On a separate context, their walk-in accessibility is highly appreciative and speedy despite the previously mentioned concerns. Whomever runs this organization, PLEASE understand you are an important part of this community. But your RESPONSIBILITY for in-house execution of the Staff's function should always be a top training and delivery mainstay. It's not, and the amount of times witnessing unsatisfactory customers come and go with issues in complaints could very easily be rectified if the Phlebotomists on site could go through a better hands-on, receptive and developmental training requirements; I could see the disparagement reversing.

The front desk is always great too. Zaina was super helpful today. I used to come here and didn't enjoy waiting, so the fact that they now are appointment only makes it SO easy! I love how efficient it is now! And the results are SO fast! I got my results this time in less than 24 hours! I've had to get regular labs my entire life, and I am so happy that I've found a place that turns what used to be a slog into an actually enjoyable experience!
