They have protocols in place to ensure not only the safety and well being of their residents and staff but also in protecting the personal identifiable information of residents and staff as well. I find everyone approachable and open to resolving issues or needs and very much pro-solution oriented. With one loved one on the verge of needing to move into assisted living, we have this residence on our list should they have a bed open; they don't remain vacant for long and for good reason.

Multiple times, we would check on him and he didn't even have a blanket or any bedding whatsoever. His belongings often mysteriously disappeared, and his room was consistently filthy. The staff would dress my grandpa in clothes that didn't belong to him. Staff members would often bring their loud, disruptive kids to work with them. On one occasion, a staff member came to work with her kids despite all of them having Covid. We have visited and seen staff members sleeping on the couch instead of attending to the residents. The conditions are terrible. Please don't entrust this facility with your family members.
