Literally the worst place everrrr! What's the point of order ahead when your still sitting here waiting for 35min?? I'm really not one or complain unless it's extreme and this is pretty extreme, what makes matters worse is the employees are super snooty as if they are being bothered! 1/2 the stalls are "out of order" and the Mobil app doesn't even allow you to check in! Slushies are pretty good depending on the flavor you get, I would say their cherry limeade is the best. Their tots are also one of my favorites. Certain days/times you can get shakes or slushies for half off or for reduced prices. You can check this info on their website or their app. read more

The best Sonic in the Central Valley. The food always tastes fresh and service is speedier than some of the other Sonics around. I drive up and down the 99 every day and I go to this one whenever I get a burger craving and I'm nearby. read more

They lost one of their stars. They need to like fire all the people that work there and start over. On any given night the line for the drive through is like at least 8 cars and the milkshakes are melted. Don't order a blast because you will basically get an expensive cup of vanilla ice cream with a few pieces of candy mixed in. read more

This place is horrible!! The desserts suck!! The peanut butter cookie dough Blast are 95% vanilla ice cream substance 5% whip cream and 5% candy or flavoring. I come down here for business, and this sonic is within spitting distance of the hotel I stay at. I have made it a point to come get a really good Sonic breakfast, before being locked in meetings for hours at a time. (I heart their breakfast potatoes) Do not - I repeat - DO NOT think a Apple/Limeade is a good thing, and have one - it's prolly the most FOUL thing sonic's ever come up with. I'm not a huge fan of Sonics, but my friends were. Their drinks are very good, half off during happy hour! Sonics seems to be built for efficiency, there is no inside lobby to eat at, you order on one of many ordering area, either in the parking lot or one next to the "restaurant". I put quotation around "restaurant" because you can't actually go into a lobby to eat, it's just an area where the workers make your food. Bathroom is dirty, toilet seat broken (don't sit on it unless you want to fall in the men's toilet), and it doesn't seem to be supervised or watched by the employees. It's like a rest area bathroom. You can eat outside on their benches that look like park benches, take your food to go or eat in your car in their parking lot. The food choices are okay, just like any other fast food chain, a little more pricier and no "dollar menu" type of cheap food. read more

Terrible service. I have come here twice now. The first time I did not get to try anything because they were only accepting cash. The second time(a week later) also only accepting cash!? They got my pennies:) I only give it one star because it was the only place open that wasn't out of shakes on a day where the temperature was 109. They are extremely slow. You'd think that because there is a lot of customer traffic that this place would have the funds to administer some improvements within their establishment, example being the intercom machines where cars park. They're always broken for the longest times and the ones at the seating area will have a sign (if machine doesn't work at time) "we will be right with you" but the employees blatantly ignore me and my associates when we sit outside moronically waiting to be acknowledged. If you manage to get to a working machine you may have to smash the red button a few times, of course you wait the first two times but have you have to wait you can be persistent with the button pressing. I always love coming to Sonics, but this was my first time at this location. The food was good as per usual, can't really expect too much from a fast food restaurant. I got a banana shake, tater tots, and chicken tenders and all were delicious. However, the service was really lacking. We were in quite a big group, so I understand the pressure with that and we tried being as clear and patient with it in mind. One of the ladies that took our order didn't really have patience with us and we could here her frustration and attitude through the speaker and frustration on our end grew as well. It was really disappointing because Sonics is usually busy and I can imagine the amount of rude customers that come through late at night, however we tried our best to be accommodating and clear especially with our group size. Additionally, I ordered water through the speaker and I was notified that I needed to pay for it, which was fine. However, my friends ordered water as well later and they didn't have to pay, so the service was pretty inconsistent. read more

I always saw these commercials on TV for this place with amazing food and drinks and a sonic blast. I never had one around me though :( So it always taunted me. This wonder of mine was brought to an end though this weekend. Sadly the food was just ok ... like any other fast food place. Maybe it's this location. I received the treatment that Jack S. spoke of. They offered 1000 island dressing, they repeated it back to me over the intercom and then repeated it again when delivering the order ... and all of our sandwiches all were just mayo ... Maybe to them it just means put a pickle on the sandwich? I did have the sonic blast though too. It was pretty good :) I can't say no to ice cream. My first experience at a Sonic. Very cool drive in or drive through, but no dining room. The server was super nice, but I felt bad asking for changes to my order with the small mistakes. The food was fine for what it is - fast food. They have a crazy amount of drinks, slusheys, and shakes. On the menu they have Texas toast, which is a thick piece of bread, but where I'm from, it's garlic toast, but it was still fine. The menu is what was impressive. They have breakfast all day, burgers, chicken, hotdogs, tarot tots and then some. Of course, not the healthiest of eating, but a lot of fun. read more

