I've been a big fan of Jersey Mike's for many years. However they do not care about me. Tried to order from the app but order would not go thru. I called and ordered a cold medium Italian sub & Pepsi for priority delivery. I'm 5 miles away. It was delivered one hour later! The bread was so hard I could have used it for a hammer. They charged me $34 plus I laid out $5 to give the driver BUT he left the food on the steps and ran! Why couldn't he knock or text me? Outrageous to pay $34 for a medium cold sub + soda! read more

Okay, so the sandwiches are a nice meal if you are going out to eat but want something remotely more healthy than other places (still has processed meat ..etc, but has a bunch of veggies options) I really like their sandwich's , but the staff in my experience seem very very tired and always seem to be in a poor mood, but occasionally I've met some very nice funny members who probably were at the beginning of their shift. Horrible customer service, their coordination with delivery apps are despicable, and there are certain employees that are extremely rude. Screwed up my order completely and because of my job I cannot leave to go get food. Had a couple of OK sandwiches made to order on fresh bread, but this place is not COVID-19 friendly. The workers making sandwiches wore their masks below their chins and when asked to put them on to make our sandwiches, the boss lady gave orders to others, but never complied herself. Instead following my request, she gave a few more orders, took her mask completely off, and walked out of the restaurant. read more

Jersey mikes subs is not only the best sub sandwich shop ever but so hearty and delicious they're better than most sit down Restaurants in Columbia! Fire house subs don't have nothing on jersey mikes subs forget it! I go there and buy up to 3 super subs at a time and eat jersey mikes subs for the next 3 days! Lol yes they are that good! Anything on the menu is incredible you cannot be disappointed by jersey mikes subs! The sandwiches are good but the service is awful. It took a long time for someone to even help me. I came in and other than the customer cashing out, there were no other customers besides me. After that customer finished cashing out, which took about 5 minutes, still no one acknowledged me. There were about 5-6 people working too. Even the woman who cashed out the customer continued to ignore me after the customer left and just hung out behind the counter... still not trying to help me. Eventually a couple customers came in behind me and one of the workers asked the guy BEHIND me if he had ordered any hot subs. More minutes ticked by and finally a manager looking guy came up and asked if i had been helped, to which I said "no... i haven't". So, he started to slice the meat and then moved one of my sandwiches over to the dressing table and a girl with the septum piercing ( who had cashed the customer out before) just stood there with a sour look on her face not saying anything and just staring. I was waiting for her to say anything to signify that she was ready, since I had ordered two sandwiches and one was still being sliced, so I didn't know if she was maybe waiting for both sandwiches until she wanted me to tell her what I wanted on them. I ended up just taking the initiative and told her what I wanted on my sandwich, since she still didn't say anything even after my second sandwich got moved over to her. My sandwiches got made and the cashier gave me my total and forgot to give me my drink cups and walked away, no "thank you" or "have a good day". Luckily, there was one very nice guy working, I wish I would have gotten his name. He must have seen the issues I was having because the second the guy cashing me out walked away, he smiled and got my cups for me. He even came over to the fountain drink area after seeing me struggle with balancing carrying my son, my drinks and sandwiches and asked if I would like a drink carrier to help me out. To that nice man, thank you for YOUR good customer service. To the rude girl with the septum piercing, please learn a thing or two from him about how to treat a customer. read more

This is the second time I have been to this location and I don't think I will return. I don't like how they use red peppers on a Philly and not green. Peppers to me taste different from one color to another. They obviously didn't put enough meat o. It because when I unwrapped the sandwich, you couldn't see the meat. The bread was not the best. Ordered three giant sandwiches. They were really good. I did find a dark hair on my plate after I had finished my sandwich at home. It was not mine, I am bald. I have attached the picture so that everyone can see. I also noticed that all the employees were wearing masks except for an older lady who came through the side door during the middle of my visit. She and the other employees were discussing tips and working at another store and seemed very upset about it. The only reason why I know these details is that they were engaged in a conversation with each other rather than me the customer. It seems like they might have low morale at that restaurant. Needless to say those conversations might be more appropriate away from the guests perhaps when they're not in the restaurant. Overall not a bad experience other than the hair but I would suggest it they would keep their conversations professional when a guest is in the restaurant from now on. read more

I've been to Jersey Mike's all over the east coast. I usually go in and the freezing cold ac always tells me I'm at the right place. I go into the store in Columbia and it's hot in the restaurant I order two subs as I'm waiting for the next person to finish the subs flys are sitting on my subs. I look around and the store is full of flys. I turn around and leave the subs and will never go back. Flys everywhere in the store!! read more

I haven't been to JM in years but went to the one in Columbia, TN today. I was pleasantly surprised! The sandwiches were simple and delicious! Everyone behind the counter were happy, friendly, and efficient, but what I really appreciate is that there were people and servers without any masks! How lovely! Been here a few times before and I've been mostly happy with the food, service has always been "iffy". This time was a bummer. Bought a #44 giant (dont get a giant, it's enough to feed two grown men, or one teenage boy). The sandwich was sloppy, one lady was falling asleep, one was yelling orders ... the whole atmosphere was off putting. Plus I paid $17 for a sandwich and a drink, that's a lotta money! I'm glad to see more Jersey Mikes Subs coming to this area. They have one of the best Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches that I've ever had . The sandwich was made properly and tasted great . The price was a bit on the expensive order but if I get a great sandwich I don't mind paying . Service ? Let's face it , there is no service in the fast food industry but this was as good as any . On all occasions, on a date, celebration, it doesn't matter every occasion calls for jersey mikes. without a doubt. this might be odd with it just being a "sub sandwich place" but I'm telling you if you've never ate a jersey mikes sub you have no idea why it's my favorite restaurant. They offer cold and hot subs, heated, toasted, broiled, bakes it's your choice they have it all. Other chains of sub sandwich places have nothing on jersey mikes. they cut the vegges fresh daily, they slice the meats right In front of you, which brings me to another point they have rare meats and cheeses that other places wouldn't think of offering. Provolone, prosciuttini, cappacuolo multiple types of beef steak just as an example. These On a sandwich?, I'm telling you if you go there with a group and y'all are talking and you take a bite of one of these sandwiches your going to forget your talking and be shocked and concentrate on the sandwich lol it happens to me.
