Very strange location for a cookie shop. Very small on the inside. Service was friendly and good. Cookies are just as you expect from Crumbl. read more

The cookies were presentable and delicious! I like the idea that they are now selling the bite size cookies in 3 and 6 packs. From what I could see the store looked to be pretty clean. The manager was friendly, smiley, and talkative. The other two gals didn't seem to be very friendly at all. I tried talking to them and they both just shrugged me off. That is bad customer service. I may return to the Spanish Fork store at a later time in the day, OR I might go to a different store. read more

Placed an order for pickup & when I got there it wasn't ready. I was told they would get it for me but I proceed to wait 15 minutes with no explanation as to what was taking so long. I believe some of the cookies were still cooking due to conversation between employees but no one bothered to check in with me. I don't mind waiting but just be courteous & let me know what's going on. read more

Terrible! For the cost of the cookies they should be presented better. The frosting stuck to the top of the box and this isn't the first time. The frosting on the pink sugar cookies looks like my 4 year old granddaughter did it. But I paid you to do it! I called and emailed and couldn't get a response. Great customer service. Will reorder for work event from there every time. Friendly staff

Great - very expensive- cookies. The staff was great and made the cookies custom for me right after I ordered them. These are great for entertaining, which is what I did with them. Of course, the group that I gave them to loved them! read more

Cookies are good but I'm getting really tired with how limiting their app can be. I like that they are trying to be so technologically forward, however, there are some basics that you still need to allow. For example, all curbside pickup orders have to be done through the app. I don't like that you require location services be turned on in order to do curbside pickup. For one, we should be allowed to have it off for privacy reasons. Two, because I have the Crumbl app and my husband does not. I'm home with our buttload of children and I made the order on my phone for my husband to pick up. The app requires you to click when you arrive so I told him to tell me when he arrived so I could click the "I'm here" button on my phone. However, when the time came, it wouldn't let me press the button because it said I was "too far away" since it uses location services. I tried turning location services off but it said I needed it on in order to do pickup. I tried calling the store but they only have an automated service and no option would take me to talk with someone to tell them to take the order out. The automated system claimed I could stay on the line for "store specific questions", but each time I tried, the call would drop. Because of this, my husband had to get the baby out of the car in order to go inside, which resulted in a screaming baby the rest of the drive home. On a happy note, the S'mores flavor was AMAZING! And my kids always love a Classic Sugar cookie. read more

Little boxes on the hillside, Little boxes made of ticky tacky, Little boxes on the hillside, Little boxes all the same. There's a green one and a pink one And a blue one and a yellow one, And they're all made out of ticky tacky And they all look just the same. The flood of cookie dispensaries popping up on every corner has inspired the above dedication. (credits to Malvina Reynolds) I feel - mildly - that Crumbl is at the apex of the bunch, offering basically the very same menu as their many competitors. Just like the rest, I can't eat an entire cookie here either. They're huge, and a challenge for people who are accustomed to the very sweet. The milk chocolate chips they use in the cookie of the same name don't help those like me who can't abide too much sweet. If I'm not remotely full, have very cold milk, and if the cookie is warm (which they all are when you get them), I may be able to eat 1/2 of one of these bad boys. I'd love to try a semi-sweet version of their regular chocolate chip. I can imagine it would be a spectacular contrast of flavor, vs the super-sweet analogous current offering. The extremely hearty oatmeal chocolate chip is even more difficult for me to eat! Two bites and I feel like I've eaten a protein bar. Decent flavor but, again, I'd like a semi-sweet version, with a nuts option and much less (or no) cinnamon. I found the frosted sugar cookie just way too sweet for me - but it seems everyone else loves it. All that said, here's the biggest advantage that Crumbl has over its competition for me - the cookies are actually completely baked. Even in the middle! I've formerly mentioned that I'm not a fan of cookie dough, so not having anything raw in the middle of my cookie is a big deal for me. Crumbl gets this right; although I'd still love to see a little more browning on the cookies. We've found the service at this location to be very friendly and knowledgeable. They're primarily kids running the place, but it seems they're well-trained and productive here. Quick in and out if the line is under 6-8 parties. Parking both in front (on street) or in back (lot). Price point is competitive - $10 for a box of 4 (mix & match), or $3 per cookie for singles. Regardless of the fact that there are now 4 cookie shops on each block, I'm typically okay with Crumbl if I'm having a craving. I have a date later this evening with a Biscoff version calling to me from a pretty pink box on my counter... read more

