At first look the restaurant has a nice vibe. Several large TVs to watch your favorite Sporting events. Both indoor and outdoor dinning options are available. I have mixed feelings on service. Our server did an outstanding job as she was running the entire floor herself. The Host and 2 other servers stood in the lobby area talking and were no help. Very disappointed. Wait times for food were high and we got there before the rush. Ordered the beer cheese steak and cheese which was way overpriced for what was smaller than a six inch subway sandwich. Rest of the family ordered wings and fries and also not worth the wait. Drank one beer and canceled my food when it came out 27 minutes after ordering and the bar tender said the runner was the manager and he was busy. Yet, she talked to a table near me for 8 minutes. We had not been to a BW3 in years and will never return. We got fried pickles, fries and wings. All were absolutely disgusting. Basic BWW, but certainly nothing to write home about. Will I be back? Likely, but I never expect much. They definitely pack their house salads in advance. Like, days in advance. Mine was 100% core/inedible or soggy/rotten/inedible lettuce. Literally just ate the tomato off the top and called it a day. Naked tenders were a little tough, overcooked. My folks ordered the boneless wings and traditional wings and we shared potato wedges. Those were all good they said. I really love their sauces which is the only redeeming reason I continue to go back. This past experience we called to place an order 5 times in 30 minutes and not one time did anyone answer. Been coming here for years but today seemed so exemplary I thought I'd write about it. Upon walking in, I saw staff cleaning, which told me right away they manage the place with cleanliness in mind. Old management years ago never cared too much about sweeping during service so this was nice. I was seated right away with Victoria as my server. Less than 5 minutes after ordering my food was out. I've seen before that sometimes orders with the dry rubs have sparse seasoning, but mine was very generously seasoned and the chips and queso came with enough to share. This visit was one of the worst experiences we've had in a long time. I didn't have high expectations to begin with but this was worse than expected. My husband, son and I got there at 5:00 there were hardly any tables at that time. Didn't have a waitress for at least the first 10-15 minutes. When she finally arrived she was very sweet, nothing against her. We ordered a soda, a strawberry lemonade and a spiked lemonade. We got the soda and the spiked lemonade which did not taste like it had any alcohol in it. For some reason it took 20+ minutes for my son to get his strawberry lemonade. We ordered an appetizer that was fine. Then we ordered our meals. They took an extra long time. We ordered a second round of drinks while we were waiting but this time my son's strawberry lemonade never showed up. We ordered our meal at 6:21PM and chose ASAP or 6 minutes I arrived at 6:29PM asked for food and they said it had only been in the system for 2 minutes. Wade the shift manager showed no sympathy or empathy towards my situation and I did receive our food till 6:47PM. Let me blunt. If and when, I have to go to BW3's, my expectations are already low. So, I don't like being critical of what I've prepped myself, will be a bad experience, and pretty, crappy food. Tonight however.... We had a few basketball games in a row for the kids, and this place had the least amount of cars in the parking lot. Long story short, food was as expected, so they aren't being penalized for that. What blew my mind, was my youngest child had his food (BBQ nuggets), come out in about a minute. Then, my older son, had his wings come out, about 2 minutes later. My wife and I, had our meals come out about 15 minutes later. The kids were truly done with their meals. I wasn't mad at the server at all. He simply said "since Covid/the Rona", people are complaining about how long the food takes to get to the table. "I'll send a Manager over" No "Manager", and our kids were done with their meal for a while. Easily, 10-15 minutes, before our food finally came. I don't blame the server for how our meals came out about 20 minutes apart. It's "Management". I go to close our check, and the waiter said... I could only get the Manager to cover the kids meal, that's the best I could do." Again, I had low expectations walking into the place, and wasn't looking for anything "free". As of the time of writing this, BWW has a 2 star rating, and I think that's unjustified. The food is delicious. They have great chicken (obviously) and tons of selections. The price is not necessarily cheap, but they have plenty of deals and promos. Lunch 11-2 on M-F they have some good deals! The service was great. We had a young man serve us this most recent visit, his name was Quinn. He was personable and kind, not to mention helpful and professional. Lastly, the ambience is what you'd expect from a place like this. If you don't want a sports bar/tavern type meal, you can sit outside. Don't believe the naysayers, give it a shot and I think you'll be happy. read more

I'm not sure why we keep trying Buffalo Wild Wings. It seems that every location we visit just doesn't measure up. We met my daughter at this location for a quick lunch on Saturday afternoon. Once again, the experience was just not good. We sat at a high-top in the bar area. The restaurant was not overly crowded, but it quickly became evident that they were understaffed. Our server (Mason) whizzed by and said he would be with us shortly. After a short wait he took drink orders - 2 waters, a lemonade and a beer. He returned roughly 5 minutes later with 1 water. After about another 7-8 minutes we received the lemonade and beer, but we had to ask again for more water. We ordered food - a couple of appetizers and entrees. One app arrived about 15 minutes after ordering. The other came maybe 10 minutes later with the entrees. My daughter had a wrap & fries. The fries were cold. We had to order more fries and wait another 10 minutes for those. The rest of the food was good. When Mason finally returned to check on us we had to ask him to repeat himself (more than once) because he was quiet and mumbling. These aren't good qualities for a server in a loud restaurant. After several minutes of empty drinks we got refills. Overall it's another disappointing trip to BWW. I really do enjoy their wings, but it's too bad they can't provide high levels of service. Poor service overshadows the food. I won't be back to this location. read more

I understand it's Christmas Eve but if they are open til 5..... the manager said, then be open til 5. I called in a pick up order at 4:15 and was told they closed at 4 by Gina I believe was her name. She said they make last call for food at four so they can leave by 5. Makes sense?!?!? Been in the food industry for longer than Gina sounded like she has been alive and this was pitiful service or even an excuse for people who don't want to work. I'm not sure why I keep going back to this awful place. The service is horrendous and the food is just as bad. Each time I go the food is inconsistent. The wings were good (they should be) but the chicken tenders my son ate were awful. Plus there was a hair!!! A hair should not be in a chicken tender. The tenders were for my son and now my son is having issues. My son had a stomachache and is now on medication for it. I definitely do not recommend visiting this restaurant nor this location. There was tons of staff walking around but they just couldn't get anything out of the kitchen. Our waitress was very nice but never checked on us. We had to flag her down 3 times, asked another server for a kids drink after asking a few times and we're basically left alone the entire time... which we observed for most of the other tables around us as well.
