Great place!! We stopped on the way from Nashville to Huntsville & got the classic cheese burger, bacon cheese burger, seasoned fries & regular fries. Super nice staff, clean restaurant, delicious food! We'll definitely stop again

Very cool place. Decorated really nice. Service was excellent. We did take our food to go but gentleman was very friendly and attentive. They make their own sauces. We didn't try either of the hot sauces but the mild sauces were very good. My husband had the Rueben, he said it was good. Great flavor. I had the gyro. While the lamb meat had a nice flavor there was not much in the sand which. Not a fan of a lot of lettuce on the sandwich, sauce was good just not a lot of meat.

This burger was amazing. The patty was juicy and cooked just right, and the bun was soft but held everything together well. The cheese melted perfectly, and the toppings were fresh. Definitely one of the best burgers I've had.

How am I just finding out about this place?! Absolutely phenomenal food and service!!! Truly the best cheeseburger I have ever eaten.

Traveling from Alabama to Ohio we had to eat a lot of fast food and I looked up this place so we didn't have to eat crappy . Let me say it did NOT disappoint! The service was fantastic and the food choice was amazing! From burgers to wings and Philly cheesesteak sandwiches they were all amazing !! The food was fresh and hot and only took a few minutes. Several flavors of tea and lemonade and even an Alani energy drink if you need it . Don't forget to try the different sauces for your fries ! We will be back when we travel and spread the word ! Eat at Nick's Grill!

I'm from out of the area staying with a local friend for awhile and had my first triple cheese steak sandwich with street fries. Being originally from the northeast, cheesesteaks are a way of culinary masterpieces. While this isn't quite as good as I've had back home, it's probably one of the best I've had in Florida, Georgia, the Carolina's, Alabama, (sorry, Phillys in San Antonio beats hands down lol). It's filled with plenty of meat, topped full of peppers onions and mushrooms and CHEESY. If you're here, stop on in. You won't be disappointed. Even the service is good!

One of the great road stops along Tennessee's interstates. Yes it's attached to an older Motel 6. Yes it's not near a town. But it has everything a good road food place must have: Fresh, fresh, fresh Big menu with lots of choices Generous servings Fair prices especially for quality and quantity Friendly prompt service Even a great soda selection--cheerwine in Tennessee anyone? Welcome to one and all My group went wow at the cheese steaks, spicy fries and twisty fries. Cooked so perfectly. Subs still moist not dry one bit. Fries are crunchy and perfectly drained. Then one colleague went for the gyro--and announced its superb tastiness to everyone. An absolutely must stop in southern Middle Tennessee, exit 14, I-65

Unexpected little gem! Sandwiches, salads, fries, and more! We had a panini, sub cheesesteak, Greek salad w Chicken and Chicken Bacon Ranch sub. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the great weather. Server was kind and welcoming. Good stop for our travels south!

Bruno's Italian Deli - Half turkey with pesto tortellini pasta, AMAZING! The bread was SO fresh and the best tasting bread I've ever had!

When we arrived, we were warmly greeted. Inside is clean with 4 tables for sitting inside to eat. The restaurant is small and cutely decorated. The display cases with meats, cheeses and different salads and condiments looked great. The deli meats for the subs is sliced very thin. We started with lasagna and garlic bread that Dave and I shared. The filling had beef and Italian sausage and it was delicious. The cheese pull was good and not too much. The red sauce was very good. 5/5 We ordered foods to go after eating the lasagna in store. I failed to take a picture of the lasagna. Suffice it to say it was inhaled quickly. We tried the eggplant panini in store too. Everything else was to go. I ordered a Bruno Sub and asked for roasted red peppers to be added. Honestly I couldn't taste the roasted red peppers as there weren't very many added. There was a thin slice of 1 onion ring on the sub so I couldn't taste any onion at all. For me that's a fail as I like to taste ingredients. 4/5 The eggplant panini came with a side of marinara. I have had eggplant panini's before and was anticipating this one. When I saw it, I was very disappointed. There were 2 very thin slices of eggplant inside a sub roll that had been put in a panini press or under bricks to smash the bread down. The only taste was bread. Marinara was good but couldn't rescue the panini. 1/5 We bought 1 arancini and it came with marinara. I heated it up along with the marinara. One bite in and I was sold. I would definitely go back and order arancini again. The meat inside was flavored well and the marinara made everything come together well. 5/5 We ordered a pastrami. For us there was way too much fat and we couldn't remove the fat like we can in a Jewish deli because this meat was sliced paper thin. 3/5 The potato salad was lacking in flavor to me. There was a significant amount of mayo in my opinion. Dave liked it. 3/5 The marinated artichokes were delicious and so were the white bean salad. 5/5 Dave ordered a Super Sub. It had 4 meats plus lettuce, tomato, and cheese. There was a tiny sliver of onion but we couldn't taste it. He loved his sub. 5/5 The two cannoli's were delicious. I favored the vanilla and Dave favored the chocolate. 5/5 We will return as the food was good. If you are missing an Italian Deli taste, please stop by. This place makes everything from scratch. It was worth the trip.

