BOTH times I have been to this location, they have been able to draw blood on the first try! They are skilled, quick, professional, and I definitely won't be going to any other location for bloodwork. Thank you Edit: My most recent visit here, the phlebotomist seemed rushed (though I was the only one, and she herself said my veins were thin). She did not check both arms before immediately fishing around in my right arm. On her second try in my left arm, she again did not feel for longer than five seconds, so of course it took a while before she discovered a vein. Four stars because I think I just got the newer, less experienced phlebotomist this time around.

You will be greeted by a room full of people, a closed reception window (opaque with lowered blast-shield), and a greasy iPad on a wobbling stand. You will wait for so long that you can see gravity working on the people, crushing them into puddles of despair--despair so deep that smartphones cannot save them. Sometimes new people will arrive in the the waiting room, add their finger-grease to the iPad, and their names will appear in front of yours. A sad old woman paws at the closed door to the lab, saying that she forgot her car keys inside during her appointment. Nobody inside hears her and she knocks and scrabbles for ten minutes before the door opens, coincidentally, to finally admit someone. The old woman and the patient enter, tearfully overjoyed. Their suffering shall finally end. For those in the waiting room, another hour.

Today when I came back again, I was told that X-rays are walk-in only. Despite that, I waited for over an hour and a half. While I was still waiting, they took another patient who arrived about 40 minutes after I did. When I brought this to their attention and complained about the situation, the staff showed very little concern and did not seem to care about resolving the issue. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unprofessional. Not completing the doctor's order the first time, losing the paperwork, and then making patients wait excessively while taking others ahead of them is extremely frustrating. I hope the facility improves its organization and patient care so others don't have to go through the same experience.
