I go in to the cubicle where the stAff asks you questions that you've answered a hundred tim es,and I say'I AM GOING IN FEET FIRST ' and the rep says NO. We can't do that for a thoracic and lumbar mri. This a mri where I would have to be in the machine 40 minutes. Last time I was told 25 minutes. I ask to see a supervisor. NO apology no warmth. My wife scheduled an appointment over two weeks ago. Our insurance requires prior authorization. My wife received a call the day before our appointment letting us know the appointment was going to be cancelled because insurance hadn't responded yet. Turns out, the auth team at Radiology Ltd didn't submit the paperwork until two days before the appointment. Most insurances need at least a week to approve authorizations. This is basic medical procedure! I asked them to call our insurance to get them to approve the auth. When I didn't hear anything I decided to call the insurance company myself. I did all the work to get the auth approved. When I called Radiology Ltd to tell them, they still thought the auth was pending. In fact, when they called, they somehow managed to get the priority of our auth downgraded!! Luckily I handled everything and got my wife's auth for her, no thanks to your staff. So where's my paycheck for doing your jobs? This was basic medical office management. Not rocket science, but definitely needed someone who cares about the patient to handle it and take an ounce of initiative. If you want something done right, you've got to do it yourself apparently. So to be honest, I'm scared about learning how to use an MRI. read more

What a HORRIBLE experience this time. I had an appt for OVER 2 weeks for a tumor protocol mri. I have been contacted about 3 to 4 times in the past week for prior auth and needing paperwork from my doctor. These people waited until less than 24 hours before my appt to tell me THAT THEY CAN NOT HANDLE this kind of test. Im in terrible pain with an extremely large cyst in my foot. Relief was around the corner and my testing and follow is now moved out to over 3 weeks away. Over 5 weeks for answers because RADIIOLOGY LIMITED STAFF WERE NOT DOING THIER JOBS!! . HOW DO YOU SCHEDULE AN APPT IF YOUR BUSINESS CAN NOT HANDLE SAID APPT!!? Here's the icing on the painful cake..... I scheduled with them because I didn't want to wait the extra week to get this test somewhere else! Yes! I TOLD THEM THIS FACT UPON ORIGINALLY SCHEDULING the appt. UNBELIEVABLE SMH I wonder if it were thier mother in pain would they have been more on the ball???!! read more

In the past I've always been satisfied with the service, but last week not so much. I went in for an ultrasound, and both technicians were chopping on gum the entire time. Then for 20 minuets it was like they were on an Easter egg hunt. All I heard was Oooooo Ahhhhh Do you see that That's weird Did you get that one And on and on and on When I was being shown out, I asked if there was anything I should be concerned about, and the technician said, your doctor will talk to you about it and walked away. It was very upsetting to spend the weekend worrying about what they saw. Very unprofessional, and just mean. Thank God, all is fine, and normal. read more

I've got to say - I was hesitant, but surprised to be as happy as I am with the service received. I'll preface my review by saying that I work in imaging so I am very familiar with the types of complaints and problems that arise in imaging. - 1/2 star because the person who scheduled my appointment fibbed about my scan time. Again, I work in imaging so I was surprised to learn that my arrival time was the same as my scan time -- even when asked what my arrival time and scan time was, it was 12:10 (-- what was actually my 1210 arrival and check in for my 1240 scan), and wasn't surprised AT ALL to learn this when I got my pre registration thingy. That being said, when someone specifically asks you scan vs arrival time - just be honest - this would've likely been a 5 star review had scheduling just been upfront. Checking was a breeze until.... here's where the other half star is going to come off (but they saved it so I'd truly have gone with the 5 star had scheduling been upfront) - my quoted price was more than $80 more when I arrived vs what I was quoted on the phone. It took the entire half hour of my checkin to square it away, but I finally was able to get my contracted rate from them - so long as my bill doesn't surprise me (I'm positive it's in network, positive my authorization was approved and positive my deductible has been met), I'll be a happy camper. By the time that mess was sorted out I had hardly sat down before being called back -- right on time if not just a pinch ahead of schedule. this is impressive for MRI! The techs were great - I'm not positive who the actual mri tech(s) were, but I'm fairly certain Kim was a tech, and she got my vein on the first try, even though I suck at hydrating. Very minimal wait, they got me positioned confidently and competently and although extremely uncomfy, that's the nature of MRI, not the techs fault! I was out of there in an incredibly short amount of time, and was incredibly impressed with the smoothness of the exam. All in all, an overall good experience, set aside a few minor hiccups! read more

