The failure for paperwork organization is astonishingly inept here. Two years plus; this office in Green Valley constantly 'loses' or can't find Orders, when previously confirmed by: a fax machine, the requesting Dr's AND an on-Staff member. Their ability to 'find' Orders sent to them is a black hole that is frustrating. After an in-depth conversation to request the staff member to slowly go back through the received orders, accompanied by her unprofessional sarcasm, it was found. On a separate context, their walk-in accessibility is highly appreciative and speedy despite the previously mentioned concerns. Whomever runs this organization, PLEASE understand you are an important part of this community. But your RESPONSIBILITY for in-house execution of the Staff's function should always be a top training and delivery mainstay. It's not, and the amount of times witnessing unsatisfactory customers come and go with issues in complaints could very easily be rectified if the Phlebotomists on site could go through a better hands-on, receptive and developmental training requirements; I could see the disparagement reversing. read more

Everyone whom works here does a top notch excellent job...but PLEASE: do we, your captive clientele, whom are already nervous enough coming in here to do our ordered lab work - REALLY NEED the TV tuned into the NEWS hijacking our quiet peace in the waiting room ??? read more

I did not have an appointment and went as a walk-in. The check-in process was easy and I was in and out quickly. Victoria was professional, friendly and efficient with my blood draw. Highly recommend this place! read more

The lobby smells like urine and the staff are extremely rude to patients. The receptionist was asking a patient if she had been fasting and the patient said ... "today?" And the receptionist said in a snotty and sarcastic tone "no three days ago" read more

I was pleasantly surprised with the quick service, and the friendliness of the staff. They are definitely multitaskers, as the young lady that checked me in is also the young lady that drew my blood. My only complaint would be the smell in the lobby, or throughout the office. I used to work in an assisted living home, and our critical care patients who were incontinent, always had this smell in their rooms. :( read more

Had an appointment @ 9:45, 03/03/2021. I have to concur with April M. Staff ( at least the one I dealt with ) was rude and impatient. Poor initial contact with desk. Employee told me to use the Kiosk to check in but I didn't have my phone, so then was told to use my driver lic. Stood in line waiting to use the Kiosk and then was told that she would check me in, keep in mind that this seemed to be an extremely slow day with one other client in the room, but employee was annoyed that I had to be checked in manually. This same employee was the one that drew my blood, everything went down hill from there, go set down, turn here, leave sample here, my attempt at minimal conversation was returned with no reply. UNPROFESSIONAL ! Times are hard and I get that, but your clients are not the fault and they should not be treated as if they where. read more

I'm a difficult draw for blood. And after the horrendous experience I had at Sonora Quest with an inexperienced employee trying to draw 13 vials of blood FROM MY THUMB!!!, I was very leery about going to yet another Green Valley blood lab. However, what a great surprise! I went there and was greeted by employees who were intelligent, friendly and helpful! I didn't care for the kiosk check-in, but no big deal. I was taken immediately with no wait and Victoria drew my blood with a happy attitude and no effort at finding a vein and ZERO pain. I coudn't believe it! This was the best experience I've ever had getting blood drawn anywhere in the country! Thank you, Victoria! read more

My first visit to LabCorp in Green Valley was not perfect by any means. I walked in and up to the window and was told I had to sign in at the kiosk -- there was a gentleman in front of me using the kiosk and having a very difficult time. The 2 women at the reception desk just sat there. I waited for at least 10 minutes -- finally one of the reception ladies said she would help me. Now for my second visit.... even worse.... I was dropping off test samples and went to the desk....the woman said very curtly -- take these to the sink... what?? I finally explained that I had not been there and didn't know what to do.... again,,,, take them to the sink at the end of the hall....wow...she couldn't have done that. Again, I waited and waited behind a lady using the kiosk and another patient was trying to help her....this was all while the women behind the reception desk were talking and then text on their cell phones...unbelievable. Finally another LabCorp employee came out and helped the lady. I then completed the kiosk requirements and waited...not long before I was called (she was also one behind the reception desk). She is very curt and not friendly.... This is amazing to me for these people to be in a 'customer service' environment. read more

I use to go to Lab Corp because it was seamless in Green Valley. I did not like Quest-because of the 'hired help' there were very rude. But very polite to the Hispanics though. I thought I'd go back to LC and see about my test. When I walked into the office-the waiting area was packed. never saw this in the past. The 2 Hispanic women at the desk seem as though they just didn't have time to answer any persons questions at the counter-they have a new check in system. One got very upset with an elderly person-and at that point. I walked out! I called my DR and told him top make my blood draw at Quest. I went there and it also was packed in the waiting room. I went back the next day-and there was a line. I told the woman there I was Hypo glycemic. She said have a seat there are others before you. I was disgusted that both labs in GV were being run by Hispanics women who had no medical training that I could surmise by THIER ATTITUDE toward 'anyone'. I almost passed out when my name was called at Quest-and the staff acted like they were pissed at me for being sick! Won't go back there. I have to go back to LC-lets see if it got better since my last encounter a few months back. Let you all know soon. LA :-( read more

Green Valley AZ office. Called multiple times to check to see if a PSA order was in for my father. I tried calling 3 days straight and kept getting a voicemail. I called the billing department and they left a message on my behalf. I never received a callback. The last day I called they answered, put me on hold, then put it off hold and I could hear PHI information from the ladies working there and I could hear other patients giving out personal information as well. Then I was hung up on. I called again and finally someone 'helped' me. I asked if the order was there, she did not ask for a date of birth or first name. I spelled out the last name, she got frustrated with me and said: "Just tell me the last name." After I did, she kept looking and stated she didn't see anything and had to check another system - then I asked very politely if she needed his DOB, she proceeded with "that was my next question!" VERY RUDE. She finally found it. I thanked her and hung up. My niece took my father the same day a bit before 3:30 pm. A woman grabbed the door, pulled it from my niece and yelled at her that they were closing. When you google LabCorp Green Valley AZ, it states the office closes at 4 pm. LabCorp was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, VERY RUDE! I called his doctor and had them send his order elsewhere. I will NEVER do business with LabCorp ever again. read more

Dont go here if you have any type of aversion to blood draws. I told the technician that I hyperventilate and she said "if you just ignore it and don't mention it, it won't be a problem.... this will be quick". There were 3 gals in the office and the first receiptionist was LESS than friendly providing snotty responses to my questions and not answering them. After the first stab because she didn't get the vein she moved the needle around and then after a very short time I said stop.... I am going somewhere else. I do this often and I know when they don't know what they are doing - she replied "well you moved your arm" which I absolutely did not do. If someone was to faint in that location, I am pretty certain that the staff would not have any clue what to do. I told them I was going to report them.... that they were being brazen and the response was "we are treating you the way you treated us". So if you say No, you are leaving, be careful at the backlash. Now I am just waiting to see if they charged my credit card. read more