Crumbl is our absolute favorite cookie place! There was one month that we had to get the different flavors every single week. We have since then promised ourselves to get Crumbl only twice a month so we don't gain 10 pounds in five days. We love the different options every week. We love the quality of the cookies. They are always so tasty, warm or cold! Both my husband and I are true sweet tooth's so we could probably eat 1-2 cookies in a sitting. We try to make them last though so we'll eat a quarter or a half cookie at a time and it's just enough. The sugar is always a go to but some of our favorite flavors are Twix, biscoff, chocolate crunch, and caramel popcorn, just to name a few hehe We actually have tried the ice cream once and didn't really care for it. I'm not sure if it was just old or something because it was more icy than creamy so we haven't gotten any since. But we are repeat repeat customers for those delectable cookies. The employees are always very friendly and helpful. I like that there is parking in front and in back. They do require masks for everyone now, so that's been good. It's hard to social distance when it gets full so you just do your best. You can also have them bring it out to your car but you don't get points from that or from delivery, only in store. We love the points system. We've gotten two free boxes from it because we go so often! Lol read more

Cookies are just okay for the high price. Flavors were fairly good. I won't spend that much usually on just a cookie. No big deal. read more

I'm pretty stingy with my 5-stars and reserve them for places that I dream of. This is such a place. Our server (Angela) was courteous and helpful in assisting us as we chose our cookies. We tried Nutella, pink-iced sugar, maple-bacon, and chocolate chip. Each were unique and delicious. I'm not sure how Crumbl has perfected the chocolate chip (crispy bottom, but gooey inside what?!), but it's a cookie I will need again. read more

The service could've been better, I tried to get a four pack of cookies. Got everything ordered after ten minutes of waiting, and stared to pay only to find out that their card machine doesn't have a place to swipe. They tried to manually enter card info but it didn't work and they gave up. I was forced to leave empty handed and disappointed. And in the end I didn't even get a sorry. read more

I waited 30 min to get my cookies. Only to find out after she had loaded half the box they were out of the others I wanted.

Omggggggggg!!! The best cookies I have ever stuffed into my pie hole!! Please do yourself a favor and get more than one. All that was missing was a glass of milk. I'm not sure if they sell milk there but they should. We tried the Nutella sea salt, sugar, Reese's chip, and chocolate chip. I loved them all but my least fav was sugar. They serve them warm and wow. Please come to California! **edited to say they do serve milk! How did I miss this!?? read more

Delicious cookies. Decided to stop in to pick up a 4 pack. First time going into business since restrictions have been eased. No one else was initially in store except employees so figured it would be ok. Social distancing request signs posted similar to other business establishments. All employees were wearing masks however, the gal at the register was wearing her mask beneath her nose - ugh! Shortly after arriving, other customers cane in from both front and street side doors making it impossible to social distance. None of them wearing masks. Not faulting Crumbl but it might be helpful to ask customers to enter one way or wait outside and allow fewer inside at a time? Back up the cookies. Ordered chocolate chip, Reese's pieces, Nutella and cranberry white macadamia. We divide a cookie into four pieces at our house and find it's a perfect sized treat. $11.68 includes tax for all 4. Good price and tasty cookies. read more

for me personally it wasn't worth the hype. it's cute and looks great but the cookies never taste freshly baked in my opinion! staff is always kind though and most people love it read more

I put in a same day order with a set delivery time and right after my order went in it gave me a delivery confirmation of an hour earlier than what I had requested. I immediately tried to call the store to give them the right delivery time and finally hung up after being on hold for almost an hour! The time was wrong and then no one would answer the phone??! Horrible customer service and not a way to run a business. Too bad I can't give a 0 rating. Unhappy Customer! read more

I think they have the best cookies in all of the new cookie craze going on in town...we may have more cookie places than chiropractors...as long as it lasts... I like Crumbl the best. read more

Great cookies, even better size! They are a bit too sweet to eat the whole thing in one sitting, which to me, is great because that means I can enjoy half now, and half for later! I do wish there was a way to know the flavors of the cookies before ordering them through DoorDash, but otherwise, none of the orders have disappointed me! read more

Great service, fast. Had the eggo waffle which was outstanding, the twix...was loved by some, the nuttella sea salt...., The Butterfinger was a favorite. The chocolate chip and of course sugar cookie. But this trip the eggo waffle was at least my favorite? read more

They're not bad they're just not amazing personally we tried quite a few different flavors and none of them really wowed us. The sugar cookie is decent and the chocolate chip would be better if I'd had semi sweet chocolate chips. Just too sweet! read more

We tried several the cookie places we like that you can go in and buy one cookie at a time instead of being forced to buy for. The cookies are moist and delicious and we like that they rotate and try new specialty flavors. read more