Everybody I know loves their Granny's collards best, but I swear that these are truly outstanding. The werewolf was great, I really liked the slaw/collard/mayo synergy, with a generous amount of roast beef. Service was great today, so I am assuming my previous visit was the exception. Ollie and Finn's Counter…read more Tucked away in a little brewery near the Columbia square is this little sandwich shop. I have been recommended this place by multiple people throughout the years and finally got a chance to give it a try. (Well, I say that but mainly because I go to Gold's Deli everytime I'm in Columbia. So it was time to share the love) They have a pretty large menu of various sandwiches, I wish I had grabbed a picture of them. I asked the cashier if she had to pick one sandwich which one would it be, she gave me a list of about 3 that all sounded amazing. The fourth she suggested was if you're overwhelmed or unsure just get the Italian. I LOVE Italian sandwiches so that is what I ended up with. Everything here is fresh so I waited about 5-10 minutes for my sandwich to get made. I will definitely be trying out some of the more adventurous creations next time but this was so good. This Italian has a freshness to it that I have a hard time describing but their olive oil blend is lovely, the olives, banana peppers and lettuce helped with that fresh taste as well I'm sure. The bread is incredible! It taste house baked, crisp outer crust with a pillowy interior. The house chips were also really good and salted perfectly. The inside is cool, it's a microbrewery and there's subtle like alien themes throughout? Overall can't wait to try it out again, stop by if you're ever down in Columbia!

I was in this part of town and starving, but wasn't feeling a chain sandwich place for whatever…read morereason. I was pleasantly surprised to find Jambox very close. I found a very simple website with menus, but not the ability to order ahead of time. I got the vibe that it's a brand new business just getting up and figuring itself out, so I'm more willing than usual to give it the benefit of the doubt and some time. They have a cassette tape theme going on, so I guess the owner has a thing for older music and the culture of cassettes, which aligns with the "mix tape" loyalty club. I suppose that also has to do with the name. All the sandwiches have "fun," but non-helpful names, so I had to read all the descriptions a few times to get an idea of what they had. He pointed me to the option that was most like an Italian sub that I was craving. It wasn't clear, so I had to ask about where I tell them how I would like it (no tomatoes or mayo, etc) and the answer was right there at the register. I didn't see general options anywhere, so I didn't know how else I might customize, plus I was in a hurry and not in the mood to have that conversation right then, or in person, for that matter. I paid (kudos for having contactless payment options!) and went to the other end of the counter for a brief wait, then I got my sandwich and was out the door (my order was 'to go.') The sandwich was good, I ate it all and enjoyed it. The nature of its construction made it less stable and more fall-aparty than I was expecting to eat while driving (part of the reason to get a sub), but I made do. The bread was a little disappointing. It was good, but I think my expectations weren't aligned. I wasn't offered a choice of bread and I don't remember if there was an obvious "choose your bread" display right by the register or not. It was white sub bread. The outside of the bread was just as white as the inside; I guess I'm used to the outside of the bread being a little darker than the inside and a bit stronger to hold everything together. It was a bit more crumbly than I was expecting or thought was appropriate for a sandwich. This also meant it was more flexible, as in while I'd hold it to take a bite, the back of the bread would lift up and let things fall out that I had to put back, and then adapt how I was holding it to keep all the good stuff inside. I don't remember the bread having any flavor, it was just an edible tool to hold the sandwich innards. Normally I'd add oil/vinegar to an Italian sub, but I'm glad I didn't here or it would have been a bigger oily mess to clean up rather than just putting it back when things fell out. Bottom line for me (if you had a different experience or have a different opinion, I'm happy for you), it was good but not amazing. I don't think I'd stop there again when I'm in the area unless I'm starving again. If it were closer to me, I might keep my eye on it to see how it matured and adapted over time to maybe have options I liked more, but I won't be making the trek to where it is in Franklin just to get a sandwich there. However, since my taste isn't universal, if you're in the area and curious, I'd say give it try. You may really like it and the cassette thing may speak to you. I wish the owner only the best! Tangentially, nothing to do with the food or business: It's on a busy road and the entrances there are a little tricky, so just be aware and don't pull in slightly too soon and find yourself in the wrong parking lot that isn't connected.

Sometimes the food venue in a place like this can be terrible and over priced -- this isn't the case with Fern & Feast Bistro. The food selection here is pretty decent, sandwiches, tacos, salads, burgers, flatbreads etc, most in the $9-12 range. They have some kid options (chicken nuggets, grilled chese, quesadilla, etc) for picky eaters at $6 each. Downside is that the sandwiches etc don't come with fries or chips, so that could increase your meal price. I ordered the Uber sandwich because I feel like that is a good gauge of how the food will be and is pretty standard at most restos. Mine was served relatively quick on an environmentally friendly plate made if recycle paper products (I don't care all that much but I know some people will appreciate that touch). Club was delicious, but make sure to grab mustard and mayo. Bread was toasted just the right amount; it had some char but was not too dry or crunchy. Lettuce and tomato were fresh, and the proportions and amounts of the turkey, ham and beacon was great. But the best reason to come to this place is the scenery. From the back of the narrow seating area you can grab a seat that looks out over the Botanical Gardens or of you keep going back they have outdoor seating available. The weather was wonderful today and so I ate my sandwich on the patio taking in nature and avoiding the man with three children who all needed discipline in their life inside.
