The owner saw us standing there the entire time and when we complained he pointed to a small sign and very rudely said that they close at 8pm and anyone arriving after that time would not be served. He could have told us that when we first arrived!! Most places of business will continue to wait on customers even after closing time if they were already in line. At the very least he should post a sign stating that anyone arriving after closing time will not be served. Very poor business practice and I will never go there again!

The restaurant is large and has some great seating options for small or large groups. They also have high chairs for the littles. We had spicy crispy sandwiches, onion rings, and a side salad. All of our food was prepared fresh and accurate. I love that they put a lot of cheese on the salad and you get real ranch but they have other options too. Chain steakhouses get a bad rep sometimes for the faux over-the-top western decor and the less than stellar menu options, but if one can get over the corny birthday celebrations by the line-dancing wait staff and the crowd noise in the dining room that's almost at the level of a rock concert, there are good things going on here.
