Online ordering was super convenient as our food was ready right on time and still hot by the time we got home. When picking up, it did look like the space could use a bit of TLC in terms of cleanliness, though it was a busy Friday night, so that might have just been timing. I tried the Ground Melt and was impressed with the quality of the beef, fries, and toppings. My only complaint was the very minimal Thousand Island dressing - next time I'd definitely ask for extra on the side. The spicy ranch for the fries, however, was phenomenal!

Something about them tasted better than most fries you get anywhere else. The atmosphere is ok but felt cramped. The hallway heading to the gender neutral restrooms was full of cleaning supplies and other things. The restroom I used felt a bit dirty and the hand soap container was off the wall and perched on something that made it hard to use- please fix it ! Those things brought my rating down, but food and service were good.

No chicken. But hey, we were already there and hungry, so we went with the meat sampler and some sides. The ribs had a little more "campfire vibes" than expected, and the pulled pork must've been feeling a bit shy because it came out cold. Luckily, the brisket and sausage stepped up -- my husband gave them two thumbs up (and he's picky, so that's saying something). The beans were simple, nothing fancy, but they did the trick. Was it the five-star experience I dreamed of? Not quite. But sometimes the best memories come from the unexpected stops -- and at least we left with full bellies and a funny story!
