I took down my previous good review- unfortunately, this location has gone down hill. I frequently order my route 44 Diet Coke through the app for 1/2 off drinks when I am out running errands (we're talking at least once, sometimes twice a week). Today I decided to treat my whole family of 6 to drinks on our way out of town. Upon pickup there was a drink missing. It was my mistake, and I openly admitted to that. I politely asked if I could order the missed drink at the window, face to face, with the happy hour price instead of having to order through the app and waiting another 10 minutes. The manager said "Yeah, I can't do that, you'll have to order through the app." Needless to say, I left without my drink (yes, it was mine that didn't get added to the cart) and I will be taking my frequent business elsewhere. read more

I visited this location about a month ago with my family. The guy that I presume was the manager (Jesus looking little guy with long hair and beard) stared at my daughter's chest like that's what was talking to him. And when I made a comment he muttered something under his breath about brown people (my girlfriend is a Latina). Went there for lunch, went through the drive-thru had to repeat my order several times to the girl. I was told a simple hamburger was the same price as a Sonic Cheeseburger even though it would be without the cheese or other toppings. Ordered a Chili cheese Coney which should have been $2.99. Instead she understood that I wanted some large 12" Chili Coney which was $5 because I didn't use some type of initials or something. Although she couldn't understand anything said to her either because there was to much going on or system is poor quality. Not sure how you eat this 12" thing that you can't even hold. I asked for a fork and they couldn't do that either. When I did try to eat it the hotdogs was still frozen with warm chili put on top of it. I had never been to a Sonic before until this experience. I was very pleased! I like the food, the environment, the waitstaff. The only thing that was a tad bit slow was the amount of time it took to get our order taken. Besides that, it was a very good experience. I would dine there again. read more

I had no issues with this location, actually it was the contrary. I have never been to a Sonic location with a sand pit and mini jungle gym in the middle of it. It's genius!!! My littles were well entertained with sandy cups while waiting for their food, and when it did come fairly quickly, they happily ate it all. The fries were fresh, the cream slushes were creamy, and the employees were attentive, helpful and happy. Turned into a perfect night according to my kiddos, therefore it was a perfect night for me. read more

I recommend Sonic with a grain of salt----- for shakes and drinks, Sonic is fabulous! For anything else.....just go somewhere else. Whenever I order a sandwich it's SO DRY. The sides usually come out either a little cold or greasy or too salty- just not that great. So go for that shake- if you have time to wait in line--- it's usually pretty busy. I think the employees are pretty nice and they've always been willing to resolve any issues. read more

Happy Hour! 1/2 priced slushees from 2 - 4 PM. A good deal to help us cool down from Scorching temperatures. Huge props to the employees for properly wearing face masks and providing friendly service. Under $3 for a medium Blue coconut slushee and a medium Lemon berry slushee. Blues coconut was as expected, delightfully sweet, good coconut flavoring and cold. Unfortunately, the lemon berry slush disappointed this time. Unbalanced and more lemony then Berry. After a few sips not worth drinking. Poured out the drink and noticed tiny bits of chopped strawberry which is a change from how I have usually received this drink in the past made with generous strawberry pieces. We went to this sonic a few months ago and it was a little late at night so I tried to be forgiving of the 1/2 hour wait for some chicken strips. Tried again this afternoon and pulled into a bay, hit the call button and 2 kids immediately started arguing over their open mics over who was going to take the order. The conversation went something like this "unintelligible gibberish" "Diego your so inappropriate, that's why you got fired before" "Diego your mom got your fungus cream, you should go pick it up" "Sorry about that can I take your order". Service is usually pretty quick I'll give it that. One time employees lied to us that the ice cream machine was broken. They used to have the best chicken but now it tastes like bread and sauce and it's gross. It's overpriced and not worth it. If you come here for late night shakes then fine, but any food is just a waste of money. read more

The worst food I have ever had. Yes we ordered late probably right before they closed . i ordered a sonic single combo and a raspberry shake . My burger came with so much mayonnaise I felt like I was spooning it out of a jar eating just the mayonnaise. The onion rings were cold and oily ,the shake ended up being vanilla instead or the raspberry one I order. What a waste of money cause I couldn't even stomach it. I trashed the meal as I got sick of eating it. I did drink the shake even though it was not raspberry. I will be calling the manager tomorrow for sure. read more

