I made an appointment for 8 AM. Glad I did. Check-in was easy at the kiosk got called back very quickly to submit paperwork, payment and just a few minutes later was called back for the appointment. The person taking my paperwork was very welcoming and I loved that they had a rainbow pin, identifying themselves as safe that made me feel very welcome. First time here and it was the best blood drawing experience I have ever had. I was in and out so fast I didn't even have time to take pics. I EASILY made an appointment online. Checked in via my phone (you can also use a QR code they send you at either of the 2 kiosks inside). Brought my orders from the Dr which they asked to see and was called in before my appointment time because I came early. I always fight with the phlebotomists. I need a butterfly needle in my hand. End of story. This lovely lady didn't even question it. Easy peasy. In and out. She used my hand, the blood flowed and now I won't be fearful next time I have to come here. read more

It is a little nerve wracking when you see all these constantly bad reviews for Labcorp... But I have had to go several times, and have never once had an issue. YES. They are severely backed up, long appointment times, Wilmot was understaffed and had to close til the end of the year... which makes this location even busier. Plan to be flexible. I could not get an appointment for 2 weeks, so decided to be brave and just walk in.... I checked in with the kiosk, it said currently there is a 3 hour wait, but I could come back at that time for an appointment. So I did that. Came back, 3 hours later... it was a lot more busy, couldn't even find parking. Checked in, wasn't seen for 30 minutes, so yes, much longer wait times than there used to be. But it was expected, and leaving a bad review when you already know there are issues doesn't help anyone. People are tired of waiting, I assume, some, have no where else to go, and ended up just waiting the long times... they go to the front desk and are very rude. While waiting at least 3 ppl were rude to front desk employee... yet, she forced that smile and tried to tell everyone she appreciated them. People don't listen, or they don't know you need to check in first with kiosk, come in and are just unfriendly and rude when asked to check in first and take a seat. This is the Labcorp, in Tucson Arizona that I highly recommended! I always have a hard time giving blood. Priscilla is an outstanding phlebotomist! She got blood from me on her first try! Asked for help as process & procedures new to me . Called in advance and what I needed was prepared for me easy in & out. One female voice was pretty " short " on phone but will let it pass & im sure busy trying times with medical testing in May 2020. Almost everyone there in masks ( not Halloween ). I never actually entered any rooms to critique only the lobby. Parking available off Craycroft wasn't a problem for me. I had an 8 am appointment this morning. I also had a confirmation, and a reminder was sent to me. My grandson fasted and we got up early to make our appointment on time. When we arrived, we let the lab know we were there by cell phone as were instructed. No one ever contacted us. We went to the door, and it was locked with no lights on. The door said Monday-Friday. What about Saturday? We waited for a while in case employees were running late, but the only people we saw were other patients that had fasted, wasted their gas and time going there. Don't you think life is hard enough? Where's the notification? This is incompetence!!!! I give them ZERO stars. read more

This business should give a discount to its clients. One must log oneself in and answer myriad questions, while the receptionist sits at the window and does nothing. I told him I was just dropping off a specimen, but he instructed me to use the kiosk to log myself in. I had to answer questions that had NOTHING to do with my visit, which was just to make a drop off. Then when I passed the package through the window to the nonworker at that desk, he asked me questions about my specimen, which is all he had to do without my signing in. The funny part is he asked me when I collected the specimen and I said 9:00 and he asked me if that was 9:00 in the afternoon. I brought him up to date on the fact that there is no 9:00 in the afternoon and that I meant 9:00 in the morning, an hour before I entered their place of business. read more

I really do always dread coming to Labcorp, even more so now with COVID. This place is so so busy, and they do not have the staff to support it. With COVID they only have 5 chairs in the lobby, and with it being over 105 that is crazy!!! They need to come up with appointment times and not allow walk ins. Been using this site for monthly blood and urine labs for five months now without any issues. They take appointments and I'm usually in an out in 15-20 minutes. The check in kiosk is much better than filling out a bunch of paperwork for those of us with arthritic hands. The staff has always been courteous and professional to me. The only complain't I have is that for some reason Labcorps system does not seem to be able to retain standing lab orders; So if you're doing labs on a regular basis I'd reccomend you have them make a copy of your lab work orders to take with you when you leave, which they're happy to do. read more

