My system is relatively new. I have never been told by a workman that it was installed upside down or was holding toxic black mold spores. Good try asshats. Their own pictures clearly showed copper pipe, repeatedly, and they said the whole property needed to be re-piped because it had old galvanized plumbing. This is basic construction knowledge, they should know the difference. Take your business elsewhere, not worth losing a sale or acquisition because of their lack of basic knowledge and experience.