I've been in the drive thru for 25 mins now. The line hasn't moved. The one truck at the speaker box has been there the whole time I have been waiting. There is no one in front of that truck. I don't understand what's taking so long. It's a suppose to be a fast food place. Nothing fast about this place. It seems like they are taking one order and making everyone wait while they make that order before taking another order. I don't see how that makes any sense. The general manager is so unprofessional, he is so unorganized with his shifts for his employees, he cannot train his new employees, I don't trust his judgment on anything on the menu , it is not sanitary, everyone is doing everything nobody has their own stations it's all chaotic. We placed our order and after 20+ mins of waiting, pushed the order button again. Someone came out, and indicated our order was put in the drive through by mistake instead of in a stall. She said I'll bring it right out & apologized. 10 mins later we still hadn't got our order and my husband went to the main window and got it. The order was missing our soda and we had to go back up to get it. In the meantime, we're watching car after car go through the drive-thru lane. As it turns out, our payment didn't go through at the ordering board and they also brought that to our attention at the time we went up to get the order. We do understand mistakes and the store was busy. No one else in the store apologized, in spite of our 2 trips up to the window for our food and missing drink. This was a huge mistake, which then was compounded by more errors and no official apology. Mistakes happen all the time, but someone should have officially acknowledged the situation and tried to make it right. This store did not. We'll eat at Sonic again, but we will never eat at this store again. read more

Only if you knew what happened to me when I went to this place. I had specifically ordered 1 medium cherry limeade. When I paid the person gave me my drink that I believed was the cherry limeade. When I tasted the drink it had tons of strawberries which I have explicitly had not ordered. If i was allergic to strawberries something could have possibly happened to me. It is 105 degrees here, I am disabled, traveling with no AC. I stopped to buy some food and get a drink of water but The cashier said I needed to pay for it or I cannot have the water....tap water. Not entirely happy about being charged $2.99 for a large iced coffee that was advertised everywhere as $1.49. On top of that she asked us what flavor we wanted so we said caramel and she charged us $.30 additionally for that. I understand the upsell concept at these places but the advertisement showed three different large iced coffees priced at $1.49, not $3.29. Also, I asked for a large chocolate banana milkshake and was charged $.30 for chocolate and $.30 for banana. What kind of shake would I have gotten if I just said large milkshake?? Like without those add-ons what am I supposed to be getting?? I'll take adding banana to what's already a chocolate shake but what's with charging me for literally every word coming out of my mouth? I love Sonic slushes but not enough to deal with the unbelievable wait times at this place. On several occasions my slush is not even super slushy by the time I receive it. I'm not sure if this location is under staffed or if management needs to do a better job but the wait time and quality of its items are awful. Reply to BigValley N. Review I agree! As a previous employer here Friday's and Saturday's were always the hardest because there was only a few of us working and so much orders to take out. I loved my job and loved what I did I would always take orders out as fast as I could because Just as much it made the customers angry for waiting it made me mad for making them wait because I believed they shouldn't be waiting for so long but it wasn't on us. We had very few ppl working and everyone wants to get there food on time but there was only one or 2 ppl taking out food and taking in orders we not only needed to take orders and take out the food but we also needed to make all the drinks and ice creams which took the longest to make. There was always one cook in the kitchen so they were overwhelmed by how much they had to make on their own and there was one person working Drive that's why there is always such a big line. People who worked on drive had to make their own drinks , ice creams and bag their own food because someone else was either take order or taking out food and so that's why everything went so slow the people there are such cool people and very polite but how the business is running is not so great we needed more ppl to work on days like Friday's and Saturday's as fast as we want to take orders we can't because of how fast orders are coming in. Some customers understand that we are low on staff on some days and others don't so we get held at for something that isn't our fault we try our best to make things work fast. I don't think the general manager needs to be fired I just think he needs to understand that we need more ppl in order to make the place run faster and efficiently read more

So I decided to head over to Sonic with my son and niece. Thinking that they would be entertained by the roller skating car hops. I placed our order and found that I could pay right where I parked with my debit card. So half an hour later our order arrived minus one kids meal. Trust me if I had not already paid and been charged for my meal I would have left. I also found that my hamburger order was incorrect and had to be sent back. The attendant was very sorry and polite. A second attendant (not on skates) even came out later with my burger order corrected and apologized for the mix up. The only reason I am giving Sonic two stars is that even though our order took forever the employees were nice and the food was good. Was it worth the wait? I would have to say no since between ordering and getting our order corrected we were there over an hour. read more
