Its funny to read the comments of people who are so passionate about their sodas that they go out of their way to insult staff and systems that are clearly working hard to generate great business and products. Their drinks are decent, I'm just not one for fancy flavored soda. I prefer just a normal Dr. Pepper or Mountain Dew. The reason I will only be giving two stars is because every time I go, the line is literally wrapped around the building and it takes 10 minutes to get a drink. I love the quick service and drive thru. The sugar cookies are the best in the valley. I love their simple menu and easy choices. No need to spend a long time deciding on what I want. This Orem location is really easy to access and get in and out of, which is not always the case with drive thrus. I will be back again and again. read more

I used to come here all the time. They made the best dr. pepper with half and half and a chocolate add in. Then, they downsized the menu and discontinued doing chocolate add in! I had to buy my own bottle and do it at home. Wish they would have kept it going! read more

Once in a while I have a deep urge to indulge mixed drinks. My favorite is the raspberry dream. Its actually the only thing I ever crave for from Swig. It has a mix of Dr. Pepper with a subtle raspberry mix with the addition of cream. Pretty much, it tastes like a raspberry cream ice cream. This location can get really busy so I always try to avoid rush hours and I usually get in and out pretty quickly. I did however end up going to swig during rush hour once and decided to go inside instead of waiting behind 10 cars. Inside, there weren't many customers but the staff were still pretty slow. Contrary to other reviews, I think the staff members are pretty nice. They were really backed up and their system had shut down so it took them some time to take our orders. They sincerely apologized and gave us a ticket for a free drink. Sometimes the employee from the outside taking orders from the car can seem a little "off" but it doesn't really bother me. Come on, you're buying soda. No one should expect restaurant standard service from a soda stand. Anyways, I really just come here to drop by for soda. They get my order in, they mix it, I get my drink and we're good. read more

There are many soda joints to choose from in Utah but Swig is most definitely my favorite! The soda is never watery and what ever flavor you want I guarantee they have! And even if you like to keep it simple like me, Diet Dr. Pepper with cherry, they have that too! And don't forget their sugar cookie with pink frosting, oh my delish!! read more

I asked for a riptide with passion fruit and strawberry boba pearls, they did not have any of the thick boba straws so I could not drink my drink with the boba pearls and once I got my drink they gave me a riptide with brown sugar boba pearls in a fruity drink and I told them very nice to get what I payed for and the guy was acting like I committed a crime for asking what I payed for and then I got the re made one and it doesn't have any boba pearls and my drink is all 7 up and I had to pay extra for pearls when I didn't even get what I asked for I'm pissed off and never coming back to this location read more

We love swig and have gone to this location many times and haven't had a problem. When I went today, however, it didn't go as smooth. You get a free cookie with ordering on the app. Mine wasn't showing up so I asked the man taking the order and he said add it in your cart and it shouldn't charge you. Well I added it and then it charged me. I got to the window and told the lady there what he told me and she said there was nothing she could do about it. No extra cookie, no refund. And on top of that my drink was very watered down and so was my husbands. Not very satisfied with my visit. read more

This has got to be one of the most terrible Italian sodas that's I've ever had. I realize that with Italian sodas, it's all in or all out, but this was by far the most bland tasting one. I ordered the coconut and couldn't even taste a hint of coconut. My daughter said her drink tasted good, but for the life of her..she couldn't remember what it was. read more

SWIG OWNERS!! Please stop in your stores!! You really need to get some "mature" management in your stores! The other day I went through your drive through & your employees were to busy flirting with a pack of boys to notice I was at the pick up window. I only ordered a chocolate chip cookie should have been ready as soon as I pulled up! Not 10 min later!! These teenage kids weren't even ordering food they were just taking "selfies" and BSing. This has happened more than once. & teach your workers some basic hygiene. Your employees are gross. Keeping gloves on while they touch phones money hair. Then hand me my food. Gross!!! read more

I have had SWIG sugar cookies before -- its what they are known for... and they were awesome, so I was excited to get a Swig near my home. I have been there twice and both times the cookies were nearly frozen. I get they are supposed to be cold, however it is my understanding that the frosting is supposed to be put on just before serving and should be soft and room temp -- and the cookie should be cold, not frozen. I figured there was some "new" bugs to be worked out and waited a couple weeks to try again... same thing. They need to work on what is consistent -- if you read the reviews of the St George store this does not seem to be the case so there needs to be some type of quality control. read more

Nice weekend snack. Sugar cookie was very soft and fresh. Soda was good. My only problem was the overkill of coconut flavor in my soda.

Swigs This last month I had to try something new for my English class. My friends have been pressuring me to try Swigs all year but I thought it was ridiculous to spend 2 almost 3 dollars on a soda. So I finally decided to try it so they would stop pressuring me. I went inside for my first time to see what it was like. When I first walked in I saw gray walls with some pictures of their customers favorite sodas. There were four little round tables, with red and yellow chairs. It was a cute little area and a fun spot to hang out with friends or family. But you wouldn't be able to take a big group there and have everyone fit with just four tables. It is a nice hang out spot for small groups. The next thing I looked at was the prices, there were good and bad prices, at first I thought the sodas were over priced but when I tried them I had a different opinion. Their sodas are very delicious, better than any other soda place i've been to. Plus they have points you can earn to get a free soda, all you have to do is give them your phone number and earn free sodas. It is a very good snack place if you love sweet stuff, because they also have smoothies, cookies, and brownies. Lastly, they have a refill cup you can buy a mug and come get a drink every time for a price of a sixteen ounce soda. They have great hours, if you want something early in the morning you can go there at seven in the morning. They're also open till like ten at night, so if you're having a sweet tooth late at night you can go get something to satisfy your sweet tooth. The only thing that sucks about Swigs hours is it isn't open on Sunday's. It is a very fun environment to be around. The people who work there are very nice, and have a short waiting time to get your food or drink. I highly recommend going to Swigs if you have a sweet tooth every once in awhile. read more

This establishment is absolute trash. I love swig but after waiting in a line and ordering you expect to get the drink you ordered, however, after driving away and drinking Dr Pepper instead of the preferred and superior soda of Diet Coke I was hoping for an apologetic employee after parking and walking in(ugh!) The employee resisted even fixing my order. So I being the powerful and independent woman I am walked out with a free cookie and my correct order and they were not happy about it. I realize this place is usually where teens can find a job. But seriously turn down the music, start kicking the employees friends out. It's really hard to order when a huge group of teens is flirting with your cashier instead of having them step aside you let the lines get super long and ignore all these paying customers.
