Yesterday I walked into the office and was greeted by Margarita. She quickly took down my information and then drew the necessary blood specimens for the tests I needed. The owner , Laurie W. states in her comments about her company that "most test results in only 24 - 48 hours". Well if this is true, then why was I never emailed my lab results nor my Dr.'s office faxed the results after 168 hours or 7 days? If I had not called, would I have ever received the results? Since Leah the manager is in Monday's, Tuesday's & Wednesday's, then why didn't she follow up with staff about my results and get them to me? Staff member Andie could care less about customers. I have found the staff to be inept, unprofessional, and uncaring. If you find these qualities to your liking, then by all means visit this lab and give them your hard earned money and wait for eternity to obtain your results. read more

The people there are great very nice and diligent. Making an appointment on line is terrible, can only choose from their list to get a test and then appointment. Trying to get blood draw for a doctor provided kit and took several days to get an appointment. I could have walked in and gotten faster service. read more

I came in for the first time not too long ago for a B-12 shot which I had never gotten before. It was quick and painless and a lot easier than I was expecting! Leah helped me out and was super friendly and professional and made the process a lot easier! I will be back very soon. The shot itself made me feel a lot better than I had in previous months, so when I come back I will definitely ask for Leah but just from that one experience I can tell that all of the staff would be just as helpful! Each staff member at this facility has made me feel much more comfortable during blood draws. Needles are not my thing at all but at Any Lab Test now they keep me distracted and lessen my anxiety immensely. They get me in and out quickly, my results are sent to me in a timely fashion, and they are very friendly and professional. When I've gone to other labs the staff is generally cold and unwelcoming, but this place is the total opposite. I recommend this place to all my friends and family and will be back next time I need blood work or a B12 shot! read more

One morning my husband woke up and asked me where we had met. He had no memory of anything that had happened in the last 25 or 30 years. He didn't know we live in Tucson, or when we moved here. I took him to his Primary Care Dr. who sent him for x-rays, MRI and other tests, which were all negative. I had read a book "Could It Be B-12? An Epidemic of Misdiagnoses" By Sally Pacholok, R. N. and Jeffrey Stuart, D.O., a few days before this happened, so thought a B-12 shot was worth a try. About 40 minutes after getting the shot at Any Lab Test Now, his memory started to return, and returned completely within a few hours! We started getting him B-12 shots weekly, and everything was fine until we skipped a week. Then he woke up and could remember some things, but not others. We immediately drove to ALTN and got him a B-12 shot. Once again, his memory returned almost immediately! We now never skip a shot! I have been getting them too, and it makes me much calmer, and less snappy at the little inconveniences of life. I wonder how many people are put in nursing homes because they are unaware of the effects of B-12 deficiency, and think there is no cure for their memory loss. The staff at ALTN in Tucson are great. The shots never hurt, and I am the biggest baby when it comes to needles! About a year ago, I had a bunch of lab tests done there for my doctor, and it was also totally painless. That was how I knew they had B-12 shots, I was reading the poster while she took the blood out of my arm! read more

I have been getting B12 shots at this facility for several years and have found their nurses to be very efficient and kind people The wait times are short and it's a quick, reasonably priced, "in and out" trip to feel much better. I would recommend anyone who is a senior citizen read up on the symptoms that a lack of B12 can cause. You might be quite surprised. read more

I had a great experience. Which is unusual for me when it comes to getting bloodwork done and paying for the lab. First of all, it's reasonably priced. I have no insurance and was dreading having to spend $1000 or so ... nope! It was only $175!!! Second of all, the lady who helped me was super-sweet and nice. I told her I was a "bleeder" and she took extra care of me. I didn't even feel the needle go in, much less have any issues with heavy bleeding afterward. What a pleasant surprise. It's a strip mall and that's off putting but I had some blood drawn here and it was as good an experience as you can hope for. The tech was caring, careful, and good. I would not recommend this location, or this business in general, to anyone needing DNA testing. When I called, responding to their advertised claim of 200$ testing, even after very specifically stating that i needed this test for a Petition for Paternity, I was assured that the advertised price was correct. As this was 150$ less than other places, I decided to use Any Lab Test Now for my testing. When I arrived though, I was informed that it would cost 365$ for results submissible in court, a distinction I had asked about very clearly on the phone. But my ex and my son were there, and i needed to get it done so I paid up and got the testing. I was told that it would take 3-5 business days for the results and to expect an email. Because of my work schedule and the need to wait on a waiver of court fees to go through, it was about 2 weeks before I called them. I had not received an email, but thought that might be my fault, as I have had important emails labeled as junk mail before. But it turns out they had been "too busy at the lab" to get my test results completed. I was first given the run around by a seemingly nice employee, who said they must have misplaced the results and that she would call back. after an hour with no call, i called them again, and this time I got the "too busy at the lab" response. After me expressing my frustration and disappointment and explaining that this was affecting my ability to see my son, they have now stopped answering my calls. I should add that they have now offered me 100$ back and are assuring me that the results will be in by tomorrow. read more
