The service has been good and bad. My daughter likes to go a few times a week to Sonic. Stephanie is always great when she's there. The rest of the crew in the afternoon is bad. Today we waited 20 minutes for a drink. There was no one in the parking lot when we ordered. I watched many come and go And we were still waiting. A few weeks ago I was there and got free food and my money returned because the grill was not on or hot. The same person that took twenty minutes to bring me a drink. I was honestly disappointed i was charged 0.59 cents for a cup of ice and then when I paid $4 and my change back was 0.59 cents they tell me they are out of change and asked me if thay was ok?? This place is in such disarray. All the touch screens are broken or have been removed. The app wants you to place orders but there are no stall numbers located to see or the app won't let you add the numbers. When my family and I first walked in we were greeted immediately which is definitely nice to have happen. The person behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. Our order came out with no issues at all. The inside of the restaurant was very clean and was decorated rather appealingly. While we were eating I saw the employees continually wiping down tables and chairs as well as the countertops and taking out the trash. So in short, if you're looking for a clean fast food restaurant to eat that won't mess up your order this would be a great place to eat at. read more

Our experience was good. The girl that took our order was only concerned about getting our order taken and not helping answer our questions. We ordered 2 milkshakes and they were 1/2 price because it was after 8 pm. They came out pretty quick and the girl that delivered them did a great job. The shakes were AWESOME! I'm multiple people left due to the long wait while the members working walked and did everything in extra slow motion. Had the #1 combo which is cheese burger with tots & a coke. They made sure to ask me if I wanted what actually came on the burger, lettuce, tomato, ketchup, mustard, onions & pickle. Guess they had problems with people not wanting what comes on it. Burger was very good, tots were a little over cooked but no biggy. The car-hop was very good, since our food was out in less than 10 minutes...far less than the 30 we were told. Food was good. I enjoyed the service style, with the car hops delivering food straight to my car - sort of made me feel like I was an extra in the movie Grease. Sonic is a tasty throw-back of what burger joints were like back-in-the-day. Pull your car up and order through the window and someone on roller-skates will bring you the food. You can also sit outside and eat as well. I do suggest a little paint and possibly updating the tables and chairs as they were pretty chipped up though. Wow. I'm just completely in shock with the quality of service. I don't even know how to interpret what happened to me without like getting angry all over again. We arrived at the establishment around 3:40. We hit the red button to order and it took around 20 minutes just to get someone to answer. I figured "oh well it looks like they are short staffed", so I let it go. We order our food and I'm seeing the items on the screen being added. Awesome. Lady gave us the total and I paid. Maybe not even 5 minutes later our food arrives and I was pleasantly surprised. But then we look at the food and it's missing an order completely and a drink. The server tells me she will bring the missing drink out but I'd have to reorder the missing meal using the screen. A little annoyed but I did it anyways. Person answers and asks for order and my brother who was with us at the time explained that they missed a meal and before we told them what we were missing they told us to "hold on" and never came back. I had to hit the button AGAIN to get someone else after 10 minutes and eventually the manager came out, apologized, and left to get our missing order. The worst part was this whole shituation took over an hour and the manager still wanted to collect payment for the missing meal. When we explained to the manager we waited so long all he could say was "I just work here". Been coming here for years, ever since this location opened. The surrounding oak trees might make it look a little dreary at times. But it's still going strong. your manager Brianna is the absolute worst pever. she had zero customer service skills. i called upset because they refused to remake my order. when i called to complain and see why they wouldn't make it the manager kept cutting me off and then hung up on me. i called back to ask why i got hung up on and she hung up again. i called back once more to ask for a manager (not even knowing she was the manager) and she responded that she was the manager so i asked to speak to someone else and she wouldn't get no one and tell me she will not be yelled at- my voice was loud and no one had yelled at her and then hung up once more. when i called back for the corporate number she HUNG UP AGAIN! this is how sonic does business? this is the type of management sonic has???????? Sonic Drive In's seem to be a dying breed south of Orlando. Four in the Kissimmee area are closed. This one is still going strong. At 2 in the afternoon the place was packed. Despite only having 2 car hops, service was good and the food was very...well, sonicish (no that is not a word) and that's not a bad thing. Sometimes I need to get my breakfast toaster on midday.