I'm seriously yelping about a pre employment drug screen visit. I think I have an addiction to Yelp. Anyways, I'm pretty sure that Labcorp has got this UA thing on lock! I generally take all of my random drug tests at J2. No, I'm not a druggy, I work in car sales and we have to make sure that we aren't snorting away all of our commission right? I think that's why anyways. The people at J2 don't let you ask questions. They're just like hah! We have this major account, all you sales people STFU and pee! Okay. Cool. I'll STFU and pee. The admissions person was a doll. She wasn't an ass about explaining that I couldn't leave. She told me to feel free to have water. She must have read my mind that I totally had to pee on the way there and I stopped at McDonalds to do just that. I peed on my way to take a pee test. Wtf. Who does that?! This girl. The guy administering the test at Labcorp (sorry guy. I forgot your name!) let me pick my own cup to pee in. J2 doesn't let me pick my cup! He marked the line with a black sharpie and told me to pee till that line. I had totally just peed ten minutes prior. That's right. I was going to go push out dehydrated I've only had coffee and a rockstar pee all day, and just peed pee. Before I went into the bathroom of shame, I took a look at my test administrator/pee professional and I was like "soooooo I was just wondering..." He said "They're looking for drugs, not blood." Dude, you read my mind. I'm not a medical professional, but I don't want my period to mess with my test results. It already messes with my weight, mood, sex life, marriage, relationship with the drive through people, random people walking down the road etc. Then I also asked about Wellbutrin, because Wellbutrin is the shit. He kept it professional and pretty much implied that if they had an issue with something in the pee stream, they would contact my HR department. Okay cool, because aside from carb free blue rockstar, coffee, and Wellbutrin. Oh and aleve, midol, and ibuprofen, I'm good to go! I peed. I almost got to the black sharpie line. Almost. Thankfully that line was somewhat exaggerated. I peed enough to make it count! Woot! Peeing achievement unlocked! Admittedly once while I was pub hopping in England and the estranged spouse was singing cat scratch fever on karaoke I did take a hit of some random persons joint. They give no shits in England. My estranged husband was super mad because he's not allowed to smoke pot. Well, neither was I but that dude had pot and I wanted to try some. Anyways, there was no happy ending that night. Each tech that has drawn my blood at this location is a professional. I have difficult to find veins where in other locations they poke and stab me multiple times before calling for a 2nd opinion or assistance. Not here. They are amazing! Now the wait time on the other hand can be substantial and I'm only speaking for Saturdays because due to my job availability, that's when I'm able to come in. Worst experience ever. I check in on the kiosk and I'm told I can wait in my car and I'll be notified when the technician is ready to see me. I wait about 15 minutes after my appointment time so I get off and ask what's going on. The lady in front is thrilled to tell me they tried calling and texting but I didn't answer so I can't get my services until next week... I got no phone call or text. It's probably a issue with the computer or something but the lady in front seemed so happy that she saw me in a panic because I needed that pre employment drug test by the end of the day. Horrifying sanitation or lack thereof. Soiled linens strewn around and biohazard closets left wide open with trashes overflowing. No trash in bathroom. Treated with absolute disrespect by Jose, a staff member whom I politely asked where the restroom was. He decided to mock me by explaining what right and left means in a childish tone. Very very very busy. Went in for some blood work at 11.00 AM. Took close to an hour to have my blood drawn. Staff was polite and pretty efficient but very long waits. what are you really supposed to say about a place like labcorp? nobody likes going to get their blood drawn, urine or excrements tested. the service can be slow at times because this lab gets pretty busy and they can only take in so many people at once. other than having to wait half an hour to pee in a cup, the staff is friendly and the lab is clean. very comfy chairs in the waiting room. the only thing uncomfortable was the 80 degrees that they kept on the thermostat. with 15+ people in the waiting room, i think they should have put it down to 73 tops. read more

In the past I have used Sonora Quest Labs, but thought I would give this company a try because they were so close. Can't speak to other LabCorp locations, but the Craycroft location is a disgrace! Both visits, one to pick up specimen containers & one to drop off specimens I was met with a young woman who was totally inept. Not only did she not ask if I had performed this test before, but she didn't explain what needed to be done, or ask if I had any questions. All she said was "call if you have any questions"....easier said than done getting any questions answered. When you call, the phone is never picked up & you are directed to leave a message. Both calls I made were never returned...so much for that. When I returned today, she told me I had collected the specimens incorrectly, but she would send them in anyway to see if they could get the results to the test. When I showed her the instructions she had given me, her response was, "I don't know why they word it like that". This is a sorry excuse for a lab. I think I just experienced what we can expect from socialized medicine. Will never return to LabCorp again or recommend them to anyone else. The incompetence was astounding. read more