Was on hold for 35 minutes to get appointment for MRI. When a guy answered he started getting my information and then disconnected me! He had already confirmed my cell number - did he call back?? Or course not. The worst service.... They cannot give you an appointment in person - have to call the "call center". When you go in and ask for a copy of your films they will not give them to you - have to CALL them....horrible. Truly the worst imaging group we have ever encountered. read more

I had an annual mammogram here for the 1st time. I opted for 3D since I am high risk. They were very up front about any extra charges way before I came in. Check in was seamless and no surprises. (I used Banner last year and ended up in tears from the surprise extra charges that it turns out I didn't owe) Technician was excellent and highly knowledgeable. read more

There are several offices for the organization and you certainly want to avoid the Carondolet office. They are way too busy! You can wait hours. The La Cholla office is my second favorite business in Tucson. The other is a Beauty Salon. :) This business has very friendly and efficient staff. You can walk in and leave in a reasonable period of time. It is clean and not crowded. What I really appreciate is that instead of yelling your name out when it is your turn, a staff member comes up to you and addresses you quietly by name. Very classy! They have lockers for you clothes and the office is attractive - nice pictures etc. Plenty of seats in the waiting room and easy parking. 5 Stars! read more

I went in at this location for a routine CT Scan with contrast. Should have been easy. But, I was horrified by not only the way I was treated but how I was spoken too. It took 3 people 4 times sticking me for an IV. I am not a hard stick and told the first person where to put the IV. I was a phlebotomist for the VA Hospital for several years. So I know how to stick people. These tech's literally abused me. I didn't even get an apology for their ineptness. read more

I had an appointment for my first mammogram at this location. I was very nervous due to so many mixed stories/experiences from friends and family. The lobby was spacious, clean and cool. Very comfortable. And check in was easy, they provide great assistance. Staff was very efficient and friendly. My technician, I think her name was Jill, was amazing!! She was so nice, explained everything first to calm my nerves. And it was totally fine! No pain or discomfort. I was in and out in no time. Professional and well organized! read more

On 9/8/2021, I had to have an MRI. First off, the medical assistants and receptionists in the office were not friendly at all. The experience was unpleasant ad the receptionist was rude and then the assistant who came out to get me was also rude and unprofessional (refused to pronounce my name correctly & loudly asked me personal and medical information in an open, shared room with other patients sitting close by). Then, to follow this, I had numerous calls that I had to make with the billing office to get the claim processed. Multiple times I had to call to get the claim sent correctly to my insurance and yet the Radiology Ltd. was NOT being diligent in getting this processed. My health insurance company had to start calling on my behalf in an attempt to get this organization to submit SOMETHING correctly. Finally, on 10/25/2021 - over a month past my service - the agent in billing was able to submit a claim "again" that went through to get processed. However, insurance was not showing that I had paid the $559.01 payment and called again on my behalf because at this point my deductible was paid AGAIN and met through another service I had done (on 10/14/2021 and was processed, and everything completed by 10/23/2021, so I know other radiology institutions are able to successfully work with my insurance and run their billing department). Therefore, the $559.01 should have been refunded, which the representative from my insurance was able to figure out with an employee, who told me I should receive a refund for this service in 5-7 business days. He then gave me a phone number to follow up on, which my insurance recommended I do. when I attempted to call this number, it was not in service! I called the generic number and spoke to another employee who advised me a refund wouldn't be processed for possibly 2 weeks because I had to wait until insurance paid. This is so frustrating to receive conflicting information and further makes me believe that Radiology Ltd is unprofessional and simply does not care about the patients it serves. I could not speak to a supervisor, could not get a definitive answer, and am beyond frustrated at the way your organization conduct business. read more

This place bills under different facility name so that they can get you charged for out of network billing. When you try to get it all taken care of no one wants to help they just say to bad. I have left many messages for a member of management to return my calls so they can get it fixed and I have yet to have someone return my call and they OVER charge and tell you to bad even after insurance gets them paid they still want you to pay that amount that was already paid by insurance. A dog in the waiting room!! No not a service animal, but just a pet!!! This was a small terrier. This was a lap dog and provided no service to the owner, outside of being in public with your dog. The dog went to the back with the customer!!! No one did a thing to stop this!!! Come on folks. Learn the ADA laws. Comfort (emotional support i.e. weak people) animals are NOT protected under the law. Tell people to take their pet(s) home and come back!!! read more

