I got one scoop that that was half melted and two other ones. I walked out the door down to the corner and then realized I left my small package of macarons on the counter when I paid. So about 90 seconds later, I returned and asked if I could get them. The one that helped me said that she threw them in the garbage I said OK can I have them still? She got this funny look on her face and ask if I really wanted them, I said yes. I do not know any business It would throw a customers package away just after they leave. It took her about a minute to bring them back out. I said thank you, but then I noticed there was only one left in the bag. I asked her where the other ones had gone to. She said she had no idea. I have no idea how a bag with the top that was folded over and crushed when I left it and folded it over when I got it back had two of the three items missing. Guess we'll have to find some other ice cream place when I come to Provo. My wife was disappointed to not get the macarons. At least they could've been honest..

The Strawberries and Cream and Rockwell Road were good, but the Biscoffi was phenomenal. If you love biscoff cookies this is the icecream for you! Every bite had the perfect amount of biscoff flavor without it being too overwhelming. The strawberries and cream flavor was fresh and fruity, and surprisingly was very light. The Rockwell Road was not as interesting as the menu made it seem. It tasted like rich dark chocolate icecream, but still solid nevertheless. I was afraid it might've been three heavy choices, but they were all delicious. The only downside is that I hate how they pile one flavor on top of the next, so you have to work through one layer/flavor before getting to the next. Next time, I'll just be getting the Biscoffi alone. Service was fast and this place was packed at 10pm at night. They have a small seating area inside, but my friends and I just took ours to go.

I've been going weekly since it's been hot lately, and twice in my recent four visits they got the flavor wrong. The first time I luckily started eating it in my car and noticed it was wrong so they fixed it right away when I went back in the store. The second time I took it home to eat so didn't realize it until it was too late to be fixed. I wish they would repeat back the flavors to you when you checkout or at some point during the ordering process to be sure they're correct. I guess the lesson for myself and others is to check all of the flavors in your bowl before you leave this store.

Then you select a swirl in the cone like Nutella, cookie butter or peanut butter and 1-4 toppings and a drizzle. They carefully fill your cone with the swirl and a little topping on the bottom, fill half the cone with soft serve and top it, then do the top and add toppings and drizzle it.
