New place for me and the wife. I had the 5 piece wings, double dipped and tossed in their new Firecracker sauce. Sweet and spicy, it was very tasty. Wings were meaty, both flats and drums. Love the flats!!!! Had onion rings as my side, Very crispy and good flavor. Washed it done with a tall Cider on tap. Wife had the taco salad and she liked the seasoning on the beef and the lettuce was very crisp and none wilty. So many thing to choose from, we will be back. I want to try the baked oysters. he first time I had Jefferson's, we ordered through DoorDash. While the food arrived lukewarm, it was actually pretty tasty -- enough that I decided to stop by in person after work. When I arrived, the hostess was polite and helpful. I grabbed a menu and was directed to the bar to place my takeout order. I was the only person at the bar at the time. The bartender came over and asked what I was drinking. I don't drink alcohol, so I mentioned I was just there to place a to-go order. Without a word, she walked away. After I had decided what I wanted, I placed the menu down -- a pretty clear sign I was ready to order. Another customer walked in, sat at the bar, and was immediately helped by the bartender, who took his order and served his drink. Then she left the bar entirely, walking past two servers who were just standing at the end of it. What surprised me most was that the hostess noticed I was still sitting there. She kindly asked if I had been helped. I told her no. She approached the two servers and asked if one of them could take my order, and instead of helping, they actually argued with her about who should do it. She eventually walked away, and I was left sitting there -- completely ignored. This level of service is unacceptable. It's frustrating to see restaurants hike up their prices in the name of "paying staff a living wage" when the staff can't even be bothered to do the bare minimum -- like take an order from a waiting customer. Needless to say, I won't be back. And as for DoorDash -- while our first order was edible, it arrived cold, which has been a rare issue in my experience with the platform. read more

Came in on February 3, leaving around 3 p.m. and had Diedra as our server. She was nice, professional, made sure she understood our order, and was happy to chat. It wasn't rush hour by any means, but the place had plenty of business with several tables being occupied. My husband ordered the wings and I got the Monday Burger Special and ordered a single cheeseburger and fries. Instead of chips, my husband asked if he could just have extra celery. That was the best celery he has ever had. Perfect. My first time at Jefferson's and they make a good burger and wings. Enjoyed the dollar bills on the wall and the sports memorabilia. read more

I have been to Jefferson's several times and it never disappoints!! It is a really great local option for wings instead of driving to get Buffalo Wild Wings! They have very similar sauces! Things I recommend: Ultimate Cheese Fries- Absolutely delicious and so cheesy! Fried Pickles- I love these so much! Super salty and crispy. I had an awful experience today in Jeffersons of Columbia TN. Ordered wings. Took a bite and there was a hair wrapped around it. I told the server. She had another order prepared. I didn't loose my temper. While I was waiting the "manager in training" came over and told me I wouldn't be compensated for my meal because it was against corporate policy to do that for a hair in the food. The cooks wear hair nets and the hair didn't look like any of the workers. She insinuated that it was my hair. I never asked for compensation but was expecting it. My 2nd order of wings arrived and I was asked if I wanted a to go box. I felt like I was asked to leave. Other customers saw what was happening and they were rolling their eyes and shaking their heads. If corporate trains managers in this way it is just BACKWARDS in my opinion. read more

Man! I stopped by this spot and glad I didn't pay any attention to the reviews. Went here on a Tuesday afternoon around 1pm because I was in the area for work. Wings was hot and fresh, nice size too. Funnel cake fries (I wish I could put a Homer Simpson drooling meme on here). I got the ranch dry rib and Carolina Sweet. Treat yourself, trust me. First, it does look nice and when walking in it sells like wings and just seems like a nice place. Well we walked in, it was pretty busy. No one greeted us, we were a party of 4, and the workers walked by, we waited a few minutes before being seated. Our server was friendly, she did good. Came to check on the table before, during and after. But the food was not great and the wait for our food took some time. We ordered: Fish Tacos, Philly cheesesteak, Jefferson Hamburger, Fried Oyster po'boy and 12 piece boneless wings. Unfortunately, the food was not fresh. Fries were like Luke warm, the chips tasted too oily. The tacos were ok, I ended up just eating the fish. The Philly was not good at all and the hamburger was okay, the BBQ sauce had a funny taste.
