As you can see a rep asked me to email them, which I did the next day and I never heard back. So there you go. I have gone back and not had a bad experience, but the kids seem really overwhelmed. Maybe it's just the location. Still love swig.

Review for cookie only! First time coming here today as I had a free cookie to redeem - for a dirt ball cookie specifically. First off, my coupon was for a mint dirt ball cookie, but as I approached the gal to take my order, she informed me that they have been out of mint frosting for weeks now, so I couldn't even redeem the actual mint dirt ball cookie and so I had to settle for a regular chocolate frosted dirt ball cookie. The cookie was handed to me pretty cold, so I assumed that it was refrigerated. Upon the first bite, I can tell the cookie dough was soft which was good. However as soon as my taste buds figured out the outcome of the icing, my initial thought was "oh my gosh that's instant diabetes!" The icing is WAY TOO SWEET it almost gave me a an instant tooth ache! I couldn't eat more than a bite of it, and gave it away to the kiddos.

I have an addiction to sweets and bubbly drinks! This place satisfies all of my needs! The AF location rarely has a long wait. It is my favorite afternoon pick me up. Super friendly staff. Overall 10/10.

This place is magic. Get their sugar cookies because if you don't... you'll be sorry. I've also heard people name their children after Swig. That's how legendary their sugar cookies are.

The store seemed a little dirty and the employees are young and inexperienced.

Nice weekend snack. Sugar cookie was very soft and fresh. Soda was good. My only problem was the overkill of coconut flavor in my soda.

I received a grand total of 5 tapioca pearls in my bubble tea, what? And it's the worst bubble tea I've ever had.

Such great choices - including the smoothies with pearls. My favorite was the toasted coconut.

Mix and match your beverage. No mixture or combination is out of the question. You're only limited by your own imagination. Enjoy.

Slowest drive through this side of the Mississippi. All they are doing is making drinks. How is it possible to take 25 mins for 4 cars?

The prices went up. Super annoyed by that. Your drinks are over 50 cents more than any other soda place.

So much cream, lined with strawberries stuffed inside a sugar donut! The perfect combo! Service was great, the gal helping me was kind and friendly! The drive thru board was easy to read! It wasn't cloyingly sweet where it would make your stomach sick, which is what you might think when you saw it! Most of the donuts there were filled donuts and I'm not a huge fan of filled donuts because most of the time the combination of the donut and the filling does make you feel sick after eating one. But I heard the check out lady talking about how they made the cream for the donut I tried and I knew it was the one for me! I do wish they had options like a plain chocolate cake donut with chocolate icing. But this is more of a gourmet shop than your local, average donut shop, so I understand why they don't. I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 because the checkout lady was a bit scatter brained and didn't ask me if I wanted a receipt. When I asked for one she got even more flustered and couldn't figure out how to give me one and basically said oh well - you just can't have one. I wanted the receipt so I could turn it in to google surveys which pays me money for taking surveys and uploading my receipts. So I was kind of irritated.

I feel completely ripped off…read more Pickup is in an apartment complex parking lot because the food is being cooked in someone's home. That alone is concerning and raises serious questions about legality and food safety. This is Combo B: half a chicken "for two" with fries and rice. Total cost: $27. What I received was half a chicken, a handful of fries, and a small portion of rice. The portion size does not match the price at all. You see on the menu that they have a 1/4 chicken for $6.99 well it's just that it doesn't come with fries so to me it seems the half a chicken for 2 people made more sense bc that combo comes with fries well a hand full of fries not enough not even for one person and on top of it they were frozen not even real potatoes. The chicken tasted identical to a $5 Costco rotisserie chicken with seasoning added and reheated. Nothing fresh, nothing special, nothing that justifies the price. The sodas were served hot. Not room temperature hot. Completely unacceptable for takeout. I'm Latina and very familiar with this type of food. This is not authentic, not premium, and not worth the cost. You are far better off buying the $5 Costco chicken, and that's saying a lot. To the owner: I'll say this in the best kindest way possible; this is Utah, not California pricing. Taking advantage of people's trust it's not nice. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The owner was quick to greet us and take our order. We got a full chicken with seasoned rice and french fries. The chicken was juicy and had a nice char on the skin. We made sure to try all the sauces which paired really well with the chicken. Our favorites were the yellow chili and the Peruvian mayo. Definitely would come back again!
