Review for cookie only! First time coming here today as I had a free cookie to redeem - for a dirt ball cookie specifically. First off, my coupon was for a mint dirt ball cookie, but as I approached the gal to take my order, she informed me that they have been out of mint frosting for weeks now, so I couldn't even redeem the actual mint dirt ball cookie and so I had to settle for a regular chocolate frosted dirt ball cookie. The cookie was handed to me pretty cold, so I assumed that it was refrigerated. Upon the first bite, I can tell the cookie dough was soft which was good. However as soon as my taste buds figured out the outcome of the icing, my initial thought was "oh my gosh that's instant diabetes!" The icing is WAY TOO SWEET it almost gave me a an instant tooth ache! I couldn't eat more than a bite of it, and gave it away to the kiddos. read more

I have 4 coupons for free drinks that expires today August 31, 2024. Drove 30 minutes away with my kids to use them and the Orem State St store won't honor them because "corporate took them out of the system a day early so there's no way to use them on the order." That's ridiculous!!! read more

Love there drinks but you have to be careful when paying cause some of the employees tip themselves. I'm all for it but when I do it myself not somebody using my money to give themselves money and they decide how much. They did it couple of times and it's not ok. read more

There is no bigger breach of trust than taking someone's money and then not giving them what they paid for. This is how Swig operates. I spent hundreds of dollars buying gift cards for coworkers and family for Christmas and now Swig has decided not to honor them. I'm sure that they will respond, blaming this on their POS system. Unfortunately, their system is not the only thing about their business that is a POS. If you can't upgrade or change systems without ripping off your customers, then you need a better plan going into the project. This is inexcusable and unacceptable. Maybe Swig needs to spend less time suing competitors because they think they own the soda market and more time figuring out how to effectively manage their IT. read more

I absolutely LOVE swig! But have been disappointed many times with this location. I stop by early in the morning around 8am right before work, and every time the soda is flat. I've tried going to this location multiple times and have other co workers comment on the drinks being flat as well when driving through in the morning. Hopefully this is an easy fix because I would love to come back! read more

I love SWIG and their inventive drinks and especially their pink cookies. On my last visit just trying to get a Coke with lots of ice was arduous. You have to order at the little Shack. The boy working there was trying to figure out if my money was counter fit, which it wasn't and then had no idea how to make change. His remark was, "the cash register said I have to give you this much back." Well the cash register was wrong and he had no idea how to think beyond that. I know that is how he was trained but what I am afraid of is do we really want a work force who can't make one decision. I'll go back and hope by then his critical thinking skills have kicked in. read more

It may be a tad pricey for a soda, but man, it hits the spot! The staff is always kind and the cookies are yummy!

I got a "Dirty Dr Pepper" (just added coconut flavoring) and it was delicious. Just the right amount of coconut and so refreshing. Between the four of us that went, we split a peanut butter cookie with chocolate frosting, a sugar cookie with their signature pink frosting, and a chocolate chip cookie with their pink frosting. The sugar was my least favorite - the cookie itself had a pretty strong flour taste, and it wasn't very sweet, but the frosting was okay. Same frosting for the chocolate chip cookie and that cookie was pretty good. The peanut butter one was okay, nothing special. I did like that the cookies are served chilled. Overall, it was an okay place to go, but nowhere I'd go out of my way for. read more

A friend gave us a gift card for Swig that says it is valid at all locations. After ordering the cashier let us know the gift card wasn't accepted at their Provo location and that the other Swig just up the street would accept it. We drove 20 minutes to the Orem Swig and after ordering and receiving our order, we were told the gift card needed to be redeemed online, so we paid out of pocket. The mango boba is awesome, but I would be weary of getting gift cards for friends in the future. Edit: We just read on the fine print of the Groupon gift card that it is only a $20 dollar gift card and needs to be redeemed online, despite saying it is $25 at all locations across the top. It was only worth $25 for the first month after it was purchased, and then is worth $20 which is how much it cost. Edit: We can't redeem the gift card online, so Swig got $20 from one of our friends that can never be redeemed. read more

Holy crud. I came to this swing at 12pm today and the drive through was packed! One minivan was blocking the entrance into the parking lot while they were waiting inline and I swear I watched 4 possible accidents waiting to happen. The girl taking orders was oblivious to what was going on and could have solved the problem by walking up 15 feet so cars could wait in the actual drive through. I love swig, but this location and the way they handle drive through traffic is ridiculous and dangerous. read more

So I love Swig, I have been to all the drink cafe's in the Utah Valley area and I have to say Swig is truly The Best. They are clean, fast, precise, and most importantly "FRIENDLY". When I walk in, they greet me with a smile and say "Gary, how is it going." Everyone is always so nice. I have been going to this Swig since this location has opened. I have seen them go through a remodel and still stay open and serve customers with a smile even though it was a pain. On one occasion, my drink was given to someone else by mistake and there drink given to me. I laughed and drank it, It gave me a chance to try something new. The next day I mentioned to the girl at the register what happened and she apologized and made sure I got my next drink for free, even with a smile and no attitude. That in my opinion is customer service. I have tried all the different cookies and they are good but the Pink cookie is still my fav. I wish all business's treated customers like this. To all the haters on this store: stop! Every time I pass this place there are at least 5 cars in the drive thru and that's because we all can't get enough of their "dirty" drinks and sugar cookies! Yeah the kids working the place are a little scatter-brained and immature but just remember you're working with kids. Out of a dozen or so drinks, only 1 or 2 have been off flavoring wise. But don't you worry, I'll keep coming back for my fix! read more

Great place if you have a sweet tooth. They have all types of flavors to mix with various soda flavors. They also have premixed flavors you can choose from that are delicious! Their scones are great but a little on the big side so I'd probably share one if I go again. read more

I would say that the drive thru can be a little slow. But I could also not be lazy and get out of my car. You can't really complain about a drive thru at a popular soda place. I don't assume Swig is out to deliberately impede people from using gift cards or purposefully run out of soda. Systems can be fixed and people can be trained. Their drinks are decent, I'm just not one for fancy flavored soda. I prefer just a normal Dr. Pepper or Mountain Dew. The reason I will only be giving two stars is because every time I go, the line is literally wrapped around the building and it takes 10 minutes to get a drink.