The greeter was very nice and polite. The clerk that assisted with check-in was kind too but wished they would've informed us they needed a physical copy of the order form beforehand. My mom left it on the counter as we left. We made the arrival time of 7:45 and appointment time at 8:00. It's 8:45 and still waiting because they haven't received the order from the doctor yet. Asked my brother to send a picture of the order form and they said that they need a physical copy. Asked them if we can just print it. They said they can't do that... how do you receive orders from doctor's office then? Just frustrating because no one emphasized that we need a physical copy. AND when I called to make the appointment, I'm pretty certain that the lady on the phone saw the order form because she asked me if it was for her right elbow without me saying anything. I'm just confused on this whole order form process. We should've been done by now, a lot of people has been going in before us, and it's really upsetting. So for future patients: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR ORDER FORM, CONTACT YOUR DOCTOR'S OFFICE TO MAKE SURE THEY SENT IT, AND MAKE SURE RADIOLOGY LMTD. RECEIVED IT TOO. I'm not sure that a review of a radiology clinic means much. Perhaps it just gives one a head's-up on what is to be expected. But, this type of referral often comes from your doctor so it's not a real choice, as I see it! Ok, that said... 1) The check-in procedure is very well designed, probably A++ as opposed to the majority of clinics. It's interactive but displays a full screen image on computer of your information, wherein you can add or modify data yourself. It won't work for all individuals but it's very handy for the average adult. 2) The technician who did my x-ray seemed relatively new. Her level of empathy seemed lower than her robotic methodology. As she attempted to adjust my position for the x-ray, she described me as being "stiff" and asked out loud WHY I was so stiff, more than once. Well, guess what -- when someone else is positioning your body, you need to follow their lead and then stay put for an xray! Technicians often ask the patient to let them take control so they can get you in the right position for the least number of re-tries. read more

This place is TOTALY incompetent! For the 5th time they cancelled my appointment! Telling me all those times my doctor never sent over the order!! In speaking with the doctor it had been sent several time. Once I told them this they then changed the story and said my insurance company is still in "pending" status. Their job is to contact them (which was done 3 months ago at another place)!! Come to find out (from my doctor) they never contacted my insurance company .....this place shouldn't be in business!!! read more

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have attempted to get a breast mri image since Nov. My pc has ordered it twice. I was not able to book at Wilmot location because they were booked up. I drove 40 mins. both ways and fasted to make this appt. only to get there to be told it was cancelled by the site supervisor. When I asked them why the response is 'I don't know'. When I asked why I was not called (which you think would be standard protocal) the reply was 'I don't know'. While I am thankful people who 'don't know ' things did NOT have the opportunity to poke and prod me- I did in fact expect more professionalism on their part. My 75 yr. old mom (who is a breast cancer survivor ) was with me- she was livid at the treatment and posted to Facebook friends. I had even talked to a rep there THAT morning and went over the cost out of pocket after insurance. I am never going back. read more

My wife has a serious degenerative spinal condition, so we use this location for frequent MRIs. At our last visit, she was checked in and taken back very promptly. I asked the person who escorted her if she could estimate how long it might take, and was told "about 20 minutes". It took an hour and 10 minutes. Probably more annoying was the music playing in the intercom. I realize that there are many country-western fans out there, but the reality is that there's really no "in-between" as tastes go for that particular type of music. It happens that I, my entire family, and all our acquaintances find it insufferable. I had to stand outside in the cold waiting for my wife to keep from being subjected to it. If you must have music, please consider something more innocuous that isn't likely to annoy a lot of us. read more

Moved here from different city. First visit was scheduled and verified by 3 people that I was to have diagnostic testing on my breasts due to previous lumps that have grown and are painful. Showed up to appointment 45 minutes early. Front desk was kind and woman who took me to locker area to change was kind. Once waiting was taken back quickly. Where this all goes down hill is with the lady who was going to do part of test. She let me know they did not have me down for diagnostic just basic screening. I explained that it is diagnostic. She looked at old test from 4 years ago. Said well nothing there so why are you here. I explained lump grown hurts and my Dr. Wants it looked at she then took over exaggerated sigh and said Well you need to go sit and wait until we figure this out it will be a while. I asked about how long ? Do I need to call Dr? In front of other patients she informed me it will take a while and I just need to wait because I am requesting more than scheduled. First off no my Dr. Did. I explained that I had my day planned for this and was informed I would be done at latest 1. I asked if that was true because I have kids. She then told me a while nobody knows. I started to cry went and changed to regular clothes. I informed front desk I was leaving and they got me a supervisor. They informed me no that test not scheduled. I called my Dr. And they let me know that the order was in for full diagnostic. Then radiology ltd. Said no we don't have it. My Dr. Called and verified they sent it way ahead of time etc. Then for the next 2 hours on phone between my Dr and radiology both blaming each other and radiology front desk making fun of my Dr. Office front desk because she stutters has completely left me baffled and devastated. I'm not comfortable going back to this location. read more
