We were having small talk with whoever was working register and noted that Chick-fil-A is our boy's favorite restaurant (he's a massive fan of the grilled nuggets). The employee who delivered our food was so nice that he had a MASSIVE smile on his face and waved at her. As we were packing up, the same employee arrived with a tray filled with what he had been eating and gave it to us without charge. Sure, it was likely an extra prepared for a catering order, but how the staff managed this made our son's day! Little gestures like this are what set this location apart from local quick-service restaurants.
