First time here and it was the best blood drawing experience I have ever had. I was in and out so…read morefast I didn't even have time to take pics. I EASILY made an appointment online. Checked in via my phone (you can also use a QR code they send you at either of the 2 kiosks inside). Brought my orders from the Dr which they asked to see and was called in before my appointment time because I came early. I always fight with the phlebotomists. I need a butterfly needle in my hand. End of story. This lovely lady didn't even question it. Easy peasy. In and out. She used my hand, the blood flowed and now I won't be fearful next time I have to come here.

It is a little nerve wracking when you see all these constantly bad reviews for Labcorp... But I…read morehave had to go several times, and have never once had an issue. YES. They are severely backed up, long appointment times, Wilmot was understaffed and had to close til the end of the year... which makes this location even busier. Plan to be flexible. I could not get an appointment for 2 weeks, so decided to be brave and just walk in.... I checked in with the kiosk, it said currently there is a 3 hour wait, but I could come back at that time for an appointment. So I did that. Came back, 3 hours later... it was a lot more busy, couldn't even find parking. Checked in, wasn't seen for 30 minutes, so yes, much longer wait times than there used to be. But it was expected, and leaving a bad review when you already know there are issues doesn't help anyone. People are tired of waiting, I assume, some, have no where else to go, and ended up just waiting the long times... they go to the front desk and are very rude. While waiting at least 3 ppl were rude to front desk employee... yet, she forced that smile and tried to tell everyone she appreciated them. People don't listen, or they don't know you need to check in first with kiosk, come in and are just unfriendly and rude when asked to check in first and take a seat. Try to do better Tucson community.

When Dante wrote The Purgatorio he failed to include a section about this Sonora Quest location,…read morebut surely he intended to add it to later editions. You will be greeted by a room full of people, a closed reception window (opaque with lowered blast-shield), and a greasy iPad on a wobbling stand. You can enter your name and it will appear on a large, wall-mounted TV. Your name will sit there, unmoving, for hours, just like all the people in the waiting room. You will wait for so long that you can see gravity working on the people, crushing them into puddles of despair--despair so deep that smartphones cannot save them. Sometimes new people will arrive in the the waiting room, add their finger-grease to the iPad, and their names will appear in front of yours. They made appointments, and even the appointments are massively delayed. You will wait longer. Perhaps until tomorrow. A sad old woman paws at the closed door to the lab, saying that she forgot her car keys inside during her appointment. Nobody inside hears her and she knocks and scrabbles for ten minutes before the door opens, coincidentally, to finally admit someone. The old woman and the patient enter, tearfully overjoyed. Their suffering shall finally end. For those in the waiting room, another hour.

I've had to utilize Tucson ER & Hospital a few times over the last few months…read more Everybody here is friendly, compassionate, and proactive in addressing emergency needs. From the nurses to the doctors, they all care about people and being a safe and welcoming place to be treated. The wait to be seen and treated is quick. They want you feeling better as soon as possible. I 100% recommend this place.

My husband and I have both had fantastic experiences at Tucson ER & Hospital. I went this last…read moreFriday for severe knee pain. I'd been having issues but couldn't get into an ortho until June. The pain got worse after we'd been traveling. They suspected a blood clot, so they ran a lab test and had results in under an hour. Due to a high reading, they needed to do an ultrasound, and also decided to do an x-ray and MRI since I'd had problems for the past 5 months. All of these tests were done right there in under 4 hours. The wait was only for lab and radiology reports. Dr. Tarr was thorough, knowledgeable, and the kind of doctor you want to see. He visited with me 3 separate times about test results, answered all of my questions, and not once did I feel like he was in a hurry. He explained my knee issues and recommended a follow up with an ortho. A CD was provided in a folder with my MRI and xray info plus paper copies of the analysis for me to see. We had a similar experience 2 years ago with my husband's back issue. No waiting, helpful professionals, clean and quiet facility. (There's also a small, inpatient hospital but we haven't used that.) Another positive is that they offer outpatient services like MRI, x-ray, and blood tests. With a dr order, you could most likely schedule same or next day. You can also pay out of pocket for these and the prices seem very reasonable. Costs are published on their website. (Example, an MRI right now is $550.) I like that kind of transparency plus easy scheduling and minimal wait. The only negative is that since they are physician owned, they can't charge Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, or AHCCSS due to a federal rule. But if you have private/commercial insurance, this is definitely the place to go! 100% recommend!

The technician verbalized her unsolicited medical opinion. She told my daughter that the baby is breech (33 week) and she'll have to have a C-section. This just sent her in a tizzy and made her worry throughout the session and unable to enjoy the images of her baby....UPDATE... 3 days after she the sessiin my daughter was seen by her mudwife and confirmed the baby is NOT breech. She delivered vaginally and the baby is healthy. 2. The technician was pressing so hard on my daughters belly that made it uncomfortable 3. During the session, the technician answered her phone for a personal call. 4. The DVD was so cheesy I could have done better on PowerPoint presentation ONE GOOD THING I did find positive, she spent an extra 30 mins with us My Recommendation. ..shop around

The room was clean and comfy (even had a comfy chair for my hubby to sit next to me). Milagros was so wonderful, she was so sweet and was exceptional at getting pictures of my stubborn baby boy. I can never thank her enough. My First Image will be my Go To place from now on when I want ultrasounds.