Hopelessly rude, classless, unprofessional, and self-absorbed staff. Barely acknowledged that I was there and just kept talking to each other as if they were the only people in the whole place. They acted like junior high kids, the girl was flirting with the boy the whole time and the conversation was something like - Girl: "are you ever going to settle down?! tee hee hee". Boy: "Nah, I like variety". Now, this kind of talk doesn't personally offend me and I didn't take it personally in any way but they don't know that. Even worse, I don't think it would even occur to them that they were being hopelessly rude, classless, unprofessional, and self-absorbed. On my worst day at work, I wouldn't act this unprofessional. Its quite clear that this is the everyday work atmosphere at this place. It's impossible to respect such low-class behavior in what is supposed to be a professional environment. Worst service possible. The woman at this location gave me the wrong glucose drink and as a result could not perform the 3 hour test. I will never return here. I prepped for 3 days prior to this and fasted for the test and they couldnt even do their job correctly and give the proper drink. I followed all dr instruction perfectly and arrived on time for my appointment and they gave me the wrong drink. Terrible employees. TERRIBLE! Back in December, when I took my son for a blood draw, I asked the girl at the front desk to verify my son's insurance before service. I was never told that there was any issue with the insurance, or I would have waited to do the blood tests until after the insurance was straightened out. I just got a bill in the mail stating that I owed Labcorp money because my son's insurance had terminated two weeks before the date of service. WHY wasn't I told then and there?! Labcorp does not want to live up to the fact that they did not check as I had asked and want ME to pay the bill. They even threatened to send the bill to collections. Labcorp is a big corporation with terrible customer service. Obviously, they don't even care that it is their fault that this happened, just as long as they have the money in their pocket. read more

Incredibly rude staff. I signed up for an appointment online but was turned away because they don't accept HealthNet. "what do you want to do?" was repeatedly stated by the rude nurse. I'd like to pay cash. No. I';d like to pay with a debit card. No. I'd be more than happy to use a credit card. No. I was aware from their website that they did not accept HealthNet but it stated that they would accept cash, credit or debit. Maybe they should tell the staff. LabCorp on Craycroft, my experience in past years: employees are not well trained on blood draws that have special requirements, they run out of simple supplies like butterfly needles for easy blood draws with multiple tubes, and run out of wipes for urine collection. Once feces was smeared over the bathroom floor - no employee bothering to clean it - though they knew about it. Anoter time the male phlebotomist looked high as a kite on heavy drugs (I had to return again to redo the blood draw, since he messed up the procedure and the test failed). Are they hiring staff at minimum wage off the streets? It sure seems so. They have caused me too much grief, nearly every time we have to deal with them. Inexcusable any more! If I could give them a zero I would. Dropped off a urine sample on 4/17 and said who it was for and who the doctor was. The moron at the front asked where the script was and I said the dr. ofc was sending it over. He preferred to have the script with the sample. I gave him the name (which name and dob were on the container) and told him who the dr. was. He never wrote it down, walked away leaving the sample on the desk and then disappeared. On Tues I called the drs. ofc to find out the results of the culture only to find out that Labcorp threw the sample out bc they never got the script. When dealing with patient's lives this is VERY IRRESPONSIBLE especially when they could have called the drs. office to send over ANOTHER script! One Wed., 4/2 another sample was dropped off by the home health nurse. This time she had the script in hand. They told her it needed to be in one of their containers and she was allowed to transfer the urine to THEIR container. Friday came and went with no results. My brother was getting worse all at the hands of this inadequate lab company with inadequate staff. Sunday night I had him in the ER. Of course he had a severe UTI. All at the hands of these fr. morons who have no compassion or concern for their patients! I am now waiting on the culture that was taken in the ER, but..... I called the drs. office to see if the culture results were back from the urine sample dropped off last Wed, and guess what? THEY THREW IT OUT.....AGAIN!!!!! This time claiming it was not in one of their containers!!! But, it WAS in their container bc the home health nurse swapped out her container for theirs with their approval!!!! I have filed a complaint with their corporate office and will pursue further complaints anywhere I can. I have heard of horror stories about this company and I will do everything I can to tell my story! Meanwhile, my brother is lethargic and nearly unresponsive bc of his infection that could have been dealt with LAST WEEK had Labcorp done their job responsibly!!!! And, the twit millennial who answered the phone when I called to ask for the supervisor hung up on me when I called her out for being a millennial! I asked her who the supervisor was. No response. I asked again, and I asked what his name was.... she said... SUPERVISOR. Really ditz? You should not be answering phones if you cannot work well with the public! Wow! Just wow! Don't be quiet people. I think this site really SUCKS you wait to long for simple test. and when you call to check if they lost the test because it takes over a week for the results their real cocky about it.