I would rate Sonic as a 0 star if I could. They skimp on everything! My kids got slushes and there was BARELY one pump of flavor inside them. Secondly, I ordered the ULTIMATE Grilled Chicken Sandwich, which costs $5.99. My wife ordered two chicken strip sandwiches, which cost $1.49. These sandwiches are virtually IDENTICAL!!!!!! Refer to the picture I added to my review. The ultimate sandwich also didn't have tomatoes like it did in the picture. I am so sick of paying money for dog crap! It's between a two and three star. Getting ready to go to Topaz Mountain for some camping and rock hounding with my girlfriend's family, they decided to meet up here. As usual meeting at 9:30 soon turned into meeting at 10:30, then 11:30, and now as I type this it is 12. I didn't want Sonic today, but it is what it is. I ordered the pineapple habanero wings, some tots, and an ocean water. After a ton of confusion and retaking the order twice, they finally had it looking almost right. We got a large ocean water for 35 cents so that was cool. Food came out quick, but I had to ask for ranch. The wings were okay, not a bit spicy for something with habanero in the name. A lot of negative reviews here! I can see some of it, but not experienced all of it. I love breakfast here, the croisonics are very tasty and with the tots... yeah. A bit pricier than competitors though. Service can be slow here though. I've always got just what I ordered and never had any problem with service. They have plenty of specials that can be a good buy and watch for coupons in your mailers. The happy hour drink prices are really good and the flavor selection is impossible to beat. The app... was disappointed in that. It worked for me once, since then this Sonic doesn't accept it. I don't know if they don't accept it but when you place your order you're supposed to get a code. I haven't been getting the code so I ask every time why I didn't.... I usually get an "I don't know" or 'I'll look into it." Worst part is that the app doesn't just bill your credit card per purchase, rather you have to pre-purchase a certain amount of credit on the app. So, I have $20 sitting in an app that I can't use. Also, Sonic does a lot for local shools.. hosting school nights where they share a percentage of the sales with the school. I realize it probably helps Sonic as much as the schools but it still helps the schools. read more

I've been going to Sonics around the country my whole life, but this location is terrible. A few years ago, I got halfway through a hot dog before realizing that the whole bun under the hot dog was completely moldy. They gave me a different item and blamed someone they "just fired", but I still couldn't stomach going back. Finally went back yesterday because my wife wanted a drink. I was starving and we were in a hurry so I grabbed some tater tots, and sure enough they were moldy inside too. I've been having stomach issues for the last 24 hours, and may never go back to any Sonic ever again. read more

I really wanted to write this review after taking a chance on Sonic while driving through Spanish Fork. I was craving one of their burgers, but was nervous when I read the reviews on Yelp. But my cravings got the best of me and I went anyways. I went through the drive thru at around 7:00 and had my order taken promptly by a friendly young man. There were two other cars in front of me and about 3 or 4 car parked in the stalls. In less than 10 minutes, I paid for my food and had a bag of hot fries, a fresh cheeseburger, and a big Diet Coke that was totally dry on the outside. :) Everything was made correctly and tasted delicious! My only disappointment was that I didn't have any fry sauce in the bag. But then again, I didn't ask for any! Just make sure to ask if you want sauce for your fries. I have been to terrible Sonics before, but this one was great and I was pleasantly surprised! read more

We pull up at 6:25 PM and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster. It took 20 minutes to get our order. We then drove home the 15 minutes to get home only to find out instead of a Bacon Cheeseburger Toaster they gave me a Bacon Egg and Cheese Toaster. That's right, no burger. This sonic is absolutely the worst. They get the order wrong more times than right. They had to remake my double cheese burger and got it wrong both times. They also forget marinara in with the cheese sticks every time. If they can't get orders right makes me wonder what else they are not doing right. Needless to say I am done with them. read more

Picked up a Supersonic Double Cheeseburger with extra extra jalepenos for my son's mother on my way to visit with them for father's day evening. Pulled up pushed the button and waited longer than I ever have at this or any Sonic location for a response, at least 3 minutes only to be told that I would need to wait to place my order, despite it not having but a handful of customers. I have worked food and I do understand appearances aren't always what they seem and they could be busy. I told them to take as long as they needed, over 5 minutes later they finally took my order still no big deal. Almost 15 minutes later my food came out. Still content I headed on over to my son's home. That's when it from understandable and things happen to completely unacceptable! Upon opening her burger what she found was a total mess that barely resembled a burger at all. Not only where many of her toppings not even on the sandwich but the burger patties were barely halfway on the buns. The burger was so sloppily made that she no exaggeration literally had to re-construct the entire thing herself before she could even attempt to pick it up to even take her first bite.
