I was here again for a blood test. Service was good, it wasn't crowded, and I got my results the next day.

Lots of bad reviews but I have yet to have a bad experience. The techs are extremely caring and friendly. I've never made an appointment and I've never had a long wait. I showed up today about 40 minutes before closing and the waiting room was full but I was in and out in about 20-30 minutes. I've gone first thing in the morning and had no wait. No complaints about this place from me. read more

After a very unpleasant experience 12 days ago at this location I waited for my results in the mail. When I got Everything it looked fine and then I noticed a the top the tec. Had noted that I was FASTING ....that is not true and I told the tec. I was not. I guess listening to me was the last thing she was going to do. She screamed at me the entire time from bringing me in to walking me back to while I Sat in the chair from the moment she stabbed me with the needle and stayed screaming at me as she walked me out the door. 1) They closed down the St. Mary's location so I have to haul across town now to get blood drawn. 2) On 10/28/25, I had a high-pitched, sweaky voiced woman named Chrissie put on the tourniquet so tight that I screamed. She removed it and then put it on equally as tight. Her explanation was that I was the first one to use that rubber tourniquet. Well then make it looser, dummy! That was obviously not within her capabilities. I have had blood drawn countless times and never had such an awful experience. 3) This location is now a madhouse. I have learnt my lesson and make appointments before my lab testing. Hence I have no issues with wait times or the quality of the phlebotomists. My issue is with the delay in posting the results. A simple CBC and CMP takes an hour to process and post online. However ,I have gone to my Doctors visits, 5 days after my labs were done and still did not have the results. And there is absolutely no one who can help. read more

The waiting room had been updated since I was last there. I went in early because they have super convenient hours and I could get it done before work. I could not make an appointment because it looks like you'd need to be able to schedule a few days out, so if you're going here and need an appointment, book it asap. Otherwise, it's super easy to use the kiosk to check in. Everyone is always super nice and I have never had to be stuck more than once here to get my blood. read more

The checkin is far too cumbersome for lab work. The sole bright spot for this organization was the friendly and quick blood tech. Then the story turns ugly. Routine testing done in Feb 2025. Mailed and emai demands for cash payment from Sonora, although I have both primary and secondary insurance. Repeated calls to my insurers indicated that they had received no claim from Sonora. Attempted multiple times to call Sonora billing; gave up after hold times over an hour. I finally mailed a letter to Phoenix main office over a month ago. No response. This is simply unacceptable and inexcusable behavior, indicative of absolutely uncaring corporate culture. read more

This is a medical testing facility. They do good work. But being sent home with a little paper bag and told to bring back a sample is not the easiest thing. There is no sign. No directions telling you where to go in a huge medical complex. And if they close 5 to 10 minutes early you're not going to find them. One star read more

Angel was absolutely the best! I told her about my needle phobia and she was so kind and let me put my airpods in before she drew the blood. She only stuck me once and i barely felt it! The phlebotomist Halle did an excellent job today. She was skilled and was able to get my difficult to find veins on the first try. She deserves a raise. Not every employee here is very good. I had an exceptionally rude lady who was "training" today (May 3, 2025) who frankly should not be allowed to touch patients. read more

The folks who take your blood samples are great. Its the back end of this organization that totally sucks. They don't answer the phone for support during business hours, forward the calls to voicemail. Trying to get your test results is a total joke, using online and their app your results don't show up even when your request them and your doctor has had them for days now. Id definitely suggest you insist that your doctor write your script for lab Corp or any other testing facility. read more

I like the fact that this laboratory is open on Saturdays. Very convenient for people who works during the week. The person at the counter are super nice and helpful. Over all the experience was good here, unlike my other laboratory. I highly recommend this place. read more

used Map Quest to go for an unscheduled lab order; one lab, at the Safeway on Golf Links. walked in and one person was waiting. I was then instructed that I needed an appointment. I was not aware it was an appointment only site since I used Map Quest. Refused to see me. Drove to the Wilmot site and there were two people in the waiting room. I sat for 30 minutes, minimum - still waiting.One person walked in and got waited on immediately; probably an appt. That being said, I'm still waiting. There is one family member in waiting room with me. I hear everyone in the back, laughing, talking about burritos and other things. Still no one. I'm not sure why they don't have self serve draws?? Making an appt is as if you are making it with Washington DC.; forever. Again, minutes go by and no one at front desk. Hearing laughter and grunts?? Quest you need to do better. It's simple. Rude front desk employee who has zero patience for anyone who doesn't understand their procedure of shipping away bloodwork for processing elsewhere (and bilking patients and insurance companies for shipping costs). They spilled my urine sample and made me come back. It's been over a month and my bloodwork results still aren't available. Lobby is a sad, dreary dump, and the scanning machine barely works. Nearly impossible to call and speak with a human. Clearly set up so they can hire as few people as legally possible for patient care. Appointment system is Byzantine, to say the least. Never again. ***Ask your doctor if you can use another service, any other service.*** To be fair, my phlebotomist was great. I think she should work elsewhere. read more

I am not sure if I came at a good time but it was 45 minutes before the closed. Only 2 people were ahead of me. I was greeted by the receptionist checked in and waiting maybe 7 minutes for my turn. The lab tech and girl who checked me in were very nice and did everything correctly sanitized, gloved, verified. Which I completely appreciate it! When I left about three more people were in waiting area, they are open until 5pm which is nice for people to have later time. Thank you! Hope all my future experiences are like this. read more

Fastest Sonora Quest location I've ever been to. Nice office, nice staff. Super fast service!

