The failure for paperwork organization is astonishingly inept here. Two years plus; this office in…read moreGreen Valley constantly 'loses' or can't find Orders, when previously confirmed by: a fax machine, the requesting Dr's AND an on-Staff member. Their ability to 'find' Orders sent to them is a black hole that is frustrating. After an in-depth conversation to request the staff member to slowly go back through the received orders, accompanied by her unprofessional sarcasm, it was found. On a separate context, their walk-in accessibility is highly appreciative and speedy despite the previously mentioned concerns. Whomever runs this organization, PLEASE understand you are an important part of this community. But your RESPONSIBILITY for in-house execution of the Staff's function should always be a top training and delivery mainstay. It's not, and the amount of times witnessing unsatisfactory customers come and go with issues in complaints could very easily be rectified if the Phlebotomists on site could go through a better hands-on, receptive and developmental training requirements; I could see the disparagement reversing.

Now they require appointments and the wait times are long So I used their app to make an appointment and the first available was 4 days later at 11am. When I arrived the waiting room was full. I had to wait 30 minutes. Waiting longer when you enforce appointments doesn't make sense.

Unless you have zero income this place is horrible. We…read moremoved here just two years ago from the northeast. Initially, while we were getting settled this place was a godsend. Now, we have gotten settled, but unfortunately our insurance is horrible and we make literally just above the amount to qualify for any help. We were paying $75 every appointment. Plus the cost of prescriptions and the insurance. I quit making routine appointments and made only the necessary ones. We had a $200 balance. I was in the waiting room for a pap so I could get birth control (married for over 20yrs- abstinence doesn't last) where I was called up and told I couldn't proceed with my appointment at least until I spoke with the financial department - in front of everyone! When I told the financial department that I had $20 to my name for our family of 5 for the week and couldn't afford to do anything no matter how much I would like to they responded by stating that they were going to note that I was unwilling to pay. I broke down- humiliated, embarrassed, and wanting to pay and wish I could! Then... I filled out application for their well woman's program. I was later notified I qualified for and made a new appointment. I again go in for the appointment to then hear the same lady announcing to a coworker that I can't proceed with the appointment and this time was because I in fact was not qualified as the program is only for people with no insurance. This was the second occasion I broke down in the same dang waiting room by the same lady. Turns out the program is for people with high deductibles and low incomes as well! Spent hours at each appointment because of this treatment. Moving forward each time I needed a medication fill or an appointment there has been a road block. Most recently I paid $72 on 8/14. I have a $85 balance. I called all week because I need medication refills to be given the run around of "can't refill til you have an appt". "Can't have an appointment until you talk to financial". "You paid $72 less than a month ago of course you can make an appt". Finally at 5:10pm... they'll send a message to the doctor but they don't know if they e left for the weekend and when they do respond they don't know if they'll send a bridge for your necessary medications. Also, do you think they care how much those are?! And, their treatment isn't just affecting me. I've been trying to make some bi weekly therapy appts for my son. First one was given the wrong time ( I literally was speaking to my husband while booking the appointment), second one didn't make it into their books?, now my husband had left 3 voicemails this week alone to try to get him scheduled. What is going on??? I do everything they ask me to. I may forget things at times too, but that's in my record anyways and I always try my best. I have never broken down so many times from a healthcare issue or company. It feels like we are being put through the ringer and I don't understand why. I am not a difficult person, but I will kindly stand up for myself. I used to love this place and would have referred it to everyone! Now, I hate it so much. I'm not sure what other options we have at the moment because of being fairly new to Arizona and there's not an over abundance close to us, but I will be looking elsewhere. I would keep my son going though, for his stability. Ugh. It's really sad for a healthcare company and workers who are supposed to genuinely care about each and every person they meet to treat this way. I should also state that I've spoken with the office managers/ community outreach people two or three times and it hasn't done anything. But! Lisa Kaiser is amazing and she genuinely cares about everyone!! Thank goodness for this woman! She deserves the moon!!

Often, you will find a pest control technician can do pest exclusion work in a manner that potentially costs you substantially more in damage to your home. Why? Because they do not understand building design. Example: Installing mesh hardware in a roof valley. It will collect moisture, debris, catch birds that will die, and all this attracts rodents. The various debris mixed with water becomes acidic and accelerates deterioration of roof materials. Home watch is another service we offer for your peace of mind. Flexible plans to meet your needs. TERRIBLE SERVICE FROM THEIR BILLING My wife had her mamogram…read moredone. A few weeks later we got a bill for approximately $ 350.00, claiming my wife's insurance paid all they will pay. We then called the Alignment Health Insur Co and was told Alignment pays the 'FULL' amount and put me on hold while the made the phone call to Radiology Ltd's BILLING PERSON!!! To make it 'CLEAR' Alignment pays for everything!!! Alignment came back on the line and advised it was taken care of with the billing representative for Radiology Ltd. All seemed good. BUT!!! ...Yesterday!!! We got the 'BILL' in the mail again. I called Radiology LTD again, but now they have many calls that are routed to another country. So requested to speak to a U.S. Office, ...finally got through to one..., and explained the issue. That Radiology Rep did find where 'their' payment from ALIGNMENT INSURANCE WAS MISHANDLED BY RADIOLOGY LTD AND SHE SAID SHE CLAIMED TO HAVE FIXED THEIR ( Radiology Ltd's ) ERROR. But today, a day later!!! we get a USPS NOTICE to SIGN FOR A COLLECTION LETTER FROM RADIOLOGY LTD. So will call Alignment and Radiology Ltd ''AGAIN' and try to get them to communicate!!! Done for now and will update later!!! Okay, just got off the phone with ALIGNMENT, they said they sent an EOB to Radiology Ltd on 1/12/2026. Radiology Ltd asked for the EOB ON 1/11/2026. So it seems like a hand shake was made. Plus alignment said they sent it to all the possible FAX numbers they had for Radiology Ltd, but possibly Radiology Ltd has yet another FAX NUMBER TO FORWARD MY WIFE's coverage to. So Alignment says they will look into it and call me back. Update later!!!
