Amazing experience! I hate getting bloodwork done and when I saw the poor reviews this location had I was very nervous. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how kind everyone was. It was a very fast and easy experience, I was a walk in and there were quite a few people waiting in front of me but I couldn't have been there a total of 20 minutes. They asked if I had a preferred arm and I told her where I had a deep vein that I had previously been told about and she found it right away and it didn't hurt at all, like in the past when other places just keep poking me and still can't find a good vein. I definitely recommend this location, and will be going here for any future bloodwork I need done. read more

Around 1:30pm I went with my elderly disabled father to Lab Corp to get his lab work done. My dad has severe mobility issues related to his disability and age and is a fall risk. I explained this to the staff at this lab Corp location and we were told they didn't have a wheelchair, they couldn't do his lab work in the lobby to Minimize his risk of falls, they couldn't have a chair by the door due to the fire Marshall, they couldn't have more then one person accompany him to the back room, and last- ly they didn't have to make special accommodations for the disabled because they weren't a hos- pital. My father suffered his way through and almost fell multiple times. Thankfully my son was there to help him. They humiliated us in requesting and advocating for his safety. I filed a complaint with the ADA office for the state as well as the federal. read more

It's laughable trying to get through to a real human that can answer a simple inquire! After holding for 45 min n finally asking a real person about dropping off a specimen, she says she will ck w Ft Lowell as they r always closed. She disconnects me after another 40 minutes! What is happening to our service businesses??? If I wasn't stressed before reaching out for guidance, I am after these ridiculous attempts The 'manger' responded but what is obvious w reading the other reviews, there is no way to leave a voice message (so what was she suggesting this for?); there r no accommodations for disabled people needing their services; if u cannot use online computers because of impairments...no way to schedule an appointment! ; NO ONE CARES. They are doing you a favor n service, kindness n humanity needs an overhaul at Lab Corp! Unfortunately, there r not too many alternatives... like now retail stores r closing n Mighty Amazon is filling the gap n doing whatever they decide to do... Yike!!! I was told walk ins were welcomed. I went to get some bloodwork needed only to find out I needed to establish an account, and pay for the tests online. They couldn't accept payment at the facility. So I proceeded to set up an account, and order my test. However, my mobile device wouldn't allow me to pay as certain search engines (ie. Chrome) won't work with their payment setup. There was no alternative ability to pay. No way to pay over the phone. No way to pay at the facility. And this is patient care? How in the world do elderly patients work through a system that doesn't allow for the non tech savvy person? As I walked out totally without iota of help, I was told 'have a nice day'. What a load of crap. A nice day would be giving the patient some different options. At my lab where I normally get my tests done, I walk in, fill out an order form for tests, pay cash or pay by credit card, walk to the blood draw station and I am done in under 10 minutes. Nothing like over complicating a very simple procedure. I am surprised they even have 2 stars. They would get none from me but I cannot exit this review without at least one star. read more

This place has some of the rudest front office staff. I despise coming in here because I'm always treated like garbage.... I have no idea how the management here allows the staff to treat people like this, it's absolutely wild to me. It seems like everyone hates their job and doesn't care... where has customer service gone, if you don't like your job please leave and allow people who give an ounce of caring to join the team. I talked with 6 people in the lobby who all complained about the same thing. The attitude of your staff creates the attitude of the room and each time I come in here it seems like we are just an annoyance to the staff. They're fast and can clear a room of patients quickly but their attitudes are a zero out of ten, I don't get it, they're paid to be here, shouldn't that mean something? Shouldn't we all just treat each other with a little respect? Why is that so hard these days? read more

I arrived for my 4 year old. This is was her first time getting blood work. Not only was the phlebotomist unfriendly they were extremely rude. I had brought an ice pack buzzer to numb the area. I asked to just have a minute to put it on my daughter's arm so she can would feel the needle less. There phlebotomist huffed and puffed. Then when it was time to take her blood they jerked my daughter's arm around, didn't explain what she was doing at all, and had the nerve to mock her when she was crying!! Who does that!? I specifically chose this location because it had specified pediatrics but this place is terrible and will likely ruin getting bloodwork for my daughter in the future. She was terrified! read more

My husband recently had blood work done at this location. The check in with the QR code was so simple. The front desk clerk was very friendly. The lab tech that took his blood took her time to explain what she was doing. My husband mentioned how kind and informative she was. He has early stage Alzheimer's and isn't always treated with dignity and kindness. We really appreciated her. The location itself is easy to get to. The office could use a little updating. read more

Do not go to this place! It took them an hour just to get my drug test. They have very minimal help at the front desk. They had 12 people waiting and service was slow. The app says it will send you a confirmation text message and it doesn't. The names are not called in order either. read more

My previous appointment was perfect, everything was wrong today. My phone WiFi was not working . I go in to use the kiosk about 7 people were in line around the door, I went to the kiosk so many people were blocking the door and walking around I decided to leave. read more

I have the worst moving veins in the world. There has only been one nurse in a hospital that I've encountered who has been able to go in my arm, and draw blood; most take it out of my hand. Now, there's officially two, and her name is Carla! With in one minute she was in my arm, drew the blood, and I didn't even feel the needle going in. She was so awesome I had to do a review before I walked out the door because I have never experienced giving blood, with it being that easy, and non painful in my life.
