On 02/20/2025 at 3:58pm, I drove to the Chick-fil-A located at 605 S James Campbell Blvd, Columbia, TN 38401. I went to the drive through. I specifically asked a young lady how much Is your large macaroni & cheese? She never answered my question. Instead, she rang me up and asked, will that be all? I told her that it was extremely rude of her to disregard my question! I spoke to the manager about it. She said she would talk to her. I ordered two large macaroni & cheese. One was fresh. The other one was all burned. I requested another one. They gave me another container that was a lot worse! They tried to hide it by turning it upside down in the container. That was their way of telling me to get lost and not come back! I request a refund. The manager got an attitude because of my request. That's their loss! I need to speak to an area manager and the owner. The Store is in Columbia, TN. # 02869.. Statistically, it starts in the household where you are raised. The parents raise their children to hate African Americans and to treat us like outcast wherever they acknowledge us. The young lady that took my order had no problem with displaying how she could ignore my question and expect me to spend my hard money behind her bigotry! Her negative energy went from the drive through, all the way to the pick-up area where they screwed up my order twice. Just because I am a black male does not mean I am obligated to spend a dime in a place that display their hatred for people of color. She is a liability and needs to be terminated or the negative energy will continue to spread causing more rapid refunds! read more

Stood in line for a mobile order for TWENTY MINUTES. finally someone comes up to ask me what my name is, they can't find it. So they just tried to make what I said, it was wrong. No sauce, didn't get my drink, and they made it a medium not a large. I realized after I left but the whole ordeal took too long for me to go back and try to get fixed. My family truly enjoys Chick-fil-A, and this location has consistently provided an excellent experience. I especially appreciate the convenience of ordering through the app and using the drive-thru for pickup. As someone who experiences significant anxiety when ordering in person, this option has been incredibly helpful. The food is always delicious, and I frequently stop by to pick up a few bags of ice each week. We had a late lunch a chick-fil-a today, and I must say we love chick-fil-a! However, their standards today were very low. Several team members were "hanging around" and not much else. We had to search for a table, that wasn't a total horror. The trash cans were over flowing. I went to the counter for a drink refill and there were two team members standing there, one was helping someone, but the other one just stood there. I had to engage him to get a refill. There was no line so I'm not sure what he thought he was getting paid to do. It's sad to see it in this state. after they were closed to renovate the drive thru. They had time to do some good trading or review what's expected from the employees. The manager needs to lead this staff on a corrective course. read more

Although I generally love Chick-fil- a, I was sorely disappointed yesterday when I purchased an ice cream cone and found out they have shrunk in size but not in price. There was no ice cream inside the cone and what little ice cream I got was swirled around the edge of the cone. I will not be buying ice cream from them again. Okay this may sound stupid to some, but when your order says no pickle, that doesn't mean for you to pluck the pickle off an already made sandwich. It means make a new sandwich. This is the first time since I began eating Chick-fil-A that I have ever had an incorrect order that wasn't tasty. The staff was plenty nice and the establishment was clean. When I returned to my vehicle and began driving I took a bite of wilted, tepid waffle fries. I was in luck with the fries, because unlike most people I do like mine a few minutes old. I then unwrapped my chicken sandwich to see an unusually dark piece of chicken. I took a bite of this extra greasy, darkly-colored chicken and was unhappy. I'm not sure if it was fried twice or if the grease needed to be changed, but I immediately reached for my Diet Coke only to realize I had been given a Coke Classic. Will I return to this location? Meh, maybe. Bad decisions are sometimes made and people deserve a second chance. I would be very leery my next visit. The next thing I have to take care of is to call the corporate office to attempt to get my points added for today's visit; the transaction was not registered after scanning the bar code. Great Customer Service! Woohoo! Chick-fil-A is now open in Columbia. Everyone is excited and this place was packed. Both drive thru lines were long and the parking lot was full at lunch today. One would think it would take forever to place an order and get food, but they were very quick. We waited only two to five minutes in line to place our order. There were several people bringing food out to the tables so you didn't have to stand at the counter and wait. The food was at our table in under ten minutes. The spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries were very good. I was in the mood for spicy over healthy today. Most days I look for healthy lunch options. I look forward to making return visits here because they have plenty of healthy options on their menu. read more

