure on you. read more

I've been here twice and both times it's been great. The check in process is super easy, you can do it on your phone, the kiosk in the lobby or reception. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes, with a pre-scheduled appointment. Both techs were awesome and it was effortless to get the needle in. Building is nice, clean, check in through to kiosk is easy. Alcohol to clean your hands was available on each kiosk. The staff were courteous and to the point. The lab is a joint building with a physician office. There were only a few people in the lab waiting room. Checked in at 2:20 for a 2:30 lab draw. Got called back at 2:35, not bad! The lab tech did a great blood draw after taking a quart or two of blood! Lol. No pain, and no swelling or bruising later. read more

What a joke. I set there over a hour and they still didn't call me up to take my insurance information. When I went up to ask the the girl behind the counter she got attitude and said they had called my name. That is impossible because I was setting at a chair very close to the counter. I was not the only person this happened to. I'm the customer and should not have to deal with attitudes. This is not the only lab that my insurance allows me to go to and I will not be back. We thought we'd be waiting a long time and we were in and out within 25 minutes. They have kiosk to check in yourself. It scans your Drivers License and your Medical card which was sooo easy. The screens are super responsive not like so kiosk that don't respond well to the touch of your finder and who lag when you're inputting information. Within 15 minutes they called us and we paid. Then 10 minutes after they called us and we were done. It was very clean inside and there's two waiting areas. We went on a Friday at 10am and it was pretty quick and painless. The phlebotomist was very good as well. Quick to find vein and quick to draw blood. read more

Normally I Don't write reviews but I honestly want to express how much I am disappointed and annoyed with this LabCorp. The front staff is rude, they're unhelpful and expect someone to know their rules. I got scolded for going to my car and was told coming in "leaving the building is cause for refusal to take your test" I went out to grab my water out of my car. Plus I thought they had a wait somewhere else where they can text you when they're ready to see you? They don't wipe down chairs after each patient, or their water after each use. There a pandemic going on and they're obviously not concerned. There's not enough chairs either so I was literally standing in the waiting not being able to really social distance until someone left. They only have a 2 and a half hour period where they can do your work drug test. I have work and recently was to busy outside of work to make it in the afternoon and was only able to come in in the morning when I found this out. I missed my work's 2 day grace period to get it done. I guess what I'm trying to say is their 1:30-3pm is restricting people who can't make those times read more

Terrible experience last week. I am a Medical Doctor. I was first told that my Medical insurance plan was contracted with Lab Corp (I knew they were since I had lab work performed Thru lab Corp 3-4 weeks ago). After checking with another employee, 5" later he stated that it was. Although I ordered the lab on myself (anti Hepatitis-B antibody level, qualitative----to confirm immunity after undergoing vaccination against hepatitis-B{was was drawn and sent was test for "Hepatitis-B surface antigen}---I know this is complicated but important). I spent hours trying to speak with a live person to be absolutely certain that I would not be charged because of incompetence of their employee. The saga continues. I had an appointment at 11:15 am today---I could not reach an employee (ie, a live person on the phone or online) to find out what the order code was for the desired lab. The system did not recognize my name or password online to allow me to cancel said appointment since I did not have the required info to order the lab test I needed so I had to to physically drive to the lab to cancel the appt in person. I have spent approximately 6-8 hours of my life that I will never get back dealing with this (not to mention 2-3 hours that my office manager spent yesterday trying to help me deal with this). I am surprised that they are still in business. I will NOT be sending my patients to Lab Corp if other options are allowed---my experience with Sonora Quest is exponentially better. I feel much better having been allowed to vent my frustrations! read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The office is dirty, smell damp inside, no wipe down on the chair or door knob after the patients leave! This why I decide to stay in the car instead of waiting area, that why the whole issue comes. I booked appointment at 3 pm. a week ago for some special test, using the mobile checked in at 2.30, at 2.45 I went inside and asking the person in the front that they might need any paper work before my appt. time, I asked her if I could stay in the car since it was packed in the waiting area, she said fine and we will text you when it ready. I have wait for the text until 3.12 so I decided to checked out what was going on inside, and the guy told me "oh, we have been texting you, but no one show, so now we cannot see you because we close in 15 mins." I told him that I did not receive any text, I asked him what the number that he texted, he stated the number that not even belong to me, I told him and show him my phone that I did not receive any text. I keep ask him to show me what number that you texted, he said what ever number that on the register. After awhile he decided to got up and walked slowly to check on the register and told me that he text to that number. He said does not know what happen, it could be my networks, or company issue, but nothing I can do for you. I asked to speak with supervisor, I left message on supervisor, but never got the respond. I think if you could not provide clean environment for pt. to feel safe and wait inside, so your hi tech check in and wait comfortable in your own setting should be better effective. I took time off for the test, I did not have medication for over 3 weeks for the test, I was fasting from the night before and no drink in past 3 hours prior the test, and he told me that nothing he could do! I want the proof that guy texted me, because I don't think he is. He looks like one of those don't care, it's not my problem and f... off attitude. This location needs to be close down. I work in health care setting, and we are have more sympathy for all the patients, too bad that I could not do this special test at my clinic! I would not want to go back here, unprofessional, unorganized, dirty, people work with bad attitude, you might caught some bad stuff from here! read more

This place is beyond bad. Not only are humans scarce, but the customer "service" when you finally have human interaction is rude, rushed, harsh and not knowledgeable. They have no care in the world about patients and seem to be keenly aware that many of us do not have other options for lab work. After years of coming here I've never had a smooth experience. Something always goes wrong, no matter who the patient is, what doctor is doing the ordering... it's always a problem. The techs are much nicer than front counter but by this time, after several issues, returns and unanswered concerns it turns out to be much too little too late. I'm saddened for elderly or anyone else that has a disability of any kind who have to utilize the facility given the hardship in carrying out even the smallest tasks for those of us who have no issues reading, writing or understanding. If you have a choice, CHOOSE to go elsewhere. read more

Wish I could say I had a good experience here but I didn't. I came with a sample tube and mailer kit from UCLA for an HLA test to see if I'm a match for my sister in CA who needs a marrow transplant-- needed them to draw 8cc of my blood into the tube so that I could FedEx it to UCLA. After making an appointment, presenting myself politely 20 minutes early, and waiting for half an hour, I was brusquely informed by an agent that (A) they don't "have a contract with UCLA", so they can't ship it to them, and (B) they "don't release blood work to patients". I asked, "Even my own blood?" And the curt response was "no". So I went to Sonora Quest lab where they told me it was no problem and politely asked if I wanted them to ship it, or would I ship it myself-- No issues. For a very reasonable price they drew the blood and shipped it to UCLA, and everyone was polite and friendly. Sorry to complain, but there was neither logic nor courtesy in the behavior of the LabCorp staff. Best of luck. read more
