This place is so rude. I asked CHRIS for help.. what help so rude no smile no good morning no acknowledgement. I know you ask why do I keep coming back because gas is 4 dollars a gallon and it's 10 minutes away. I have to have blood every 3 months. I made an appointment again and would it be on time.. they actually tell you you don't have an appointment when you actually do. This is twice this has happened to me. I keep trying to write a review hoping that maybe Labcorp will do something about customer service and tell People to say good morning. how can I help you eye contact? Give me a minute say something nice at 7 o'clock in the morning if you're in a bad mood, you didn't have enough coffee that's not my problem. read more

A hi-demand facility as the medical system shoves us through the grind of "Grab-N-Go" medicine. The front office is overwhelmed and it shows with rude/impatient behavior of the front desk area personnel, especially to their elderly clients who make up most of their clientele. The back area with the phlebotomist is clean, efficient and comfortable despite the jab of obtaining a sample. read more

LabCorp charges are very high. My doctor sent me here for blood work and I typically do not get charged over what my insurance pays at other places. I was charged over $300 over what the insurance had already paid them because the insurance did not want to pay their high prices, so now I am stock with these charges. This is the last time I will go there. I never had this issue with Sierra Quest. read more

This is the one off of Tangerine in the Safeway shopping center The place feels dirty and worn. The staff is not professional at all. My interaction with the phlebotomists has always been okay, except for one. This experience is what caused me to never go in there again, even though this is where my doctor wants me to go. Unfortunately, I do not know her name. She is an Asian woman, 40ish, that is usually at the back table working with samples. The phlebotomists usually ask me which arm I prefer. I tell them which ever one works best for them. I sat down and stretched out my arms in front of me and said "whichever one works best for". She turned around and gave me the most hateful look and said "I'm the one doing this so it WILL be my choice!" She grabbed my arms and yanked on them so hard that I almost fell off the chair. She was curt and rude the rest of the time. read more

I don't know what the negative reviews are on about. Every time I come here everyone is nice and professional. I am always in and out super fast (even as a walk-in) and the blood draws are quick and painless. Would recommend to anyone needing bloodwork! read more

I am a CPT so I went to school for phlebotomy, and you can tell some of these employees have not. One of the worst things you can do is fish a vein. That is when they insert the needle one way and then completely change the direction of the needle while in the vein because they missed the vein. This is what just happened to me. You can just tell by the way they draw your blood they have not been properly educated. I would recommend going somewhere that has people who know what they are doing, because apparently you don't have to be certified to work there. read more

The check-in staff was very rude. If you don't like a job, do us all a favor & find a new one! And...... Saying "Happy Thanksgiving" at the end of the appointment doesn't change how rude they were. read more

What a hassle. Get a new job and have to take a drug screening, no problem. I get assigned to come here and when I walked in no one even acknowledged me until I stood at the counter and made a little cough to myself. I showed her my paperwork and she goes "we don't do those." No explanation, just some ridiculous directions to another location where they don't do them either. PAIN IN THE REAR! read more

The nurse who did the blood draw was very nice and professional. The receptionist could not have been ruder and more unprofessional. She acted like we were inconveniencing her. If we can avoid this place in the future, we will. I am giving one star for the nurse. Otherwise place gets a thumbs down. read more

I'm not sure what was going on before this, but my experience was literally painless. Got there 5 min late from my appointment because of construction. Not a sole there and got right in. After explaining my fear of needles, the tech was awesome. Very quiet but new his stuff. I was out in less than 5 min. read more

I hate this place. One of the employees fine. The other, who usually works reception, is very rude. She treats everyone like they are an inconvenience and expects people to know without asking exactly what needs to be done. I need a lot of labwork and she rolls her eyes when she sees my labsheet. So sorry my disabling illness is an inconvenience to you... And then she has the nerve to call me "Hon." This profession couldn't be any more of a wrong fit for her. Normally I would just ignore a rude receptionist. The thing is, this employee also sometimes draws blood. If she finds patients such an inconvenience, I have no confidence she will make sure my tricky labs are done correctly. And of course, I would rather she not put a needle in me. I'm going to ask my doc to start writing my labs for SonoraQuest instead. read more