Food is great. Morals? Questionable. I always have thought highly of Chik-Fil-A literally until last week. My young son and I had stopped in for our evening date of the nuggies, when we heard a loud crash, we happened to look and see that a male employee had dropped what appeared to be a large batch of pickles and juice all over the floor in the kitchen area, no big deal, accidents happen, or so I thought...the poor kid looked so embarrassed and like he wanted to die and I did notice what looked like his bosses reassure him it was ok, but what I witnessed from the other employees and their eye rolls, laughing at him and snide remarks about this poor kid just broke my heart. These are not the Christian morals I associate with this establishment and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. I understand management can't control other's actions but I sure hope they reiterate what their standards are with customers and their team members. It's pretty bad when my little boy looks at me and says mama I feel so bad for that guy. When a 4 year old has more sympathy for someone, than a bunch of teenagers and young adults do, there's a problem. They messed up my order in June and I never heard back from them to correct the problem. I have not been back to this location until 2 weeks ago. I was with my niece and ordered her a kids meal and I ordered a Cobb salad with blue cheese, no bacon, and the chicken on the side. When the cashier, Emily, repeated my order back to me, it was correct. When a young woman brought out my salad it had chicken all over it. I kindly said, "Oh I'm sorry I asked for the chicken on the side because I am a vegetarian and my niece was going to eat my chicken." She apologized and took the salad away. A few minutes passed and she brings the salad back with a separate box of chicken. I look at the salad and there are still bits of chicken on it. I took the salad to the counter and asked to speak to a manager. Emily looked at me like I was stupid and then was yelling "Ian" and motioning and pointing toward me. When Ian arrived, I told him about my situation and that I was upset that the worker literally just took the chicken off my salad and put it in a box. I could have taken the chicken off my own salad if that's what I wanted! I mentioned to the girl that I did not eat meat and I did not want the chicken ON my salad. The actions of the kitchen staff are unacceptable. What if I had an allergy? You can't just take an item off that someone asked not to be included. Ian refunded my money and apologized, but didn't appear like he would actually do anything about it. He was going to have them remake the salad and I said don't bother. Then the girls at the front counter just kept looking at me the rest of my visit. Horrible, horrible service and experience!!!! Again, I contacted customer service about my horrible experience. I was told someone from the store would get back to me, but no one did, just like in June. The store manager clearly doesn't care. I will NEVER go back to this location. I'm giving two stars to this location. Reason being is because I'm not sure if it's the manager or the assistant manager, but she has short brown hair, white, and heavy set with glasses. The couple of times I've been there when she was working, she's first accused me of lying. Asked me for my receipt and kept talking about me to the employees and causing a kid to go back and forth to my table like a messenger instead of approaching me like a manager is supposed to do.. and kindly at that. When I finally did go up there to talk to her myself, I said I asked for a side salad instead of fries. She proceeded to take them out of my hand, dump them in the trash in front of me and was completely rude to me. As if I was lying about the situation. Second time was here recently when a gift card I received for Christmas was supposed to have $10 on it. When it didn't work at the window, the kind lady tried to tell me that it wasn't working. The assistant manager or manager (whatever she is) talks over her telling her to give it back to me, it doesn't work. I have been to the Spring Hill location a numerous amount of times and they are a WHOLE lot better than this woman is. They would have worked with me. She not once looked me in the eyes and nicely told me it wasn't working. She again used the employees as messengers and completely avoided talking to me about the issue. She is not the type of person that should be working at a place known for their niceness, or for their upmost care for customers.. she most definitely does NOT have the attitude worthy for such a great place. Never coming back to this chick-fil-a. I told Ashley "in training" that I needed to see the menu before ordering and she proceeded to roll her eyes and exclaim to her coworker next to her that it's "ridiculous" that people ask to look at the menu and don't know their orders already. I ignored her and continued my way through the line after I had made my order. The next coworker who handed me my food, pulled her mask down to pick at her nose and did not sanitize or pull her mask back up once she was done and handed me my food. I'm not native to the South and previously my only experiences with Chick-fil-A were in a mall setting which left me wondering "What's the big deal?" And then . . . It seems almost a little wrong to give a fast-food restaurant 5 stars but Chick-fil-A has won a fan. Because while it's fast-food they do it in a way that feels like a quality experience. Grilled chicken nuggets and waffle fries is all I order here (can't eat much else because of gluten). They have added gluten free buns, so a grilled chicken sandwich is also a possibility. Stopped here while I was passing through. It was my first time ever at a Chick Fil A...Staff was very polite and nice and the drive thru was fast. Now the food, it wasn't what i was expecting from all the hype that I heard. I had the chicken tenders with waffle fries. I must say the waffle fries are a must!!!
