The front desk is always great too. Zaina was super helpful today. I used to come here and didn't enjoy waiting, so the fact that they now are appointment only makes it SO easy! I love how efficient it is now! And the results are SO fast! I got my results this time in less than 24 hours! I've had to get regular labs my entire life, and I am so happy that I've found a place that turns what used to be a slog into an actually enjoyable experience! You will wait for so long that you can see gravity working on the people, crushing them into puddles of despair--despair so deep that smartphones cannot save them. Sometimes new people will arrive in the the waiting room, add their finger-grease to the iPad, and their names will appear in front of yours. They made appointments, and even the appointments are massively delayed. You will wait longer. Perhaps until tomorrow. A sad old woman paws at the closed door to the lab, saying that she forgot her car keys inside during her appointment. Nobody inside hears her and she knocks and scrabbles for ten minutes before the door opens, coincidentally, to finally admit someone. The old woman and the patient enter, tearfully overjoyed. On April 6th I received the bill for the scan, I owe $459.94 I called the billing office and asked if there was some way they could help me with the amount or with paying my bill, they informed me that they gave Blue Cross a discount so they could not help me. They told me that if I don't pay the entire amount by the due date they will charge me 1% interest on the balance and will turn me over to a collection agency. It was a very fast and easy experience, I was a walk in and there were quite a few people waiting in front of me but I couldn't have been there a total of 20 minutes. They asked if I had a preferred arm and I told her where I had a deep vein that I had previously been told about and she found it right away and it didn't hurt at all, like in the past when other places just keep poking me and still can't find a good vein. I definitely recommend this location, and will be going here for any future bloodwork I need done.