I made the required appointment for a blood draw and the appointment was discarded somehow by Quest. I made another appointments and this one held. I went in 15 minutes early and they took the next 30 minutes helping someone without an appointment! why do I have to make one when others do not? Now I am sotying here after my appointment time. good thing I had nothing planned. This is irresponsible on their part. I would be leery of making an appointment inside a Safeway. They are play by their own rules. read more

Care at the clinic that I went to was fine, phlebotomist was excellent, then I tried to call the phone number on the website to get assistance with viewing my results online many weeks after they should have been available. They were not able to help and said i needed to check back in 24 hours because of verification issues. Still, nothing was available and many more pass, I called again and the person tried to tell me the same thing. I had to persist way too hard to get her to look more closely at what was going on to find a resolution. She finally said someone would email me my results later that day. They did, however it was not the results I was seeking so I replied to the emaiI asking for further assistance. Someone called me the next morning, while I was in the middle of getting ready for work and my kids to school, basically to confront me and tell me the results I was seeking do not exist. He kept speaking over me, refused to listen and basically was a total asshole. I was very upset by now and he said his supervisor would call me. They did, at 5pm and I just said forget it, I give and will go somewhere else. Never did and never will get access to my results online. read more

I went on a Saturday since this is one of the few places open on weekends for lab work. They were pretty busy and the wait was about 45 minutes, but that's expected. The entire process was very organized and I was able to wait in my car until they were ready for me. All the employees were extremely kind and friendly, especially Desiree who made sure I was comfortable after I told her I faint easily when having blood drawn. I will definitely return to this location in the future when I need lab work done. read more

There is no customer service. I had a urine sample the I took at home and they first tech said it could be DROPPED off at any of their offices. So went home provided the sample. I went to this location 3 times to DROP the sample off. There was a sign on the front desk that help would be back and were on a temporary leave from the desk. 15 minutes later still no personnel comes to the desk. I need to leave for another appt. Come back and wait another 10 minutes until an employee comes to the desk. I ask her where she would like my sample and she said I need to keep it and sign in for an appointment to drop off my sample. There are 7 other people in the waiting room. I left and will not be returning to this location. I will be using another lab facility as this one is subpar . read more

Took our 5 year old and 2 year old for blood draws for allergies. Promised both it would be a one time thing. We get a call one week later from our allergist's office that the lab did not do the complete panels ordered. Had to bring both kids back and put them through another draw. As an adult, it is not a big deal to come back but it is a big deal for small children. Would recommend parents avoid this location for pediatric draws. read more

Billing issue: I had a routine blood draw for 3 thyroid hormones. Each item is listed on website for specific amount. I prepaid the amount no problem. Later I received a bill from Labcorp for additional fees. Very misleading and probably illegal business practice. I suspect SQL does the blood draw and Labcorp does the lab work. There was no indication that Labcorp was involved. read more

Made an appointment and when I showed up they said I wasn't in their computer. When I showed them the appointment on my patient portal they repeated that I wasn't in their computer. No effort made to find out why I had portal confirmation of an appointment without being in their computer. Horrible customer service. Will use LabCorp from now on read more

I was treated pretty rudely by the lady in the front. The phlebotomist was nice and did a good job but she ended up giving me someone else's medical bill because we had the same birthdate without checking. Not a huge fan of the HIPAA violation and the fact that that could happen to me. I told the people in the front when I realized their mistake and was told just to make sure to tell them next time I came in to not give me the other persons paperwork. Horrible customer service at this location. I should have checked their bad reviews before wasting my time. I served as a clinical laboratory manager for many years of my professional life. Now, as a ten-year cancer patient, I am having the experience of a severely understaffed outpatient draw station. When I asked if the facility had a new concern today with staffing, such as many phlebotomists calling in sick on one very busy day. The answer at the desk was "No, this is always like this." From now on, I may choose to use LabCorp instead, for routine and periodic testing. I may find the same "condition" there, since the laboratory business clearly is a for-profit discipline in health care. My experience today, as a fellow heath care provider, it that this Quest draw station or possibly the entire company are remarkably heartless in their staffing choices. I needed to get a PSA and it was very easy to make an appointment via their website. I arrived for my appointment a couple of minutes late but the check in was very quick and I waited no more than four or five minutes before I was called in. Manny is the person who administered the PSA and he was fantastic. In an out no more than 15 minutes - you can't beat that! Excellent service! read more

I went to this lab on 9/25 for my wellness check. They took my blood first, which is very unusual, then I found out why. Their blood pressure machine is not working properly! It gave a reading that means I should be dead. THEY KNOW IT'S NOT WORKING, that's why they drew blood first. They wanted to lock me into the visit. Well, that won't work because I'm going to file a complaint with Quest and with my employer. These incompetent people want to mess with my wellness check and my insurance discount. Do not go here if you need a blood pressure check. They have ONE malfunctioning BP machine and no one there knows how to take blood pressure manually. AVOID THIS PLACE! read more

Used this location several times in the past. Usually not impressed. This time I was impressed. Appropriate social distancing due to COVID. Employees were masked and gloved up. Should wipe down the clip boards and pens in between customer use. Made appointment online. Arrived early and was done way before appointment time. We shall see how quickly results are available on the portal. read more