Arrived at 10:05am. Staff was very kind and courteous. My 16yr old had to give blood and a urine sample...my 12yr old with Downs Syndrome had to give a blood sample. She is a tough stick and required her older brother to hold her down. The staff was extremely patient. Bathroom and waiting room was very clean. We were done by 10:29am. I wish I were able to give this location 0 stars! I have had blood draws here many times. The employees are consistently RUDE and really do act like patients are bothering them. This a hard job with a large volume of patients daily, but my treatment today was unusually annoying. I always think, how would they like it if I treated their children in my classroom the way they treat patients. We all have an obligation to be civil! read more

I went to LabCorp today to have blood drawn only to find out they were not on my insurance plan. Instead of just sending me away, the receptionist gave me the name of another lab facility that would take my insurance. Not only did the receptionist write the address down, but she told us how to get there along with copies of the lab order from the doctor. Unfortunately, we were unable to use the copies since the other lab facility needed to receive those directly from the doctor. I have read other reviews about the attitude of the personnel there, however, in my situation they were cordial to me and tried to be helpful in their explanations. read more

This office is an absolute disaster. First of all, after waiting for quite some time, I signed in for my appointment. Evidently appointments don't have priority as I waited for all of the people who had walked in ahead of me, without an appointment, to be helped first. Then, I was "greeted" with a stone faced, no please, no thank you, no smile, no "how may I help you person", who subsequently offered no help whatsoever for me in getting a fax in for a blood order from my physician. The other lady treated me the same way with the same "I don't give a sh** attitude also. I would not walk across the street to this office even if my life depended on it. Both people working there should probably seek other employment as neither one acted like as if they enjoyed their job or even wanted to be there. read more

The 'reception' is perfunctory. You don't real feel like the staff wants you there. I'm not sure the staff wants to be there. My draw this morning was the most painful I've ever had and I've had hundreds of draws. Later I asked why it might have been so painful and I was told, "Maybe you're more sensitive?" with a knowing smile. If you can go elsewhere, do. read more

Went for a drug test here...place was packed in "non-peak hours", has ridiculously short hours, closes down for lunch, and to top it off, doesn't have a secondary bathroom for drug screening so they don't even do them anymore! read more

Never Again! Even though I arrived before my appointment time, the receptionist was too busy talking on the phone to sign me in. She continued her loud and irrelevant conversation as the waiting room continued to fill. About ten minutes past my appointment time, I asked if she could at least confirm that my lab order had arrived. Nope. Too busy. Then, I had the audacity to ask when I should expect to be signed in and seen by the lab technician. I was curtly and rudely informed that I was "told" to arrive 15 minutes early and to expect to wait 15 minutes past my scheduled time. "Told "by whom? There were no such instructions in my online confirmation so I suspect it was just something to say to justify the poor service. And 30 minutes? Why even bother with an appointment? Finally I asked for my lab order so I could go to a different lab instead -and suddenly it was my turn. I was also surprised that the faxed lab orders appeared to be sitting in a disorganized pile on the side of a desk and the receptionist had to shuffle through them to locate mine. Every other time I have had blood tests, my lab orders were either in the the computer system when I arrived or neatly filed for quick access. And, I also feel a need to mention that some of the other patients were were treated rudely and without compassion and did not speak up for themselves. read more

Love this office! You can make appointments online so you can just walk in any time you set up. Also, I have small veins that roll plus a medical condition that makes me chronically a bit dehydrated, and I have to have lab tests done every three months, so starting with a new place is scary (we just moved here last year.) The phlebotomist is a real pro, perfect sticks every time! I wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

I hate going to this office. I have to have blood drawn frequently and I have to use this office. The staff are rude, cold and unfriendly. They act as though they hate their jobs and you are as nuisance to them. They don't acknowledge you are at the window. They never look up. They just hold out their hands for your paper work and insurance cards, etc. If they do look up, they give you an icy stare and never a smile.. It's not just me. I've noticed how they interact with others and it's the same way. How they keep their jobs is beyond me. Once I accidently spilled some water and the phlebotomist was annoyed and is seemed as though she jabbed me with the needle harder than was necessary. It left a black bruise. And I mean BLACK. I got there at 1:00PM once and was the only one in the waiting room. They went about filling the paper towel dispenser and needle holder. At 1:10 they finally called to check me in. Then I still had to wait until THEY were ready to draw my blood. I continue to smile and try to interact with the staff, but, it doesn't change their attitude. If you can go to another lab, do so because the staff at this office are awful. read more