Okay... cookies are awesome. But staff are anything but friendly. I've been to this location 4 times, and honestly it is the least pleasant staff. I get that they are young, but would it hurt to be a little personable?? I have also warned them 3+ times to put an allergy warning on the sugar cookies because they contain almond extract. With so many nut allergies, THIS IS CRITICAL INFORMATION TO POST. read more

Valentines day Yes I expect you to be busy. Ordered 4 cookies to be delivered later/mid afternoon. Got a text saying they cancelled my order. Called and called and they wouldn't answer the phone. Had my son go in and get the order vs having it delivered. They wouldn't give him the order. They would not deliver saying they are to busy I selected. They also ended up double charging me. would not refund me day of and saying 2-3 business days. Not impressed with customer service. My son told me the girl helping was rude As well. read more

AMAZING! First time buying here myself. Cooworkers have given me the pleasure to try your amazing cookies before and I fell in love. Even some of my family (not big fan of normal cookies) love your cookies. I was confused by the website, but I called, and your amazing workers made my night, and week! They explained to me that I could customize my boxes as desire when in store (we had a dilemma between which cookies to buy) Once my 3 year old and I stopped by tonight, the ladies went above and beyond in what is to me pure, fantastic customer service. I am in a leadership position in a restaurant and know what that is like. My little one really wanted a pink frosting cookie, but it is not in season. Nevertheless, your amazing shift leader Skyla mentioned she did have some pink frosting and made one for my boy. He is ecstatic! Jen, Deidre, and Amanda were all super nice and helpful as well! You have a great set of workers, and a amazing Shift Leader. If you can give them a raise, please do. Due to tonight, we will be coming in as much as we can! We will make sure we mention our fantastic experience to everybody we know whenever we can. Thank you Ladies, you are amazing. Thank you Crumbl Cookies for sending us home with so many delicious cookies! We drove home singing about how happy we were to eat some of your delicious cookies. read more

I stopped by yesterday (Friday, Feb 12, 2021) to get some cookies. The only cookie they had available was the chocolate chip. This was around 4:30 pm. No other cookie was available. Customers had been there for over an hour waiting for curbside orders to be filled. There seemed to be no organization of the staff and the perceived manager didn't seem too involved with taking charge and getting things going. I watched several customers stand in line to order and then leave because no one would take their order. I also saw many walk out upon finding out nothing was available. Very disappointing experience. I can understand being out of maybe one or two, but when 5/6 cookies are unavailable on Valentine's weekend, seems like a significant lack of preparation on someone's part. read more

Okay there really isn't words for how many great flavors Crumbl creates. However, the classic Milk Chocolate Chip is perfection. Only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the points don't carry over from one store to the others. read more

What is there to say about Crumbl?! We love Crumbl! The staff here is the best! Whenever you walk in, they greet you, and ask you if they could recommend any tasty cookies! Okay, this place is awesome! It is super chic, clean, and a fun concept! The staff who works there are very friendly and helpful! The cookies are AWESOME! Also they are the BIGGEST cookies ever, I can't finish one in one sitting! I'm definitely a returning and satisfied customer! read more

Yes! Yes to the chocolate peanut butter, the sugar, the Nutella! I am a picky sugar cookie eater and these were delish! Um, who doesn't love cookies? Okay, maybe you don't, in which case you can stop reading this now. Cuz Crumbl cookies are AMAZING. Different flavors each week, but you can't go wrong with their chocolate chip if you're feeling like a classic. Try them today. read more

Good Cookies, but not great Service. Our cookies were an hour late. We tried to call and was left on hold for 10 minutes.

We needed to try this weeks cookies so we stopped at the Crumble Cookie in Spanish Fork. I had been to the Provo Store several times, so I thought I knew how things would go. To my suprise there were several workers, working together, and they were obviously very busy. We were greeted and helped within minutes. It was actually nice to sit back and wait for our order. This store is much smaller than the Provo store, but it was much more organized and a much better feeling....with several happy workers, working together read more

Love Crumbl! Cookies are always cooked well and the staff is awesome! I love how the cookies rotate every week to a different flavor.

Really good cookies. Not a lot of variety, but the are large and fun. Really poor service, hence the 1 star review.

Cookies were subpar. Service was worse. A lady at the till spend more time snorting her snot and blowing her nose and then got cookies without washing her hands after blowing her nose. I ordered a box and was asked to step aside people behind me also ordered boxes there cookie seem to be ready to go. Don't go there overworked snotty teenager is not worth the money read more
