But it doesn't speak for the hundreds and thousands of satisfied customers that have had positive experiences. So here's one of them. And it is also a new review since the last one was about a year ago. I had a really good experience. First of all, the waiting room is large. It is not a small urgent care where you are cramped in with all the other sickies. This, and I'm assuming all Banner Urgent Cares, have appointments and video conferencing. I make that call based on their app. I set up an appointment and was seen within 5 minutes of that appointment time. When I came, there was only a couple of guys there and they were having a conversation. I think they probably were waiting on a patient. There was a woman and her children that eventually came in, too. So it was not busy. The Nurse Practitioner's name was Debbie and she was cheerful. I liked that. I came in to make sure this cold wasn't turning into a sinus infection. She explained the symptoms of a sinus infection and I could immediately tell I wasn't experiencing one. She also wanted to make sure that I didn't want antibiotics as there was nothing that could be done for a virus. She was pleasant, upbeat, and a good communicator. She also didn't charge me for the visit since there was really nothing that she could do. Bonus! Not sure how an urgent care could get five stars. If I think of a reason, maybe I'll come back and change it to five stars. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. They went out of their way to help her maintain her dignity, and never once dismissed what she had to say, even when she was a little whack-a-doodle. They adjusted to whatever was best for her! I'm talking to you, Christine, Corrine and Aiden! You and your crew made my mama smile and laugh through the terribles and for that I am forever a fan. The team at TMC Rincon are to be commended for doing their jobs with heart! Oh and this is a brand new facility. The ER was timely and thorough; the place is beautiful; and the room had a couch that converts into an actual BED for me to stay with her! And they have done away with the big beeping monitor system that always drives both patients and families crazy. She had a mini monitor "pack" that sends the feed to a central monitoring location which alerts the staff in the actual hospital if there an issue. This frees the nurses to do real patient care, instead of constantly responding to unimportant beeps and buzzes. I think they have really managed to create a different hospital experience for patients and families alike. I am very pleased, impressed and grateful.

For one, he doesn't twist your neck or back as traditional chiropractors do, which is what I grew up with. Since a car accident in 2000, I haven't been able to have "regular" adjustments. My last chiropractor told me once she saw my X-rays, that she was doing more harm than good. Thank God she was honest about it. With The Gonsted (sp) method, Dr Sal uses X-rays and a nearo-something or other to test the hot spots and only works on those areas, without the twisting that caused more damage than it was helping - and this is just me, in my current condition, not everyone has my difficulties. He's so flexible with his schedule, willing to come in even on his days off if I'm in trouble. I get the time I need with him. He's always willing to pass along the benefit of his knowledge about how to improve my health through diet, supplements, etc. I wish he'd accept insurance, but if he did, then his very reasonable rates would likely have to go up, and so for those patients who don't have chiropractic coverage in their plans, it would make their rates possibly out of reach. I'm so extremely grateful to Dr. Sal for all he's done and continues to do for me throughout the years.

When I told him the spironolactone was making my panic attacks unbearable and daily he gas lit me saying "in my 20yrs of prescribing this I've never heard of it making anxiety or panic attacks worse as a side effect." Well I guess Im that one. He prescribed a medication that interacts with another medication I am on,I had to bring it to their attention that this medication can cause QT intervals. Maya his MA is rude and dismissive. I asked for some moisturizer samples as my skin has become really irritated with the tazarotene I was prescribed. She gave me a bunch of samples that expired in 2024 and some for Eczema. When I brought it to ger attention she ignored the expired part and blamed me for why I received Eczema samples as I asked for moisturizer. If you want to be listened to and HEARD I recommend going somewhere else. I also don't appreciate how the MA talks about you right outside the door to the provider before they come in,its not in a nice way, more like an annoyed,talking crap type of way. Which for me puts me on edge and defensive. Update: I scheduled with a new provider but apparently advocating for your care is not welcome at this practice as Brenda canceled my appointment because I speak up for myself.

He then got it tested, and it came back positive as A-typical. He then removed more skin until the test came back negative. No one sits there and thinks this would happen to you, but it did, and we caught it early because of him. A year later, he looked at my skin again, and I got to keep it all now. He builds confidence by encouraging you to take control, and during surgery, he will have a casual conversation to keep you calm. He is a big supporter of military members, and if I weren't moving, I would continue going here. The staff here has my confidence.
